People in office are rude and not helpful at all! Can’t even get in touch with the property manager as no one will transfer me to her or let her know that I’m trying to reach her.

UPDATE: I’m not sure who I spoke to before but Alyssa changed the whole experience for me. She was very kind, and efficient with getting business done! She showed a room and I applied the same day and was approved 2 days later!!! Very pleased with my experience with starting my lease!!!
One of the most unprofessional leasing experiences ever. I call on Friday for info and am told I can only see the unit Monday even though I asked for Saturday. I go up there Saturday anyway knowing how fast units can be taken I sit outside in the summer heat pregnant for 40mins waiting for a locked office to

I live in this property for more than 2 years . This is the third year for lease here. Found insurance changed without notice…… they are not care how you feel live here only care about the money. My last year insurance expired on 6/14 . They didn’t tell you anything about it just charged and I got my own insurance at 7/13 .it’s just one month. But they tell me have to pay two month. Not recommend here .

Not worth it for the price. Want to charge 1000+ for a 1b1b. Super thin walls, and needs updating. Leasing office and maintenance is horrible when it comes to handling situations. Much better places around Augusta

The two years I have been here have been pretty decent. However things do tend to break often and at times you’ll put in a request and they will email you saying request has been completed when it hasn’t. My concern I’m particular is the increase in rent prices. There have been no upgrades. The pool AND gym have been closed intermittently throughout the Year. It recently opened but for limited hours. Yet despite the above, rent is increasing and I cannot understand why. Why I initially inquired about it, no one could give me an answer. Finally they told me that it is increasing because it

Roaches and other bugs come in through doors and windows.
Been at this location for two years and has never seen anyone out spraying for bugs.
They will not call tenants to set up appointments to do so. You will have to contact the main office to schedule someone to spray for bugs. It should be a yearly thing offered without asking. It is not.
Also, Be careful of the homeless living in the wooded area behind the trashcans, they pop out occasionally. (Be safe at night, no night officer patroling)

So when I first moved in, I did have my doubts because I had a huge roach infestation!! But when I asked my neighbors if they had any bug issues, apparently they did not. I assumed it was because of my previous owners, so I used roach bait traps for almost two weeks for this problem to stop. It’s been 4 months since I moved in and I really like it. Aside from the thin walls which you could hear EVERYTHING, it’s not so bad. It’s a pretty safe neighborhood too. I see family and kids live here so that seemed like a good sign to me. The leasing office is also really nice and quick on working

So, originally I gave Stevens Creek five stars for the service I received from the main office area. However, beyond stepping foot in my apartment it has been nothing short of a nightmare some days. For that, I'm giving it one star. My husband and I signed a six month lease, and we have only lived in the apartment for 4 months and the following has already happened: washer machine (took three weeks to fix) and stove were not working upon arrival, you have to press this "reset" button on the wall very often to keep your electricity on in your kitchen, the toilet exploded on my husband in March,
