After browsing their impressive website, I went to the community for a tour and the 2 young girls working in the office sure didn't rush to help me. One was talking on her cell phone and the one who came over to me didn't even sit down as she "helped" me (meanwhile I'm sitting across the desk from where she is standing up - awkward and unprofessional). She turned the computer on and showed me the site map and when I asked if she had floor plans of what's available she told me they're all on the website and she can't print them. This apartment complex looks so incredible on the outside and was such a disappointing experience on the inside. First, we rented while they were still building our apartment. Upon agreeing to a specific layout, we were given the inverse layout. My fiancée realized this and I went to the apartment complex to see if they had the one that we had agreed upon available. They did, but for the exact same layout they attempted to charge us $75 extra. After going back and forth with the complex, they agreed to the original price.

We have been here for 4 months and have been extremely happy with our move! The apartment itself is beautifully designed and the amenities are wonderful. The front office staff has been very helpful and friendly. The maintenance team (Alex, Cruz and Travis) have been responsive and genuinely nice to talk to. I think they were short staffed for a bit but they still took care of what was needed. This place has become our home and I look forward to the time spent here.

Terrible management- Zero stars if I could with Greystar/Maxwell. Did not renew our lease and moved out immediately. We cleaned the apartment according to Maxwell's guidelines (which they provided) and moved out on Nov 7th, 2021. Two Maxwell staff conducted an inspection with us present and passed us. They even said it was in exceptional condition unlike other apartments. We handed over the keys and left.
One month later Greystar/Maxwell sent us a $320 bill for "wall paint, floor repair, and carpet cleaning". They stated they conducted an inspection on Nov 11th with a different staff , (which

I'm due for an updated review now that Covid stuff has past and we have a new property management company in Greystar.
I just signed my third lease here for another year at Maxwell on 66th. Before getting into the amazing amenities I want to start with the best thing about living here.....the sense of community. I don't know how it happened but somehow this place gravitates great people. Over the last two years I've made so many amazing friendships and I've been part of so many FUN social events with my neighbors here.
I've seen all the surrounding complexes and you cannot beat this pool area

This is a great apartment complex for younger people or small families. The complex is really clean and the amenities are really great. Huge pool, tons of BBQs and the gym is a good size for the complex. The best part though is the maintenance team does a phenomenal job every time we have needed them. They have arrived quickly after we have put in a service case and the maintenance manager, Aleks, is always super friendly, kind, and polite about our stuff. Hats off to this place for doing a great job.

So happy we chose this community! Maxwell 66 has it all Amazing location! Close to everything in North Scottsdale with easy access to the freeway too! Resort style pool! Staff is great! Shining star is the maintenance guy, Alex. Takes pride in his work and goes the extra mile for residents! Maxwell is lucky to have him!

Update: Post move out were charge $500 for completely fabricated damages after Alex the Maintence Manager assured me during the exit walk though that there would be no charges. Paint, carpet, and hole damage? They conveniently "lost" the move in form that had the stained carpets noted and the condition of the filthy uncleaned apartment we moved into (food in microwave/refrigerator, fecis in toilet, dead bugs everywhere). Garage also had broken glass, shards of metal and a half smoked joint. After the 20+ maintenance visits, walls torn out for mold remediation, 3 other units we

We just moved here from maryland(although we used our faith in picking this place) and I tell you it is a beautiful upgrade from what we had!! Kaitlyn was very helpful and professional. She was above kind and worked with us every single step of the way. We hadn't seen this place( we got a one bedroom in the Anderson floor plan) till we got here and hoped for something at least decent and we were surprised, although I thought the buildings were elevated sadly it's stairs but that's okay! It's luxury still compared to what we know as luxury! I'm happy to be here and I look

I've lived here since July of 2020 and this review covers all of my time here so far and both the old and new management. When I moved in last year things were just starting to open from the first covid wave so I was on my own as far as move in and any follow up from the old management was pretty much non-existent given that there was only a limited skeleton staff working.
Overall the apartments, amenities and location can't be beat for the money. I've also encountered many residents in my time here and everyone has been really friendly and there's a nice sense of community

From the moment I arrived at the Maxwell I new it was somewhere I was going to call home . Amazing apartments with luxury upgrades , amenities that rival Vegas hotels , and an amazing office staff . I was greeted by Caitlynn . Her professionalism and grace was only matched by her knowledge of the property and ability to listen to what was important to me . She made the whole process effortless . We recently moved into this brand new complex and love the finishes, details and the service we were provided by the office and maintenance team. Moving around a time of a global pandemic isn't easy and definitely needed some extra care but the community went to a lot of details from curbside move in, walking our new apartment before we arrived and personally calling us to walk us through the details. They send a great to do list email to make the move in day a little less stressful and had a care package inside our new place for our arrival. That's awesome! I personally loved the welcome information

The pool area is large & very nice. I like the business rooms for private meetings and the shared areas. I like that the property is not too big or too tall to keep and nicer view of the desert landscape.
The apartments are built by JLB Partners and I really like the layout especially the lovely kitchens with granite counters. I appreciate having a balcony to sip coffee in the morning or wine in the evening.

Well I had attempted to rent there, I put in my rental deposit, all of that in good faith, but their automated system check could not confirm me and kept getting a system error for a simple credit check (my credit score 740). I wanted to rate the experience lower as it was a major let down but because the actual property is so nice I could not give the apartments lower than a 3. Their management system and processes are certainly flawed and I saw many residents dealing with a variety of issues throughout my visits there. I plan on making Maxwell my home for a long period of time. I moved in, in late January and it is truly an amazing property. The amenities are excellent. The pool area is perfect. I loved my morning time spent out there before covid. The gym has everything you could need. I rave about the cleanliness of the property to everyone I know. That crew really takes pride in their work and it shows. They keep the place spotless. I see Bobby going above and beyond all the time. The staff is friendly and efficient. I had a few problems with a neighbors noise and the staff at Maxwell resolved it quickly.
