This place is cheap but disgusting. The workers smoke inside in the bathroom, it's not very clean and one of the workers was sick and kept coughing. During covid times this shouldn't be happening. I'd rather pay more for a more pampering and clean environment. Then they tried to charge me more money when I paid, but I clarified the price.

Long wait and they will lie to you and tell you it's a short wait. I walked out on them one time cause of that... gave them a second chance cause they are right around the corner from my building and boom it happened again. Plus there no chip manicure don't last that long. Go spend your money elsewhere.

Going to this place is a gamble of “Worth it, or Not”
The quality of work is okay, not much better than any other standard place.
Every time I go, I make an appointment. When I get there, after check-in I either am waiting 30+ mins in the lobby area just to get seated. OR I’m seated right away but am sitting there for 15 mins just to get started.
Service is really inconsistent, but they have a parking lot.

The Manager named Michael is very aggressive. He did a terrible job on my nails. He agreed to fix it when I complained, then suddenly started yelling asking me to get out. He became agitated when I asked him why, I thought he was going to hit me. He refused to issue a refund.
I'm definitely reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

This place is HORRIBLE, customer service is awful. They are so unprofessional. This was my 3rd time trying to give them an opportunity to get it right. I drove almost an hour the lady who was supposed to do my nails was out with an ill child, no one called me to let me know. When I arrived the lady simply said she's out sick you can reschedule. Heffa, I drove an hour to get here. You reschedule. The last time I came you all said by appointment only. I did my part

I had the most simplistic pedicure. I felt like the girl was rushing through it because they were closing at 8pm. She had to redo the big toe 4 times. The filing is very uneven and the toe nail paint job was horribly done/rushed. I had to ask her to get acetone to wipe the access polish on the side of the skin.

Stopped in out of the blue for a pedicure and was completely blown away. Cici brought out a menu and I chose the milk and honey pedicure. Loved every minute of it. She spent at least 20 minutes massaging my feet and calves, in addition to applying a paraffin foot treatment. I was so relaxed that I almost fell asleep. Loved the quality and the results. This is now my go-to salon.

I came to this salon for 3 years and will never go back because of a tech named Theresa and whichever man was at the front counter. I had made an appointment, and showed up on time only to be told that I did not "pay for my service last time so Theresa does not want to do your nails." Aside from it being completely untrue and having proof via my bank statement and Venmo payments for tips, this was incredibly humiliating. Why would I go back to some place, let alone for years, if I had not wanted to pay? I was obviously very upset and then told that "maybe it was a mix up."

I have been coming to this shop, for over a year now. The men are fantastic, and there are a few woman who are very nice and do good work. I have had a lady burn me, by the third time, i told her, she didn't even say sorry and got mad when i asked for another tech.
The work is nice, however, If you make an appointment, there is no structure. They dont write down the appointments, or have a calendar they are doing it all by memory. Ive had appointments and waited over an hour. They also dont always take who comes in first. Yesterday, I went in and after an hour and 15 mins of waiting I had to leave

I felt my technician didn't care enough to do good job and was just ready to leave; she wasn't very helpful when I asked for color Recs, and the end result of my no chip is streaky with bumps - my service was simple - no chip, short nails, bubble bath. Hard to get that wrong but here we are... the one bump I asked to be fixed was done with reluctance- like okay... it's your job to produce good work product. I tipped anyways but wouldn't come back.

Note: I'm not entirely sure if he is the owner but the person I encountered was the aggressive, rude and unprofessional Michael. He also wasn't wearing a mask along with another customer who was receiving a pedicure.
If I could give this place zero stars....always been skeptical of this place because when they first opened, I visited and left right back out because they didn't appear to be very friendly. Went from 5 star to 1.
Bragged about this place and walked in with my boyfriend today at 3 (with the open sign on) to be told they were closed? It says it online and their door they were open until 5. I saw they were busy, but just tell me that instead that you are closed while you aren't. 2 hours before the time though? Come on

This place had an open sign on. I went to the door, which was locked and instead of a person coming to the door, one of the workers shook their hand to gesture that they are no longer taking customers. Very unprofessional. If they were over booked they easily could've made a sign that read that on the door. Will not go back.

DO NOT GO HERE. If you want a good full set this is NOT the place. I asked for coffin shape and the guy literally rushed my whole set and ruined my nails. Some of them go too far in and look wonky. They are not coffin shape they look like tiny talons. He rushed, was so rude, and kept getting up to do other girls nails while working on mine. You will not be a priority here and will be charged a ridiculous amount for horrible services.

I highly recommend grand nails, this salon is a clean and friendly environment filled with employees who actually know what they are doing.
I've gone to so many places and my biggest concern is getting rid of dead skin on my feet... they take care of it with no problem no matter who you get and I've also tried finding great ombré nails in the city and it's been nearly impossible until I found Michael.
And on top of it all, my fills typically last me 3 weeks without chipping or breaking, it's a miracle!
I could go on and on about how much I love this place but I recommend
