I must say, I really enjoy living at City Vista! I moved here 3 years ago and so glad I did. I love the view I have from my apartment, the use of the gym and the supportive staff.
I live in a two bedroom, so when Covid hit, I had transitioned to working from home. So, I needed assistance with installing a ceiling fan for my new office space and Mike (maintenance tech) was extremely helpful- thank you very much!

We owned a home for over 25 years and moved to City Vista in June. We have really loved it. The cleanliness- space of the apartment and grounds are impressive. Management and maintenance go above and beyond very supportive and are prompt in their responses. This summer management came out to the pool area to hand out iced tea and snacks to the residents! Talk about going above and beyond! The luxer system they have in place for deliveries is so convenient.
As a former homeowner having maintenance is such a treat -“,if something breaks you just call to have it repaired. They answer immediately

Please DO.NOT park in the front of the building (like everyone else does). I dropped boxes off at my daughters today and was in the building for 10-15 minutes (in and out) and came out after waiting for their slow elevator to my car on a flatbed. The curbs are NOT Painted like they should be nor are there signs. They do have painted very small and what looks to be 3-4 years old (barely legible) on the curb. The tow truck driver said to call office to be reimbursed. He also said it's not a "legal" fire lane. It needed painted or signs. He also stated he was there 15 minutes before they called him

DO NOT LIVE HERE! city Vista Is easily the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. Management is so poor, unresponsive, and very difficult to work with when there's an issue. It is wildly overpriced for what you get and absolutely not worth it. Also they towed my car even though i literally paid for a parking pass and they offered me no compensation for the tow costs.

This corporate conglomerate must have hired flunkies from architecture and design school. The walls, ceilings and floors are thin. They charge luxury prices and give ghetto service. Maintenance is very good however. They nickel and dime you for EVERYTHING.
Parking sucks. School district is good enough. Neighbors are nice.
The living room is so dysfunctional. Tiny. Cable Jack completely misplaced. Router in the farthest closet and internet doesn't work. You are forced to take Verizon and they price gouge you. Can't fit a normal couch in the living room. And the neighbors are dirty.

I have lived in city vista apartments for almost a year now and my boyfriend and I absolutely love it! The apartment complex is beautiful and spacious from our 2 bedroom to the main building and the entire property. The pool, gym, package center, pet poo stations and car care center are all added perks as well! It’s so nice coming home to a comfortable environment with convenient amenities. Management is always so kind and readily available for whatever you need!

I love living at City Vista. It’s perfect for any young professional. The apartments are modern and up to date, the amenities like the pool, fire pit, and gym are fun to hang out at with friends, and the staff are always so nice and accommodating. It’s close enough to the city that everything is a quick uber ride away but also far enough out that you’re not in the middle of all the craziness of the city. Best part about it is you feel very safe. 10/10 recommend to anyone moving to the city or just young professional.

City Vista is the perfect place for anyone new to the Pittsburgh area. I recently moved here from out of state sight unseen, I could not be happier. The residence has an amazing staff to include the maintenance and front desk associates. Since living here I have had no complaints and anytime there is a request it is fixed within a day or two. City Vista feels like you do not live in the hectic city but can be there in no time. I would recommend living here to anyone!

As a relatively new resident at City Vista, I have had nothing but positive experiences with the complex. The management is extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I had one maintenance request following move-in which was addressed within 12 hours and followed-up on as well. The rooms are lovely with great appliances. The Clubhouse on the complex is a great addition with a beautiful pool, clean fitness room, and coffee/ tea bar. I highly recommend City Vista to young professionals looking for an area close to downtown with easy access to I376!

City Vista has been my home for the past 5 years and it has been an excellent experience living in this community. Sunny and the team are very helpful always and remember all their residents by first name basis. You have new and modern facilities for lockers, pool, fire place in club house and an excellent gym. Loving my stay so far and will be here for some more years to come. 🙌

I am a current resident at City Vista and LOVE living here! They have been so awesome this winter.
This is our first winter back in PA... AND WE ARE COLD! We moved from sunny California. We forgot how much of a struggle it was to get our dog to go "potty" outside during these snowy months. My boyfriend spoke to Josh, one of the maintenance guys one morning about it. We joke, but the STRUGGLE IS REAL!
I came home from work one night (dreading the walk I was about to have with our pup) to see that someone plowed a walk-way on the side of our building!! The maintenance team here goes

We stayed for 14 months in City Vista and enjoyed every bit of it. This apartment has everything one can ask for. Spacious and well maintained apartments, all the amenities are also up to date. Socials on special occasions are great. Easy accessible to downtown/ grocery shops/ shopping. Everything you need is within 15 min. Definitely worth considering if you are looking for a good apartment!!!

Had the worst experience. Wish I could give negative stars. Don't let the newness on the outside fool you. Management is completely clueless to any questions you have and very unprofessional. They are basically only there to hand you packages (which most of the time the door is unlocked and anyone can steal what is in there). The hallways and elevators always smell. Although this is a "dog friendly" apartment, most of the people staying in this complex despise dogs and will give you terrible backlash when they see you walking your dog. Honestly if you are looking for a new trendy

Terrible! The pros definitely do NOT outweigh the cons. I lived in City Vista for 18 months and there were a number of cons:
1. THIN walls! I could hear babies and children crying, people talking and even my neighbors going to the bathroom YUCK! and this was from both the upstairs and people below me
2. Poor construction and cheaply made building
3. Trash constantly thrown about and not cleaned (e.g., I would frequently see beer bottles and cans in the elevator or even on the grass out front, gum everywhere on the ground, and other debris)
4. Snow removal was sparse and it was not very well done

I lived at City Vista for 19 months and I honestly really enjoyed my time here. I lived in a two bedroom on the third floor, right next to the stairwell and I never had any issue with noise. Part of the reason that I stayed so long was that I was the first person to live in my beautiful new apartment - they were running amazing specials to get the units all rented. The value of what I got for what I was paying was unbeatable!
From my point of view... here are the pros and cons:
Pros - Pet friendly, beautiful pool, gym (not huge or anything, but it was enough that I didn't feel the need for

I'm a current resident here at city vista and my lease is up in a about a month and I can't be happier to leave this place. Although the apt is decent (because the buildings are fairly new) and the staffs are friendly for the most part... The biggest issue here is noise! The walls are super thin, so you can hear almost anything and everything. Like at night you hear people doing their thing.. Ugh...It's such a shame how crumbly the walls are here when it's supposedly to be a "luxury" apt.
Oh and the windows are cheap quality too because in the winter time, the wind

I've been here over a year now and for the most part I would recommend. Great location yet it's nestled in the back that feels out of the way and peaceful.
The apartments themselves are nice. Kind of on the small side for the living room area but we'll built. I have neighbors up down and on the sides of me and I really don't hear anything other than normal apartment noise. The staff is solid and helpful and the maintenance staff is top notch. Anytime I needed something looked at it was done fast and correctly.
There are a few cons. The neighbors that have dogs don't seem

These are just for advertisement to attarct more customers. we moved in november and still haven't got out refer money yet. I went to ask what was happeing to my refer money and i was so disaapointed with their customer service. they didn't offer to help me at all and said that they can't pay me the referal money becuase it was not filled in the paper work. it was thier mistake to fill out improper form intenionaly or uninterniaonly i don't know however this is one of the reason i wouldn't be staying here any longer starting next month!!!
