I have a lot of mixed feelings about Sage. The overall environment and the people that live here are amazing and the maintenance crew is super friendly! On the other hand tho, the management is not my favorite at all. They were really nice and welcoming when we were doing the process to getting the apartment. But after we got the apartment, their hospitality changed drastically! These are beautiful and secluded apartments to live in, but management is really poor. I can’t wait till my lease is up. :)

I moved back to Phoenix from a sister property in Oro Valley in October 2020. The team here at Sage is fantastic. Lead by Kristen McElhaney, Diana Watters, Cristina Cruz, Esmerelda Cruz, and the Maintenance Staff, my stay has been excellent. It indeed feels like home.

Love the complex. Great pools, amazing management. I love the maintenance team. They are here right away when you need something. I love my layout. Great bathrooms and bedrooms. Love my kitchen and double balcony! The only bummers are the lack of lights in bedrooms. Having to pay extra for someone to install lights is a little silly. And guest parking is almost non existence. When my mom picks up my daughter she has to walk halfway across the complex to get her.

This place is TRASH!! The amount of money they ask for them dump is ridiculous. They come up with so many dumb rules. They have so many criminal activities that go on there ! Cops are there almost every other night. Staff is extremely rude. This place needs new renovations and new management. They have staff that look like they always on crack. I hope they put new management in there. I hope no one moves into this dump you better off being somewhere else for amount you spending on an apartment!!!!!!! Nothing but myth heads live there

Where do I start? Run! Go to another complex. Very ghetto here. Garbage overflowing. Jacuzzi broke at least once a month or more. So close to the freeway, egress and ingress awful. You have to go over the freeway at Dixilecta, the side street, back over Jomas bridge to get on freeway to go to hospital West of here. Lots of police activity, lots of police helicopters, very noisy neighbors. Spend a few more bucks and go elsewhere you wont regret it. Been here 2 years and its awful. Management does nothing, call the police, police do nothing. RUN!

I am currently a resident here at sage luxury apartments and I can not wait until my least is up in December. The staff makes you think they care about you when they do not, due to today’s circumstances (COVID) my partner (other tenant on least isn’t working) and is trying to find a new job. For a few months the staff was nice enough not to charge any fees but now they are charging $10.23 a day!!!! For people that only have one income at the moment. I have talked to the property manager several times on when I will be caught up and I thought everything was fine but now today I have received

I have live here for 2 years, have never not paid rent, (they immediately would start charging you an additional 70/day plus court costs and automatic eviction and destroying your rental history. Will not give you any means to complain, you can only complain to them, and they sweep it under the rug. From then on you can only pay with cashiers check or money

I have lived here for 7 months and at first it was really nice. However, yes I agree with some of the other complaints. Too many dogs at this complex with no dog run. The barking constantly outside at all hours since there is no where for people to take their fur babies is a bit of a neusense. I have noticed the smell of dog urine in the air daily since the weather is getting warmer. The parking is my biggest complaint I have had multiple issues with random people parking in the spot that I pay for and unfortunately, I agree that the office just shrugs it off as my problem. My husband and I have lived here for almost six months, and we have been extremely happy. The apartments are high quality, comfortable, and have amazing amenities. The maintenance crew leaves the grounds meticulous, and they have already done updates to the fitness center in just the short time we've been here, adding several bikes, a new weight set and a huge TV. The pool area is beautiful. The staff in the office have always been incredibly kind and responsive, and whenever we have submitted a maintenance request, the maintenance crew has obliged within 24 hours, being willing to work

I lived here for 3 years, moved out recently . I liked theses apartments but did not love them enough to stay . We had trouble from day one of our move in date , our very first night we had a flood from our washer the over night maintenance came in and ripped up the carpet horribly never fixed it properly. The maintenance crew was constantly changing and when you need thing fixed they would take a while to fix a problem and when they do come lets just say you needed blinds replaced they would tell you your gonna be charged for new blinds even though you barley open the sliding door they fall so

Lived here for three years. It was very nice but overtime it started to go down hill. Parking here is horrible and they made us get a garage because we have a motorcycle which is not on the lease. People with animals do not pick up after their pets. Our neighbors would be super loud and blasting music even on weeknights. People would always park in our parking spot and we couldn't do anything about it. All the office would do is leave a note. The maintenance guys are great and are always on top of things.

