I would never suggest to anyone!!! This was the worse place I have ever been to! I go a lot of places and this was by far the most slowest, messiest, most expensive, rudest, inexperienced people I have ever came encounter with! They painted my 7 year old daughters nails and toes and charged me 45 dollars and it was simple!!! I got my toes a pedicure and they charged 80 for just my toes and $95 for my full set and I had two brake that same day. And my 17 year old got a full set and charged her $70 and got her eye brows waxed and charged 15. I am from out of town and told them that I had to park

I had a valid Groupon for a first time visit for a manicure and pedicure. They have decided to no longer accept, even though valid. She initially claimed it was Groupon's fault that cannot redeem, but then finally shared that her manager decided to no longer accept. She indicated Groupon would refund - yet that was not possible. Want to leave this review since I want all Groupon people to know they won't accept.

I went for a manicure last week Monday. First issue is two days later the polish started to chip on a no chip manicure. Second issue I went somewhere else to get a new polish applied to find out that the guy who did my nails applied crazy glue or nail glue to the beds of my nails for no apparent reason.

*update: three nails chipped within a week* They were rough on my cuticles (both hands and feet) but not rough enough when scrubbing for my pedicure. I attached some pictures to show the final product. Many of my nails were rough and scratchy on the edges, they got hooked on fabric right away. The women that worked on my nails did some fast service so no complaints there. If you’re in a hurry and need to look good only from far away, here’s your place. As for me, I’m going elsewhere.

I've gone here about 1x a month for the last 1-2 years. I work in the building and i am a big fan. They are quick and efficient and my no chip always last 2-3 weeks (or longer if my nail didn't grow so fast). I'm not one who likes to talk so I don't mind that I do not have a lot of chit chat with my technicians. If you just want a good no chip but don't need to be besties talking to the techs I 100% recommend.

I went here without looking at the other Yelp reviews because my coworker wanted to go there to get our nails done together. First of all, they rushed us to pick out our colors. Second of all, I had little to no massage. Third of all, she cut my cuticles and my finger so that I bled in two places. She also filed the skin of finger so that it was burnt.
I had gotten my nails redone after a week because they started chipping (this should not happen so quickly with gel nail polish) and I wasn't going to pay another $60 to have them redone when they weren't done correctly the first time

I normally do not leave reviews but I felt the need to this particular time. I was referred to nail tech "Daisee" by a co-worker. I attempted to schedule my next appointment and she started doing someone else's pedicure. So, I politely asked her should I just text you. I immediately texted her when I'd like to return. The next day she responded "I'm sorry, but I will not be accepting you as a client anymore, best of luck". I was shocked and could only think of two things, she was upset I didn't tip her or racist. I normally tip very well but, due to me paying $80 for a pedi and no-chip fill-in

Worst nail salon ever. I was in Chicago for business and came here because it was close to my hotel. When I first came in the girl in front was doing her own nails and sent someone else to do mine. After waiting 15 minutes for him, he started. The salon was empty. When I informed the man doing my nails I didn’t like the shape, he told me to wait until he finished filing them. Once done, I told him I still didn’t like it and he continued to do them. Worse service

Worst pedicure ever. The guy doing the pedicure was v unprofessional. He was doing it so roughly. Later when he had to apply the moisturiser he took a tiny drop and was rubbing the gloves on leg so terribly. On asking have u applies moisturiser he took a pump and applied and skipped the warm towel process. Later on applying nail paint instead of using fresh slippers he just took my sandal and on mentioning to use fresh slippers as i will be doing no chip mani he was just acting dumb. For no chip mani I mentioned clearly that I don't want you to do my mani again he was acting dumb and repeatedly

I work at the Aon Center and I have been here 4 times now as it is convenient. That being said, I always leave feeling like I did not get my monies worth. I usually get a no chip manicure and each time I've gone to this place, the paint job has been uneven or "bubbles" are left under the polish. I usually leave this place, return to my desk and spend some time cleaning the skin around the nails myself where the nail polish bled over or where the brush hit. The ladies do not

New review: I only go to this nail salon for one reason: DAISEE and her phenomenal DIP MANIs. As you may or may not know, I have followed my trusted nail artist to a salon or two and that's because of the meticulous work she does. She is detailed, precise and gentle. She never damages my cuticles or over files/buffs down my nails. She is so fast too!
I have read this place's past reviews and viewed the pics which weren't so great. However, I will still continue to come here for as long as Daisee stays. Give this place a try and you will not be disappointed!

I book a lot of manicure/pedicures and this place is fast, always friendly, and the staff does an awesome job!
They do dip, gel, regular, acrylic, you name it...
Cannot get over how efficient the team is and the quality of their work - I have never left with a bad mani/pedi - - Ex: I messed up a nail 2 min after walking out of the shop, came back and and they fixed me up, no wait.
Highly recommend if you're in the neighborhood.
Weekdays lunch hour can be busy so call ahead for an apt. sometimes walk ins have around a 45 min wait.

Could have been better. I received a Groupon as a gift to this place for a standard manicure and pedicure and I felt like I was treated less than because I had the Groupon and wasn't paying cash. The nail tech was extremely rough on my hands and on my feet after I repeatedly asked her to be gentle.
All I'm saying is: If you don't like accepting Groupons, don't list on Groupon? Seems like a no brainer. I am a paying customer regardless, I expect great customer service. I was a first time customer today and I had a terrible experience. Sydney the nail tech was yelling at me to pay while she was slapping my hands. As she demanded me to pay before she adds color, then Sydney proceeds to suggest I get my eyebrows done. I will never go back because of the discrimination I faced. I work in the Aon center and I wanted to go downstairs to get my nails done. I was not expecting the treatment I got! Too bad I can't do a no star rating...

As I write this, I'm seating at a podiatrist office waiting to have two toes evaluated.
I came here to get a pedicure and I told the tech to cut my toe nails as short as possible, I paid for the spa pedi and the tech was really friendly, but she did a horrible job cutting my toe nails and now I have ingrown nails on both corners of both big toes. The pain is terrible and in top of that, I have an infection. I should've never come here.

I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. The nail technicians are not friendly and harsh. The technician filed my skin down to the point where I left withfour bloody fingers. The technician did not apologize and instead kept causing me pain by dousing alcohol on my open wounds. Not only do my fingers look terrible but they HURT! 5 days later and they are still scabby and uncomfortable. I will never return to this place of torture.

Came here with colleueges for an after work get together. I did feel my cuticles were cut too short as under the lamp my nail burned a bit but over all my gel no chip turned out nice. I would have liked for my pedi that they turned on the massage chairs, how would one know how to turn this on?

Paid $73 + tip for a no chip on Friday. By Sunday 6 nails had chipped off. Went in to get them redone and fixed and was told I could change color. After they fix the nails, they tell me it will be another $35 for the service even though they have a 2 week guarantee and this was 3 days from the original service. Awful place and I do not recommend, they were also extremely rude except for the lady doing my nails who had no control over the situation. There is another place not even half a block away if you are looking for something in the area.

This place is literally the worst. I had a no chip done and 4 days later all of my nails are chipped. I came in when they opened at 9 am to get them fixed. There was only one woman working and she told me that she couldn't help me because she had an appointment coming in. No one was there. She wouldn't give me her name. She then proceeded to do her own nails. She wouldn't help a CUSTOMER because she had to do her own nails. 40 minutes later still no customer. She completely lied so that she could do her own nails. What great customer service. Go elsewhere.
