Park Ridge Apartments

I have been living here since 2008 and I love it. Yes it has it's ups and downs but what property doesn't. The assistant Jessica is so sweet and the manager Hailey if very nice. They will help with anything they can. Maintenance staff is great too. Thank you for the amazing 10+ years here!

Rent only goes up of course that's a given in our state but my apartment falls apart more each month no matter how hard I try and maintain it. I'm positive there's mold bc I'm asthmatic and it hurts to breathe in here but my concern was ignored. The foundation is quite literally cracking in these old buildings and I worry I'll fall through into my downstairs neighbors' apartment.. My greatest suggestion is to save your renter's insurance on something newer for similar price just something overall better. Ceiling had caved in and they took two months to fix it and it's still cracking even after

I do not recommend this place. Laura the manager is rude,shuts you up, doesn't fix anything, and if you call the owner she threatens to have you evicted. The apartments are not what they used to be, change in manager might be needed. Hailey mighty be the better choice, she has always been nice.

We moved in our heater and stove don't work. The next month our refrigerator gives out! Now after almost a month of them "turning on" our AC they can't get it right!?? I mean I'll get up there and do it myself if they need help!! Worst place I've spent 1000 a month to live at. If I could get out of the lease without any penalties I would love this place lol. Laura the manager is so stuck up. The apartments are old, for 1,500dlls a month it’s better to get a house to live in. I paid more than 600dlls in utilies...weird.

Just moved in and I love this property so much! The manager and leasing agent helped me so much virtually. I came from a really bad place before here and moving in has been nothing but great. The AC may be swamp cooling but having theses cinder block walls really help keep my apartment nice and cold. I really hope this COVID-19 goes away soon so I can thank the nice girls in person!!

I've been living here for 5 years now and I absolutely love it here. The girls in the office have always helped me out whenever I have a problem in my apartment, they were really great by holding onto the check from me when this whole covid-19 happen and I couldn't even walk down to the mail man and get it form him. Living here has been such and amazing experience I love it all. My corner apartment has such a beautiful view of the mountains and my neighbors have been the kindest ladies to me.

I lived there from Nov 2016 to 2017 and I hated it. The apartments are old and there’s bed bugs! My daughter suffered from a very severe skin issue almost the whole time I was there. These bugs would come out of the sinks, the restrooms were terrible. My shower used to get disgustingly moldy, the tile would break off. It was just the worst and most disgusting apartments I ever lived in. I do gotta say Laura, the property manager was amazing. Called up to inquire about an apartment due to some issues I was dealing with where I was staying. The manager Laura invited me in to take a look and fill out the application. I went in the following day and all I can say is...THE BEST MANAGER OF ANY PROPERTY I'VE EVER COME ACROSS. She said she'd call me the next day and let me know if my application was approved. The next day she contacted me to let me know my application was approved! She gave me a great move in deal. We were supposed to move in 05/03, but she pushed it back one day because the apartment was not up to her standards. I came in

This was the first apartment me and my boyfriend leased together and it seriously was the best decision we made. It’s located in a quiet and welcoming neighborhood and close to everything. The leasing management is the best especially the lady in charge Laura. She is so welcoming and always so helpful. Apartments are in good condition and maintenance is always so helpful and come right away when you need them. Our lease was coming up in May and we decided to stay another year but in a 2 bedroom.
