The landlord was difficult to work with from the beginning. We had several issues throughout our time living here, and we were even blamed for things we did not do. We left a very clean place, but they took our deposit anyway.
Even though the place was ok for the money and the employees were nice, I would not recommend due to how the place is run. I would not go back.

I lived in America.Village for 2 years and loved the apartment! It was quiet and well kept. Never had an issue that wasn’t fixed quickly! Cheryl, the office manager, Randy and Dean, maintenance guys were all very nice. When I was looking for somewhere to move Carol, the owner, got me into an apartment quickly. When I moved I got my deposit back in a relatively short time. Only reason I moved is the distance and didn’t really know many people! Thanks for a great 2 years! Would definitely recommend this complex!

Lived here for 4 years and nothing happened that couldn't be attended to by staff and repaired. This was the best deal I could find around Lebanon as far as space and affordability goes. They even did maintenance while I was living there and I was never once charged more for their services. I never had anything crazy happen in the area either, it's an area I felt safe going out on late night walks as I worked 3rd shift at the time. We even have residents who are raising families living at American Village. It continues to support nice residents and I believe personally after living here for so

The staff and owner are horrible rude people. If the owner gets on her high horse you won't have a place to live because she will refuse to renew your lease. The maintenance men arent good at their jobs either. My apartment was nice and I loved my neighbors however the staff made it an impossible place to live.

I loved living at American Village Apartments.
Starting with the location: AVA is walking distance to downtown Lebanon. Lebanon has a TON of fun festivals year round that are hard to find parking for if you don’t live there. I took advantage of this a couple times, and I wish I had done more of it. The complex is in a perfect location-close enough to fun activities but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful.
The staff: I really can’t say enough about the people that work there, I was always taken care of. Randy, Dean and Cheryl have always been nothing short of exceptionally accommodating

Having to even give a one star is just as disappointing as the ending of a great year meeting different people to as the tenements But as a whole I have to admit I have never been put through such a whirlwind of lies as I had to go through with American Village and their staff their one leading man as to maintains was for a lack of better word rude and always threatening whenever you would approach him as to something going on as to things and would cause you to feel like why are you talking to me. I'll never forget when he came into the apartment to do finial inspection everything was in good

I've lived at American Village for several years now. This place suits me just fine! The apartment was clean and well maintained when I was handed the keys. A couple years ago , I remember seeing a little puddle of water under my hot water heater. I made a call into the office and within the hour, Dean from maintenance was installing a brand new hot water heater. Problem solved! It's apparent to me that the owners of this complex are interested not just in maintaining the property, but they've made many improvements over the course of time. When it came time to sign a new lease, I could have signed

We have been here a year and just renewed our lease. This place is perfect if you're looking for a quiet place to call home. Our neighbors are all very nice and quiet. The maintenance guys are very helpful. They have routine work to keep the place in good condition and quickly respond to calls. The office staff is always very nice and helpful as well. Every time I've gone to drop of the rent check, I'm greeted with a smile and small talk. We absolutely love it here!

I wish I could give this place a negative star...But this place started out as a nice area with nice people, but my roommate and I both noticed as the year went on this changed. When it was approaching our one year lease, we told the owner that we would not be staying and she verbally agreed that this was okay with her, and then told us to sign our names and write down the date that we would be leaving; which it then became a written agreement. Upon evaluation, one of the maintenance men was rude and made my roommate and I feel like we had completely trashed the apartment (and there was NO major

My dad loved living at American Village. When he had a stroke this past fall, the owner and staff sent cards and called me often to check up on him. They also kept an eye on his mail and his apartment and allowed family to stay there when we came up to care for dad. It felt like a home!
