A great complex with great facility managers. Preston and Jennifer were very informative, and were great people to talk to today. Just by our interaction I can tell this is an amazing place to live! There is a pool up front by the leasing office and there is a lot of amenities with this place that we loved about it. Check it out! Their website is has a lot of great information and there is a place to apply if you want to get started today.

Our walk through was very pushed so we missed alot of the things wrong with the apartment. Turns out the company that recently bought the property didnt care to check on important things like black mold under the sink or carpets being placed over objects like the railings for the closet doors. Almost all of our doors in our 3 bed 2 bath townhome CAME OFF INCLUDING KITCHEN CABINET DOORS. Our kitchen lights went all out except for 2 lights which turned out to be an electrical issue that they would have found had they actually checked their apartments prior to leasing them. Worse than 1 star; DON'T BE FOOLED!! The new owners of the townhomes are sending people to collections wrongfully, after they've already been paid! They are tricking their tenants into paying them money, which directly breaches their lease!! They don't keep their commitments to fix problems, and even assigned one of their office staff to search through the dumpster trash. She has since been fired for whatever reason.
Parking is absolutely ridiculous here, and their solution is to have a towing company on speed dial.

I have been living here at Meridian Green for the past year and have seen so much positive change here since the new management team took over. I am also the property manager that took over and can honestly say I truly enjoy living here. I see all the bad reviews from the past and the struggles it had before. The team we have now is absolutely amazing! I’ve been in this industry for 14 years and managed many properties but I took this one because I saw a beautiful property with spacious floor plans and the potential to be better. This is NOT the place to live. Hands down,,, the worst maintenance crews ever. Very HIGH turn over for workers, NOT study in management either. The owner, of the Meridian Green Townhomes is cheap as HELL. She needs to invest some serious money into her property. First off, fix the pluming, OK! Try installing NEW carpets when NEW tenants move in, replacing old equipment with more updated equipment. One of the many examples; when painting the front door, let's try painting it correctly and NOT sloppy. UGH! it's horrible here DON"T MOVE HERE. Also the negligent can jeopardizing one's safety. YES!

This place is awesome very quiet, clean, beautiful set up and neighbors are friendly. The manager Jennifer and the crews are very professional they treat you like a family and they handle the problem right away they even go beyond, I really love this place and the best so far. Moved in about a year ago. When i did the walk thru before doing my deposit i was promised everything would be fixed inside....moved in two weeks later and apt was DESTROYED. walls blotched with paint (wrong color too) . Carpet nasty and stunk. Walls chipped everywhere. Bathtubs clogged. Toilet upstairs still to this day doesnt work and they "cant" fix it. Hanging blinds held on by glue. Holes in walls/doors. Nowhere in the apt is the carpet nailed down so it comes up around the walls and on the stairs. Cars always getting windows busted and broken into. Kids throwing rocks at cars and bike scratches

Horrible Place. Wish i never moved here. Landlord is slow at getting things fixed. A lot of things needed to be fixed. People are low lifes and extremely ghetto here. Was harassed by neighbors while living here. Other neighbors not very friendly. Always looking out the windows everytime we pulled up or left. Feared my car getting scratched up and dented by kids and other people. The front door frame looks like it's been broken into, and it took them over a month to fix it. Also the place does not stay heated. You can feel a breeze from the doors and windows.
