I'm so frustrated with this place at this point I truly regret moving here and it's sad. First I asked for another mail box key which was $5, I accidentally processed the payment to the wrong bank account which I had the money obviously sitting in the bank I thought it was in & they charged me either 105 or 150 which is crazy cause a bank only charges 35, then I had accidentally submitted my rent for the wrong date and the lady told me and I re did the payment which they got paid and I was told the payment was canceled for the one that was wrong, a few days later I'm getting

Both bathrooms have big problems, a shower door almost fell on my daughter as she was trying to get out, one toilet runs consistently the other had a broken toilet seat that is super small. Now they want to charge us more for pet stuff they "forgot" but the extra we had to pay at move in which we should not have had to should cover it. Don't move here.
Plus some woman below us tried saying we were knocking things off her walls which was in no way possible.

Things are pretty good. Office staff is friendly and helpful when you’re able to get a hold of them. They’ve done a great job navigating COVID. The parking is pretty tough and towing is predatory. They even tow out of your reserved space if you don’t have a parking pass. Overall, it’s been a nice place to live. The people are kind and easy to work with- and we have seen an improvement with grounds upkeep in the time we’ve been there.

This community is amazing, everything about it is absolutely beautiful. The amenities are always clean. The staff is remarkable and is always there for anything you need. I have lived here for 2 years and don’t plan on moving anytime soon, I am beyond happy here. My dog even loves having the dog park here, this is the perfect community to bring your pets!!!

So upsetting to live in this complex !!
We have moved to this complex on July 25 , before I moved in I asked to exterminate the apartment so I do t have a problem with any insects. However, since we moved I have suffered from roaches all over the apartment. We did 5 treatments and nothing seems to help . I have complained many times . I found myself calling the office 5 times a day . Maintenance is horrible with house calls . After complaining so many times , the manager told me that Iam the only person that is complaining form the building (16) so I went and knocked door by door from bottom top

Their refusal to fix our AC unit has cost us who knows how much in wasted electricity.
Our air conditioner has been acting up, should be easy since we rent.
We've had I can't even tell you how many people on how many maintenance calls.
AC company came and cleaned the lines and then left. They also left our unit on "off" and apparently didn't test it. We were told after we complained to the office that it was not cooling that they contacted the AC company around 5. AC company said to wait until 7 to see if it cooled down. We have lived here for 3 years and had a good living experience overall. Like the grounds and the resort style living. Office staff is very understanding and willing to help any way they can. Property can be noisy at times but overall we wouldn't have stayed here for 3 years if it were a real problem.

I would give 10 stars if I could. A word that comes to mind when I think of the leasing office and seven apartments is Phenomenal. Jenny has been more than helpful in finding a perfect apartment and move in date that would work for us. She also answered all of our questions we had and made us feel so comfortable during this process. Seven was my first apartment and I truly enjoyed living there. The apartment was nice, quiet, and affordable and the only down side is parking (reason for not being 5 stars). However, Cathy at the front office is truly amazing, down to earth, respectful, I would rent again because of her. If you go, ask for her, I promise you won't be disappointed.

At this point in time, my life is leading me to a new chapter. During my stay at Seven Apartments, I've had overwhelmingly positive experiences with the property. In particular, the staff of the leasing office have been a blessing in so many ways.
For me, having the ability to speak with a human being, not a remote-online-system, was great. Also, them being straightforward from the get-go about what is expected and not being deceitful was a relief.
I'm extremely thankful to have lived at a place that treats people fairly and NOT like they are human cash cattles.

My husband, son (6months at the time) and I moved in to our unit June of 2018. Our upstairs neighbors moved in early August 2018. They stomp all throughout the day and night. I mean 3 am... 11am ... 3pm... ALL DAY. my glasses clank in the cabinetry. The hanging lights and ceiling fans sway back and forth. My picture frames have fallen off the wall. My boyfriend has lived there the past year. They have recently changed the parking policy to combat the overcrowded situation and prevent any visitors from using the spaces within the gate. He's been using my car the last year (I lost my license) to help me commute to school and work from my house while also letting him retire his bike which has been a blessing during the summer months. With this new policy he can no longer use his DESIGNATED spot unless I sign onto a lease for a place I do no live at or sign him on the title of this car which provides further complications. DO NOT MOVE HERE! The residents were informed last week that we can no longer have visitors. They only created enough parking for each car that is of a resident. Meaning, if you want to have guests outside of business hours they have to park at the QT or Circle K (off of the very busy 101 and 7th St). Meanwhile, I pay $1400 plus a month for a 3 bedroom, but because we only have one car we get ONE PARKING PASS. For starters, this "Luxury" community is far from lavish by any means. Second, I would never look at this place the same after living here. Looks can be so deceiving, especially when management makes you think twice about your living situation. The unprofessionalism is at an all time high, which isn't exaggerative. I have lived here for 6 months, and it has undoubtedly been the most stressful 6 months of my life. New residents management and the front office is non-existent. Gave us the wrong move in date. Then would not admit their error and gave us a new date. The apartment was still not ready on that rescheduled date. Management stated they would send us a lease to sign. Nothing was sent. 12 phone calls made with no response. And that was for new residents. Please do not get involved in the same mess we did. Worst experience I have had. How can a company do business this way? Also when we were waiting at the office there were several tenants that were waiting to talk to management about different problems

I have been living here for around 6 months now. The staff is great!!! Keone, the property manager, continues to impress me with his and his staff's exceptional customer service. The apartments are beautiful. It feels like a resort. They have a 24/7 pool and even a small dog park on the property.
The only issue I have is with some of the tenant complaints. Why you would choose the apartment near a 24/7 pool and then complain every night is beyond my understanding.

Just moved in July 2, 2015. Relocated from the Baltimore/DC area and am thoroughly impressed. I was able to complete all of the required paperwork and make all of my pre move in payments online prior to my arrival. When I arrived, I signed two pieces of paperwork and was in my apartment (after a short tour, of course). I got a really nice, unexpected goodie bag complete with a handwritten welcome note, bottled water, a cool, Tervis-like cup, popcorn, and magnets. :)

Been here a few months, and we love it so far. BEAUTIFUL apartments that are very modern. We have not had any issues with noise yet. Seems to be a younger crowd here (which is nice because I'm "younger ") The pool area is awesome, cabanas, fire pit, nice pool, grills, misters and huge hot tub. They apparently changed management before I moved in and Keone is great, very nice and seems to care about the property.
