Since our establishment in 2000, Advance Medical Rehabilitation Center has provided Northern Illinois area residents with timely and effective general health care. We are a private practice committed to providing comprehensive and compassionate care to individuals and families. We serve the communities of Rockford, Belvidere, Loves Park, Machesney Park, Cherry Valley, and surrounding areas.
Dr. Kofoid has been passionate about health for as long as he can remember. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from the Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1996, as valedictorian of his class and with a perfect 4.0 grade point average. Today, he operates in a private practice in Loves Park, IL. With a unique understanding of physical, emotional and nutritional healing, he aims to restore health to patients of all ages.
My pain grew steadily worse until I could hardly walk 50 feet without stopping. Further, I could not stand up straight. I tried several treatments with limited success until I was treated by decompression therapy. I can stand up, walk and sit comfortably again. For more years than I can remember, I have suffered back pain with trouble walking and even standing.

I am Jessica, the new esthetician here at AMR Med Spa in Loves Park. I studied esthetics at Aveda Institute in Chicago, specializing in Ayurveda skincare. I've worked in a spa setting here in Rockford for the past 6 years. My passion is helping people address and treat skincare concerns while they receive a relaxing luxurious experience.

I had a great experience with Amr. The entire staff was courteous, caring and listened to my needs. They were very flexible with scheduling my appointments, the facility was clean and up-to-date. I would like to give Casey Boyd DPT. a special thank you for working and healing my injured back to normal, he is by far the most knowledgeable and caring therapist I've worked with. I would recommend Amr to anyone who needs treatments for their injuries

I have used the services of AMR in the past for physical therapy on my hands as I have arthritis. The sessions were prompt and helped a great deal with my pain relief. The staff, therapists, and physicians are very courteous and helpful. I am impressed with the many different things they have to offer.
