We love our apartment! The neighbors are friendly and watch out for one another. Our shining star is Jack the maintenance man. He is always working hard to keep the place looking good and running smoothly. If you have a problem or maintenance concern he is always right on it! He also sincerely cares about the kids in our community and is always keeping an out for their safety. We are very thankful to live here!

Cave Creek , Village Apts.........
I am a resident at Village apts, for the 3rd time ,as of today. So I have lived here 3 times thru the years since 2003.
I have watched the apts. go from 2 stars , to now 4 stars and on it's way to 4.3 -5 stars.Yes, it's been blessed with a little touch of love and care , and a great maintenance technician, " Jack", but it is NOT an embarrassment to the town of Cave Creek.
The changes and improvements that were well overdue have made the Apts better than ever. The last manager ,who has past on ; " bless his heart and soul ", has been replaced and this one came

Moved here a few months ago and I am extremely happy with the apartment, the grounds and the area. Jack is amazing and always goes out of his way to help. Jack has made incredible improvements to the complex. He works very hard every single day to continue to make the complex a little hidden gem in Cave Creek.

Ron and Janet Reed would like to say......We have lived here over 10 years and have seen it ALL! The VERY BEST thing that has happened here is "Jack" our maintenance man! Jack goes over and above, fixing the pool - cleaning up the complex as it was horrible - and does what he can for apt needs - he is Funny and Kind and we Finally someone who cares as much as we do about the complex - and he has made us a real community .... Now That's A First Here......We hope they are paying him what he is worth, the only thing we can not afford to lose is Jack - He also has a very good family....That's what

NO Manger on site!! The previous comment that states a manager is on site is a complete and total flat out lie!! I live here and have lived here for over a year and ever since the last Manager that lived on site was fired in October 2016, No manager is on site and the property company that they claim owns the place states they're not associated with this place! I am totally and completely done with this so called management and no replies to any of my issues! I have taken matters to the town manager to look into the issues since no one is ever present here and no one claims to own this dump! Stay
