My family and I moved here and we kinda regret it. The neighbors above us make so much noises very late at night everyday. They’re slamming doors, banging the wall, walking extremely loud, and throwing stuff. They’re constantly fighting all the time we can hear everything. I have reported it so many time to the main office and they have it done anything. I have raise my complaint with the neighbor and they don’t care at all. We cannot sleep peacefully and is so disturbing every night. This is the worst apartment we have ever live in where they don’t care. If they did care they would have

I've lived here for about a month and a half. so far its really great. my unit itself is very spacious, clean, with great lighting. I love the amazon hub, the neighbors are pretty chill. the leasing staff are very kind and call back promptly. they host events that are kid friendly which is nice of them. they did one for Halloween. the club house is very nice big, clean with a nice little coffee area. also while I was applying they were very kind and patient with me and with all the questions I had. very professional and kinds staff .

Questions arise and they either have the answer- or find it. That said, there is one person in particular that has made my experience very wonderful- Alexis Parks. She is very detailed in her work and is always more than professional during our interactions. Her high energy, people-personality, and knowledge in leasing consultation should be recognized. This is the worst customer service I have ever received. When first moving in the office was amazing and there were no problems. Upon moving out, the contract was not followed and completely disregarded on termination policy that is stated in the lease agreement. I am also being charged rent for 2 weeks that I'm not living at the apartment at all. It takes 6-7 phone calls or emails to get ahold of anybody, and when they do call they don't know what's going on. I would avoid at all cost. The apartment looked nice but was not good quality and the pain of trying to deal with the office

I just moved in this weekend from out of town. Me and my two dogs Violette and Denver love our new home and feel very welcome! The apartment is very spacious compared to any other one bedroom we have lived in. The Trash Valet is such a cool convenience! The lake views and walking paths are serene, I can’t wait to see them sprinkled in snow. Everything has been so convenient!

My daughter, girlfriend and I have lived here for 3 years. We constantly have had issues with our dishwasher even though they keep sending different maintenance people to "fix" it but it breaks down a few days later. I wish that was the worst of the issues. We have had 3 issues with the neighbors upstairs running so much water that we were getting wet marks on our ceiling in different areas and water on our bathroom floor. We informed the office and they dragged their feet the first time taking weeks for them to get someone to even look at it. They sent contractors to our apartment many times but

I had a trailer stolen after only being here for about 2 weeks and ever since we’ve moved in there has either been some type of theft from a vehicle or a hit and run EVERY WEEK. Sometime multiple times a week. And the apartments don’t even care enough to put cameras at least on the entrances. Internet is HORRIBLE! I have a Harley that I don’t even… feel comfortable keeping here at the complex because I’m afraid it will get stolen. They don’t care. You would think after all these problems with theft from vehicles they would want us all to feel safe but they literally

This has been the best apartment experience I have ever had. My husband was transitioning of the military and we were looking for a place to rent. We stumbled across Latitudes online and fell in love with the layouts. We reached out and Casey got us moved in. She made the application process easy and stress free. She also answered all our questions. The experience living there was amazing. Super well kept. Never had any issues at all! Maintenance was always right on it when we called needing help. I moved in this apartment complex June of 2021. Upon moving into a thousand dollar "luxury apartment" I found that our front and back doors were not sealed properly which has allowed for an extreme insect infestation that includes large spiders. This was all discovered after signing the lease, however. Now that we are locked in, they have avoided fixing our situation at every turn for months now. I would think twice before moving here. All they care about is money, definitely not their residents.

My husband and I lived here for a year and a half and would’ve extended our lease if we hadn’t added 2 dogs in the meantime 😅 we enjoyed the privacy of the unit we had, and our service requests were always handled in a timely manner. Not to mention the staff was very friendly and welcoming at all times! Most of our neighbors kept to themselves, but we never had an unpleasant experience. We highly recommend!

I have absolutely loved living here so far! I haven’t had many maintenance issues, but the ones I have had were very simple to get taken care of and quick. One of my favorite parts about Latitudes is the location, it doesn’t seem like you are right next to so many shopping options but you are. You get nice views of the ponds and the wooded areas around the property making it feel more private as well as a beautiful pool.

First, this is Edward Rose & Sons. Seems that there is a lot of miscommunication between the regional office and the on site staff. For example, it took 6 months to get my over charged monthly rental statement corrected because the regional office had to approve the statement.
Get ready to call maintenance. Sometimes multiple times for the same issue. I think I'm now up to 15 or 16 requests and I still have 4 months to go. Hoping that my latest ticket will rid my apartment of the mice that are running on my ceiling (between my and the apartment above) every night

Heed the warnings of multiple tenants and avoid. Please note we've been good, pay-on-time, problem free tenants at that but I've just been nickel and dimed too many times and don't find them ethical.
They do indeed nickel and dime you on everything from captive, substandard internet to "redecorating fees", The latter being odd considering every facet of the apartment is outdated and barely functional, if at all. WE HATED EVERYTHING ABOUT LIVING AT LATITUDES! Their Dish TV and Internet service is horrible. Maintenance was horrendous. They repeatedly launched snow onto residents' vehicles from snowblowers. Dumpsters always overflowing. Office staff was nasty. I started calling the property manager Bigfoot because people claim he exists, but I never saw him. The loudest dishwashers and garbage disposals on the planet! Huge gap between sliding glass doors, so big that we had to stuff bath towels into it after maintenance failed to fix it. This place is a joke to live here my hot water went out had no hot water to shower for 2 days I called 9am to maintenance could not get any answer left 4 messages with them I had to boil water in a pan and put on my stove to heat up just to take a warm bath the staff here dont care about ur concern all they are interested in is collecting rent money dont move here you will regret it

We have lived at Latitudes for 3 years now. Although we love our apartment, we would not recommend Latitudes to anyone because of our most recent experience. We are in the process of buying a home. We tried our hardest to time it out correctly so that we would be able to move into the house before our lease was up, but we were unsuccessful. When we inquired about extending our lease a little longer while we wait on the house, they told us that we would have to go up to "market rate", which is almost $100 more than our current rate AND pay $300 monthly on top of that. They have not rented

The office staffs are useless but the problem is not them, it's the people who own the property.
-Lack of communication causes bad move-in & move-out and many other inconveniences
-SUPER BAD internet that you can't cancel but you can pay more to upgrade and get same bad quality services(how convenient?)
-They care about their own profit way more than their customers
-Dishonest to the potential tenant just to make you sign the contract

Look, you can find something to complain about at every apartment complex; however, my wife and I EXTREMELY enjoyed our time at Latitudes. We had an 8 month lease, and we never had a massive problem. It stinks that you have to use their internet service(which was pretty expensive for very few Mbps). The rent rates were fine and very competitive. I really like the area. The maintenance crews responded quickly to our problems.
The front office people were kind enough. If you are looking for your landlord to be your best friend, then you have your own problems.

Unprofessional... To say the least. Went to go to the pool and the door was locked during the hours it was open. Went into the office to ask why... Well I guess every employee they have decided to go home. It was unlocked and no one was there. Waited for over 30 mins and still no one. So I searched for any person I could find (yes I tried calling but the phone were ringing in the club house where I was currently waiting). I finally found someone and was told it was closing for the day. Really? The entire reason I signed a lease was for the pool. And it's closed. With no sign. With no one on
