Community is pretty nice for being an apartment complex. However, was extremely unhappy after management switched and everything went downhill. Landscaping was rarely up kept. The front office NEVER answered. There were a few times we needed assistance and were SOL. At first we had access to pest control weekly, and then suddenly that stopped and we would see randomly huge spiders in our home. We were very excited to move in at first and then randomly our rent increased after they switched management. The front office staff was a hit or miss, there was once specific lady who was really nice, but

Community is beautiful and my little family want to move in. However, the office specifically Eric are extremely rude and never in a good mood. Everyone else is extremely helpful and on it. After numerous phone calls and having to call them to get an update on move ins they give the perception that they do not care. Everywhere else I have been to apply they are extremely helpful. One would think that being close to westgate they would have a chipper attitude and the willingness to be helpful.

Every single one of our cars- (4 cars) even the cars of people visiting- have gotten keyed while parked in our spot and in other unassigned parking spots. Obviously there is someone targeting our cars and the front office has done nothing. 4-6 calls later they haven’t reached out , and when they finally did they said there was nothing they could do. No security!!
Lack of accountability & response from the front office.
Not enough parking spaces! There’s times that we can’t find a spot even tho we live here. You only get one assigned parking spot even if you have a two bedroom.

The staff at the front office is very helpful. Lauren addressed all my questions. She gets five stars.
The community has very nice amenities and the neighbors are friendly for the most part.
The unites are very nice and newly built. For apartment living this is the best of the best. It really makes a difference with the vaulted ceilings, no one above you or under you.
The only reason my review is not 5 stars, is because we do have issues that where mentioned in other posts, but in all this is a good community.

If your looking for a community where you can trust your neighbors and the management this is NOT the place.
My husband and I were very excited about this community and the style of homes. the amenities are very good and we do love our home but we no longer feel safe as the management doe nothing to acknowledge or deter stolen packages, stolen cars, attempted break ins, etc.
Since we have moved in in September, we had to have our ring doorbell replaced as someone attempted a break into our home plus 10+ incidences of this happening and stolen vehicles/packages.
There are not enough parking spaces

We love living here. There are things that could be better, like any rental property, but overall we are very happy here and glad to call this community home. Compared to other similar community concepts, this community offers the best amenities hands down. Even the "smallest" gated backyard is very spacious in my opinion. Also pet friendly! We love that all units have hard floor throughout as it makes cleaning much easier. The units are beautiful and we love the pool and gym. Once the front gates are closed things will feel more secure & even better. The office staff are also great.

We moved in back in mid March amidst the pandemic and also dealing with a mold issue with our old apartment. The fine folks at ctc got us in quickly and were nothing but helpful. I personally have had nothing but exceptional experiences with all the staff that I have encountered. I absolutely love my apartment. The layout is fantastic and its hard to beat a brand new apartment that no one lived in before. If you are on the fence about making a move I highly recommend ctc as your new home.

We looked at the community and the new units offered. Not our style. Apartment homes are small and awkward with zero family space. They have no living area and if you want a yard you have to pay $100 a month for it. lol. Very small pool area. Very strange feel. It is a nice and modern community, just not for me.
