I waited 4 months for a unit
No way in the world should anyone have to wait that long for an apartment
Plus, when it was time for me to get my money back they give me the same money order I gave them expired so now I have to go the the whole process of getting a refund
If you ask me they do not move in a timely manner

Horrible, just Horrible. The place seems nice at first, but dont be fooled. The staff ALWAYS has attitudes and act as if it hurts them to do their jobs. Maintenance, What maintenance? U put in a request and it goes unresolved FOREVER. You have to call multiple times to get anything done. It is so frustrating to pay rent somewhere and not be satisfied with just everyday necessities. Im taking my issue to cooperate at this point. I wish I had never moved here.

I've been trying to call the office, but No one answered. I'm a handicap senior and my stairs are Weak and need repair. I'm afraid of falling. There's trash on the ground, Where is the ground keepers ?? I know we're going to this pandemic 😷. But Really, We pay our rent ! PLEASE address these issues. I like it Here !!! PLEASE !!!
