I was lucky enough to find Path Group during the stressful time that was my application for my O1B Visa. Lea and Ash were extremely patient and kind, leading me through the process and also helping me build my case.

I reached out to Path Law with an extremely tight deadline on an O-1 visa, and within just hours of sending out an inquiry, I had a Zoom meeting and a path forward with them. Throughout the process they were incredibly responsive, helpful, and generous with their time in answering questions.

Lea and Ashkan have helped me receive my O1 multiple employer VISA twice, and they also helped two of my friends to get theirs. They have always been extremely helpful and responsive whenever I've had any questions. Ashkan is always just a quick phone call away, something that feels very comforting and valuable when dealing with time sensitive and important issues like your VISA status. I'm a Canadian working on a startup based out of LA. I wanted to get my E2 so I could have more than a 50% ownership stake in my company, and so that I could have a longer term visa (5yrs).
I was originally working with a larger, much more corporate immigration firm but they moved too slow, and I wasn't receiving helpful advice.

This review is 5 stars because in the end, Ashkan got our visa which is a binary result for us, and in a way this reflects our satisfaction level with him.
He was successful where at least 7 or 8 immigration attorneys failed. He recognized the opportunity for my wife to apply for an H1 visa in California so she could work as a physician, and helped us chose a clinic that satisfied her constraints. Instead of living in a beat up trailer in Arkansas, we are living on the beach in San Diego.
