Been using services provided by the staff here, and not only are they competent and professional, they are sweet people! I've been to nail salons where they treat their customers like they hate their jobs, but everyone here is lovely-
I enjoy my "me time" here every time I go- I get the no-chip/pedi combo and am usually out in well under 2 hours of time is important! The no-chip generally lasts me 10-14 days and would be longer, but I try and go before my feet get mangle-looking.

Love that they do dazzle dry nails here! I got that done on my first visit and the entire process was normal & very quick. They also have a great color selection. Price for dazzle dry is $34 which I think, since it's still not very popular, is decent. The salon is clean and inviting, and my nail tech did a really great job with my nails - I loved the shape and the care she put into painting on the color. Would definitely come back again!

The salon has gotten a makeover which looks fantastic. It's light and airy with a lot of white and lavender. The street front windows allow a ton of light in and it also makes it easy to watch the street scene nearby.
I saw Amy on this last visit. I LOVED her! She was so friendly and personable. We chatted during the entire service. It was so refreshing to have light conversation during my relaxing service.
My manicure is perfect. I love the shape of my nails - just as I had requested. She expertly applied my polish on the entire nail

Decided to come here after another place was booked. This was my first time coming here and if it wasn’t for the sign out in front I would of passed up the place. I saw the sign, they had a deal going and they took walk-ins so I gave it a try. The owner was nice, asked certain pertinent questions to get the bests idea on how to service you then she handed me over to a technician. The place was really clean, the bathrooms were immaculate and the technician was extremely nice. The technician also did a excellent job on my gel pedicure and lip/eye waxing, the service all together costs only $80

This feedback relates solely to the quality of my pedicure (not the service, color choices, whatever else). The only reason I'll give 3 stars is she did a good job of cutting my cuticles but the paint job was terrible -- within 1 day the tips lost their polish (and no, I did not put on shoes after I'm not dumb) & within 3 days the base near the cuticle lost its top coat & almost like a coat of the polish (not sure if she didn't paint evenly all the way down to the cuticle). This place was amazing! The service was great, my nails turned out perfect and the cost is reasonable.
The team member who did my nails was creative and helped make sure my nails were the exact color I was looking for, she also made sure she was timely (I had an event to run to). I highly recommend this salon!

I love this place, come here on a regular basis and can't be happier with the service and people who work here. It is a great spot for relaxation and to feel good about yourself again. There is a lot of space inside, so it doesn't feel crowded. Also check their weekly specials, like on Wednesdays you can get BASIC MANI AND PEDI with hot stone massage just for $38. And the best thing is its Bring You Own Bottle place, so you can enjoy your favorite wine and do your nails. Paradise!

Made an appointment with 2 other friends for pedicures. Luckily there was an opening for us so we went for it. Interior is beautiful! Workers are very friendly did wonderful jobs. Our favorite part was the hot stones! Very pleased with our experience and pedis. We've decided to come back on a regular basis

I had a wonderful time getting a manicure and pedicure at this spa this evening. The atmosphere was great and the customer service was even better. My nail tech was quick, polite, and professional. I am not from the area so I did a lot of research before deciding to use this location for the services. I am very happy with my decision highly recommend.

I wish I lived in Chicago! We were in town for a wedding and decided to get a manicure. We got the hot stone manicure, the polish was done perfectly. I am very rough on manicures and almost a week later it's still looking good; best one I've ever had! The salon is clean, the staff is friendly, and the price is great!

I've been getting no chip manicures every 2 weeks for 5 years, and this is the worst mani I've ever paid for. Dust in the dried polish, huge gaps and uneven cuticle lines.
Don't bother there are many superior places less than 3 blocks away. Huge waste of time as this took over an hour, I didn't have polish on as I had taken a break.... How can a mani this poor take so long?

Stumbled upon randomly and so glad I did. The place was super clean and everyone was really friendly. My manicure and pedicure came out beautiful. The nails were filed perfectly and polish looks nice and even. A regular manicure and pedicure was $45 which was definitely on the expensive end but I do feel like everything was nicely done.

This is a beautiful nail salon with a great atmosphere. They do amazing work, my nails are beautiful! They offer so many amenities, and their customer service is above and beyond! They are so accommodating! I live out of state and I wish they were closer to me. I will definitely visit every time I come to chicago!

Comfortable, clean... They have the most adorable, well behaved small dog. Even if you're not a dog lover, it will not be a problem. The pup keeps to himself and it's his salon.

The location is close to the Harold Washington library and financial district and not a particularly high traffic area, which is good for me; because I can escape from work without being seen. The facility is clean, service and price is average for the location.
Not a large selection of polishes, but I'm okay with that.

I came to this place on a rainy day for a no chip mani and pedi because I always needed a lavender coffee at Hero place next door. There was no wait and they took me in right away. They offered quick services and the prices seem standard and worth what you pay for. They did a quick stone massage and like, idk what it was, hyaluronic acid skin treatment gloves. It was quite nice. They have many options in colors for nails. AND my nail technician and I were both watching Friends, which was playing on the television. It was the episode where Rachel moves out...Haha...cool. It was my first time here

I came here based on the recommendation of a co-worker. I wasn't sure what to expect given it's random location, but I had a great experience. I went on a Friday afternoon and the place was packed, but they were nice enough to squeeze me in. I only had to wait 15 minutes (pro tip: make an appointment) before they were able to get me in a pedicure chair. The salon was very clean and they used freshly sterilized equipment, which is always a must from my perspective. The woman who did my nails was great. This is a cute location, they had tasty warm white tea in the seating area. I didn't have an appointment but they were able to squeeze me in before the after work rush (the rush started around 5pm).
They don't offer the powder gel that I'm used to, but the lady at the front desk made some comparable suggestions. I got a basic pedi and no chip mani.
The prices are moderate for the area but I'm pleased with the end result.

Literally 1 DAY after and nails are chipped. If you want to spend $75 (pre-expected tip) for a "spa pedi", 30 second leg massage and gel paint with uncut cuticles or any true manicure applied aside from the color coat, then this is your place. Won't be mine.
What happened to the days of actual manicures, THEN acrylic tips applied for $25?! We're all getting hoaxed paying $100 w/tip for shat paint that lasts 2 weeks or 24 HOURS. Ridiculous.

I really wanted to like this salon. The ambience is great and the staff is very friendly. It was truly a relaxing experience all three times I've been there. However, their no-chip does not last long. All three times I've been there, my nails are chipped within a few days. This is especially frustrating since they are one of the more expensive nail salons. I kept coming back because I really wanted to give this place a chance.

Last week I attempted to make an appointment using the online booking option through Yelp. That didn't work out well, because I only received a response telling me to call the nail salon to make an appointment. So, the lesson there is to call the nail salon directly and you will have no problem. Try to make your appointments in advance because the slots do tend to fill up quickly. On Wednesday's they have a $35 special for a regular mani + pedi.
