This apartment complex is a JOKE. I was applying to be added onto the lease of a friend so that I could be their roommate. The apartment complex could not figure anything out. I seriously felt like Karen was drunk or high every time I spoke to her because it was ALWAYS a different story. I paid the $99 application fee for them to ghost me until suddenly the lease drops in my inbox. After calling and speaking to Deana and the assistant manager, no one was willing to address my concerns. They were more willing to play a blame game than actually speak with me. I look forward to moving here after being referred by a few (resident) friends. I did a walk through after reviewing the Yelp reviews. The apartments building and units were or in process of being upgraded. The unit I saw had all new appliances, flooring and blinds. The exterior were clean and free of debris shown as example s in Yelp.
The leasing staff were professional and knowledgeable of upcoming development. I was informed the leasing company is new. They're original plan was to make a difference in the community. I was told the company made immediate changes in the community. I asked

First time apartment renter. This place is great. Newly renovated appliances and hardwood are a nice touch. Best part is price and how close it is to Marta. Restaurants in walking distance as well. Friendly staff-Karen helped a lot with the move in process. I got pretty lucky having one not too close to Marta for noise and got a sweet courtyard to look off balcony

I’ve lived here for 5 months and it has been one bad experience after the other. When we first moved in we had an insect infestation, ROACHES! We asked the leasing office to come in and exterminate several times but they never showed. They even lied saying that they had sent someone out not know that my roommate and I both work from home sever… days of the week. The staff acts incompetent but really they just don’t care. Most recently my mail box has been broken into. No one has any answers on how to rectify the situation and protect our mail right now when there’s a large

I’ve been living here for the last one year and the pest issue is out of control. I put in maintenance requests for pest control every month, sometimes twice a month, guys from orkin apparently come but there has been 0 improvement. There are cockroaches of all sizes in the kitchen sink, gas stove, in the cabinets, behind the fridge, in the… crevices along all around the studio wall, in and under the kitchen island, in the bathroom.
And no, it’s got nothing to do with hygiene, the apartment is kept extremely clean at all times. I have ocd for cleanliness so even a grain of rice

The front staff are pleasant (to me, and for the most part). Deanna in particular is great. Hopefully, any prospective tenant will get a tour with her. Now to the two stars...It has been particularly hard since I moved in (about a week ago). As luck would have it, the A/C's in multiple units were not working. Moving into a new place and being greeted with 80+ temps inside the unit was not a fun moving experience. I understand that issues arise. I moved into a great 1/1 apt. on February 01,2019.
Deana from the leasing office is a amazing person. Very calm and very pleasant personality from the first time I called this community. She stated that Greystar had just purchased this community. Greystar communities are very well known across the country and also out of the USA.
This is the first time that I am living in an apartment. Very quiet here and also, very important, very walkalble neighborhood and Avana on Main does not look like a typical apartment community, that is what attracted me here. If you or someone you know is looking

I renewed my lease last year ONLY because of the great location and amenities. The leasing office is incompetent and continuously rude whenever there is a concern brought up. I have complained about one of the leasing agents before, and have yet to see an improvement with her attitude. I pay enough in rent, you would think that the service would match. Oh, and don't forget about care being broken into almost every week!
