If you want to be met with disrespect and just complete disregard, waste your money here. You'd think while small business are trying to stay a float they'd be more compassionate but that is the first thing this place lacks. If you're not white with blue eyes and blonde hair, I implore you to spend your time elsewhere. It's 2021, get it together ZaZaZoo

I'm pretty disappointed with my experience here. I got a no chip done a week ago and within a 5 days, five of my nails have chipped. I went back to get them fixed and they did but weren't very apologetic & made me feel like I was an inconvenience. The very next day after getting my nails fixed another nail chipped. I've only had them in for 8 days. No chip manicures should not come off that easily.

They did a great job on our nails. My friend did no chip and I did regular. They both turned out really fantastic.
Only reason for not giving 5 stars is they didn't have tips, which is what my friend initially wanted. And it was HOT in here. My friend and I are usually cold everywhere we go, but we were sweating in there. Maybe it was just that day though.

Definitely agree with another reviewer who states nothing relates to the facility offering services by appointment only. Walked in and was asked what service I was looking to get just to be advised they were completely booked. There were 3 ppl in the salon, by the way. I just think maybe it’s best to avoid nail salons on Chicago ave between Noble and Wolcott.

Love this place! They are very accommodating even when I call day of for an appointment. I think they are reasonably priced for the area and the quality. I usually get a no chip and it usually lasts about 3 weeks.
The space is bright and clean. They have many more precautions now due to covid, but I have always felt safe there. Unfortunately now they can't provide you with a la croix while you get your nails done.

What a refreshing place to visit for Self care ... In an effort to make more time and effort for me time, I ran across this nail salon and it’s my go to spot for my nails and feet. I travel at least 13 miles to get there but it’s worth it.... Great customer service! Great energy in the atmosphere! They use Great Quality products! They normally run on time with a scheduled appointment , State of the Art drying equipment And they even give a quick shoulder massage after a manicure😊. I really appreciate the care that is given each time I’m there!

The space is super trendy. The receptionist does an amazing job of keeping the salon flowing nicely. The staff works together to keep the salon clean
& stocked.
Not sure why this place has so many negative reviews on pedicures. Both mine and my husband's were amazing. My pedicure was very thorough and detailed in all the right places. And my toes looked amazing! I loved my tech. I hate I didn't get her name. I had a different tech for my nails though. She made me a tad bit uncomfortable. Apparently another nail tech took the table that she was supposed to do my nails at and that

ZaZaZoo is a clean and trendy looking place to get your nails done and feel pampered. They give you a La Croix and hand massage for extra pampering but if you just want a really nice manicure for a decent price without the pampering, this is not the place for you. It seems like the technicians did not know any of the nail trends or know how to do nail art. I had asked if anyone knew how to do a simple ombré and the woman at the desk said no. Furthermore the technician who filed my nails didn't seem to know the basic nail shapes and did an okayish job with a squoval (square with rounded edges

My favorite nail salon in the neighborhood! I just moved to Wicker Park and my friend recommended this place. I'm so glad she did! I go here religiously every two weeks for both a pedicure and gel manicure.
The salon is very clean and I love the color scheme - all white interior with pink accents. They also offer you a LaCroix when you walk in which is a plus! This my first time at ZaZaZoo but it won't be my last. It's a nice, sleek nail salon which is also BYOB but water and La Croix are complimentary. 27 Dresses muted on the tele while soft, modern music is playing in the background.
The only con that I found during my first visit is that this Bucktown salon is a bit small. The waiting area only had 3 chairs. I assume they minimized it in order to design the private party room in the back which includes manicure stations.
After a good experience and signing up for their Belly rewards card, I'll be back!

This is the best nail salon in bucktown. They work fast so the entire day isn't spent at the salon. Everyone is so friendly and the nail color selection is incredible- only OPI, Essie and Zoya. It is very clean and quiet which makes for a great manicure and pedicure setting. Their no chip is also great! It will last a full two weeks and the colors are all very relevant.
Highly recommend, but make sure to call for an appointment in advance