I have lived here 5 years now and this is the best it has ever been. This morning Panera was handing out coffee, bagels and chocolate chip cookie “to go” at the gate from 6:30am-8am. As a pregnant mother of two, this was an awesome way to start the day; I was driving to drop my son off at preschool and on the way out I was handed coffee and food, I was so appreciative and looking forward to this morning. This past summer the pools are the cleanest and clearest I have ever seen them. We have an awesome office staff-Christina and Kirsten are super friendly and go above and beyond. The maintenance

I am a new resident here at Sage and I’m already enjoying my experience thus far. Christina Cruz the manager there at sage is so nice and has made me feel so welcome. She has went over and above to insure I have a great experience. She has reach out several times to make sure I have all the elements I need to make my move in nice and easy. The way she is so invested into her her job has made me believe that I pick the right choice to move into sage and I have no doubt that if I run into a problem she will go out her way to solve it. I will 100% recommend this apartment complex for any of my friends

This 5 stars is completely thanks to Christina Cruiz. I have not had an encounter with her before today so I believe she is new and deserves 5 stars for giving me my best office experience since I moved here over a year ago. Though the staff has always been friendly, Christina definitely went above and beyond to help me through a stressful situation promptly! It's nice to have entered the office and been greeted with a warm smile and bubbly personality! Hospitality at its finest.

Residence for 3+ years. The problem solving skills of the staff was questionable. Customer Service was at a level low when I lived here. New staff members speaking to tenants as if they were unworthy of their time was frequent. Repairs were often patch worthy. 13+ Air conditioning systems failed one Summer resulting in further patch work. Appliances and carpet needing both repair and replaced. The unit layout overall was excellent. Outside-Dog feces everywhere, snakes in pool, black outs in the complex, Jomax-Frequent trucker accidents, mulch fire 100 yards away from units, mosquitos

Our choice for short-term housing at Sage was a complete mistake; I never leave reviews, but felt in this case it was fully warranted. After selling our home in Vistancia, we needed temporary housing in the area to avoid disruption to our son's schedule. To avoid a double move, we had our possessions packed and stored, resulting in the need for a fully furnished apartment (our new home was 8 months out). The reviews I read about Sage Apartments are spot on. The rental office is luxurious and lavish, but the apartments and grounds are awful. Unfortunately, our experience with the staff

Yes, Sage is better than your average complex, but wanes in comparison to other "luxury" residences.
The leasing office looked great, and they have a wonderful gas stove that you cant use. The pool to the back of the office looked refreshing, and indeed proved to be, when I jumped in.
The unit I was able to walk through was nice and clean, but for some reason, there was no ceiling fan in the 2nd bedroom. From what I understand, you can furnish your own, or pay Sage $100 to install one of theirs, which I'll assume they keep after your lease has ended.
The biggest downside I noticed

I am looking forward to living within the community, I just applied and really love the layout of the home, just wished they had vinyl throughout, but the price for what I got is pretty amazing for a luxury apartment. I have seen way worse for the same price in Arcadia/Biltmore area, and for me to be surrounded by mountains and listening to trees blow from the wind, I really don"t mind that at all. The staff was very pleasant and super helpful through the process of applying.... I look forward using a massage after my move in!!

Since our January 2017 arrival, there have been a few hiccups, which are to be expected in a move in, but Jamie and Amber have come to the fore. We love this place. The pictures say it all. Spacious with great views! The pools are fantastic, the grounds kept up and well maintained. For the persons that complain about the drive up Jomax and turn around to get to I 17 North, how lame. You had to see and be aware of that when looking at the space. For me it means no heavy traffic flow in or out! Quiet Units, respectable neighbors and cute dogs being walked appropriately. By far the worst communication between residents and management. I lived there for 15 months and I did not renew my lease because of how often everything was broken. The pool in the back stayed green for at least 10 to 12 weeks, the fire pits were never ON like they showed in the walk through!! And just forget about it if you have a roommate or significant other because you will never find a place to park. You get one spot for your two bedroom apartment and they do nothing about getting rid of the unwanted cars that just sit there for weeks

I'm so unhappy with these apartments. They don't upkeep their community the way they should or their apartments. The pool was green for well over week and it took even longer for them clean it. The pool never stays clean either. There are only two gas grills and only one works properly the other has no knobs and doesn't heat up the way it should. The community is gross. I will definitely be out when my lease is up. My closet door won't stay in the track, bathroom cabinets get stuck, bathroom drawer drops off the track every time it's opened, the laundry door is always coming

Love it! I was nervous about living in an apartment complex as we had owned our own home. It has been great! My husband loves that he doesnt have to fix things and pay for repair expenses all the time. I love the quiet and modern amenities. I work out in the state of the art gym regularly. I have friends over, and they all say how nice our place is! In addition the school is top notch. Way better than southern CA even though we were in an affluent area. All around great place.
