3 stars is fair. The amenities are average, small pool and hot tub. Gym is decent. Club house is actually great and smells nice inside. Never once had any issues with maintenance, always came and took care of our issues.
THIS IS IMPORTANT
Make sure when you leave you know your date and tell them exactly 60 days in advanced. Kiah was a bit rude in the whole process and we ended up talking to Denise. (Much nicer)
Overall it’s no 5 star place but a good place if you need easy access to co springs and even Denver. Views were a nice plus as well.
Oh and if you find a parking spot good luck finding

I've lived here for 2 months and I have been robbed 6 times already, no joke. My truck has been broken into 3 times along with my neighbors, my Amazon packages get stolen from my door step, and my garage has been broken into and my stuff stolen. The office doesn't do anything but tell us to not be so rob-able. It isn't just me either, every neighbor I have spoken to has been robbed multiple times as well.

This apartment community is the greatest! I love living here! Deb and Kiah are great people, and do a wonderful job assisting me with whatever I have needed. Samantha is the reason why I came to these apartments even though she is no longer here. Great community with access to so many places near by and super convenient for my work drive daily. 100 percent recommending these to everyone I know!

I'm going to be honest, the apartment is okay at best.
The ups to the apartment are Deb and Sam, who whenever I had a problem, took care of it with speed and efficiency. Whether it was maintenance or a question, they were more than happy to help me. The trails around the apartment, the pool, and fitness room are all fantastic, and are absolutely wonderful! It's a shame that they closed back in March, but the time that I did swim or work out, the areas were clean and tidy and were well taken care of. I love the location (right by Starbucks!) and how quiet the neighborhood is. It's close to the interstate for an easy commute anywhere but not so close that it's loud or bothersome. There's a grocery store, gas station and lots of restaurant options near by. The Santa Fe trail is right in my backyard too. I can't say enough good things about this place - Kiah goes out of her way to make sure it feels like home!

Renting from Ridgepointe at Gleneagle Apartments was a great experience. The front office managers Deb, Sam and Sarah were amazing to work with. They were all very professional and followed through with everything needed. They were very timely in any issues that needed to be addressed. I highly recommend RidgePointe at Gleneagle! The next best thing to the customer service would have to be the hot tub / pool area. This place was really awesome!

This apartment complex will not work with you if you have problems. I have left many reviews which all have been taken down. Don’t work with Kiah she is dismissive and rude. Don’t get me started on corporate. Stay away from this place and Griffith blessing. If you have a problem it will not be resolved. Bottom floor had mice running around all day they never did anything. We had a spider problem they didn’t do anything. You pay for services they aren’t doing. Not to mention security used to come around and they completely stopped and never told the residents they no longer have security

I have lived in many different apartments, and RidgePointe at Gleneagle is by far the best. The best price for your money, great amenities, awesome view, huge pool, amazing staff, and more. I have loved living at RidgePoint so far, and I go out of my way to recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment. The manager, Kiah, is the best. She is always there to answer any questions for me, she advocates for her residents, and she's an all around great and very friendly person (and that's hard to come by in a manager). You won't regret living here.

Well, we lived there for 1 year and was so happy to finally be out of there! If you think your deposit will be returned to you in 30 days, verify your contract. Ours were 60 days and still have not received it. In fact it is 2 weeks overdue. Contacted them and they said," oh, you somehow slipped through the cracks and I wasn't working here at that time."
They stated their headquarters at griffis blessings is cutting our check and we should receive it 5 to 7 business days.

As a resident, I made a reservation to have an event in the clubhouse. Made the reservation in May for the event to happen today (July 27th) I was told if it was before 5 PM it was free I booked it to start at noon to ensure I was out of the clubhouse by 5pm. Showed up today to do the decorating and was told that I had to pay $300 The person I actually booked the clubhouse with was now looking for $300 she said she miss spoke and didn't know the rules about making reservations for the clubhouse. Not sure how an error on their part becomes an expense on my part. I asked to speak to her supervisor

I'll start by saying i am not a resident but this place lacks major customer service and respect. I am helping a tenant who is looking into moving to this community and i needed additional information regarding the units year built. They seem to lack courtesy and professionalism, the phone rings and rings and are obligated to leave a voicemail. What if i was a potential client seeking immediate assistance ? I can only imagine the nightmare it would be if i were a actual tenant. I finally get an answer and once the incompetent individual who answered, then realized i was calling on behalf

Ridgepointe is a fantastic place to live. The staff is great and very responsive. After living in my own house for 30 years, I was worried about living in an apartment again, and I have to say I love it here. Everything is kept up, I don't have to do any yard work or snow removal and I can just walk to the gym they have in the clubhouse.

You feel home. I wish you can buy own the apartment. Beautiful view of the mountain the big sky and pikes peak. Staff are wonderful! Maintenance people are quick to respond. We rarely asked for maintenance. The apartment is super clean and well maintained. We lived there for 3 years! My family and I had a hard time leaving. We only left because we were leaving the state. :(

Okay I'm going to start this review by saying I've been living at RidgePointe for 4 years. I wouldn't live anywhere else.
And a recent change in management made it an even better place to live. But that's not to say that this property has never not had great managers and maintenance staff - they have the entire four years I've been here. I've been overly satisfied with everyone in management and in control of the daily activities of this property ever since I've been here. You'll find the staff here to be some of the friendliest you'll ever meet

Don't move in here!!! They are so stupid expensive if you resign with them yearly. I would like to tell everybody of how this "team" of apartment staff and leasing agents have failed in every regard to help fix a rat infestation. We have lived there for 4 years without any problems until recently. We had a two month old at the time and she was exposed to the fumes of the urine and feces of the rats. We have contacted the leasing office and management of the complex on several different occasions without any response or urgency to fix he problem. We were forced to move out due to

This place WILL raise your rent absurdly high when your initial contract expires. Over 20% increase! Profiteering on raising rates in the area. Well their rates went up so yours just skyrocketed! Avoid this place-bad business practices!

This apartment uses Klaus Towing to tow their residents if they park on handicap spots when the sign isn't visible, running into the complex to get their permits for 5 minutes, etc. They take a slice of the profit; go look at Klaus' reviews. Any complex who uses this criminal enterprise does not treat it's residence properly. Do not rent here.

My daughter has lived at Ridge Point 3 different times and she loved it. The managers/consultants/maintenance were always amazing, responding timely and kindly each time. She loved that she built a relationship with Ashley, her leasing consultant. The apartment themselves are so nice, closets are huge and rooms are big. She decorated it so cute and loved how up to date everything was and the location was perfect. We highly recommend this community! As a parent who lives 2 hours away, I loved how responsive the management team was every time I needed them. Knowing she was taken care of is priceless
