I have been coming here for over a year and the nail technicians never disappoint. Everyone is super sweet and accommodating. I enjoy being here and watching the shows they have on. I would recommend anyone to go here.
Also, they have been good with COVID protocols. Never crowded, maybe one or two other clients present. Nevertheless, I feel safe coming in for that.

They did not take my phone number at time of order, or contact Groupon to let me know they were cancelling my appointment due to not working with Groupon. I asked them to honor the price and they offered me a "deal" that they normally give monday-wednesday anyway. They could have had a customer, instead they got greedy. Unprofessional and thoughtless as I had come a ways to get this deal. I wouldn't recommend holding them to their word. Any response to this will be a poor replacement for what should have been done- they KNEW they couldn't reach me and they should have honored the price they had

i've been doing for years and see myself going for years to come. they've done an especially good job with covid protocols - i feel very well taken care of. they always have the latest "colors" and are great with recommendations :) they genuinely want to make sure your comfortable with friendly conversation and best of all... netflix of your choice. (thank you for showing schitt's creek - i barely get to watch adult tv with 2 young kids at home haha).

The women that work there are nice but the color of the dip powder nails I chose did not come out like it looked on the bottle and my eyebrows are mis-shapen and incomplete. She didn't pluck or wax under the front of the brow. Another patron and I shared a nail tech so it was alot of waiting around time meanwhile there was another woman available but not sure if she is just a manager who doesn't do nails? Maybe it was just an off day for them but I won't be returning to this salon. The amount of money I spent was not worth what I received.

This salon is my go-to place because I always receive great quality mani & pedi! I usually get the no chip (at a very affordable price) which stays on for around 2 weeks. The ladies there truly pamper me during the pedicure (massage chairs, hot stones, paraffin wax, leg & foot massage), and the interior of the salon is always very clean and cute. Would 10/10 recommend.

I walked into this salon fully aware that they close at 8 but was refused at the door by 6:40. I understand if the two women working there didn’t want to take anymore customers for the night but they ignored my questions about their nails services rather than tell me they were closed for the night. From what I could gather through their salon & web page they offer amateur work & very minimal service considering the fact that it’s a “nail salon”.

I've been coming to this salon since I moved into the neighborhood 5 years ago. I think there's been management changes, but it's never affected my services and I've always had good mani's and pedi's here. For someone like me with OCD tendacies and who works with their hands in the high end jewelry industry, I appreciate their massive wall of Essie and OPI nail polish that is kept in near perfect color order. That care they put into that and the selection should tell you something. I can't speak to gels, powders or those types of services because I've never

I love Divine Nails! They are always accommodating and try to get me in even if I just pop in. I mainly come here for the pedicures, but the manicures are great too. I do circus arts so manicures are hard to maintain for me. I love getting my feet pampered though. Their pedicures are excellent. They use hot stones for massage and paraffin wax for your heels. It is the best!

I give this place a solid "Meh." Understaffed - to the point where when I came in on a Saturday, only one tech was working. Lukewarm water for pedicure with minimal jets made the experience neither relaxing nor comfortable and just felt like I was waiting for my toes to prune. My tech didn't know how to remove ingrown toenails, which was the main reason I needed a pedicure. The waiting area is uncomfortable, as benches are extremely low to the ground. П💅This Divine salon has been one of my favorites on Lakeview area because since new management with a new owner started, it has been always clean and all the nail techs do the same quality of service. I dont have to request for some specific techs because all are doing great jobs. Also, the nice owner 💖welcomes me with smile. Everytime I go there, I see them all treat with other patrons nicely and sincerely. and I heard from my friend that all the nail techs have long term working experience like 5 years, so they all are excellent and professional. Scored a bargain on Groupon for a no chip mani and no chip pedi with paraffin foot treatment. Scored even more when I was able to schedule late in the day on Christmas Eve after strolling Christkindle Market.
We arrived and were greeted and asked to choose our colors. Well the selection was a headache to sort through being completely unorganized and inefficient. I went in asking for glitter gradient nails and everyone looked at me in confusion because they didn't understand English. This was by far the worst manicure/pedicure I've ever received. My no chip French tip mani turned completely tan colored the day after I got it. I was so sad and disappointed! Spent $50 there which was like throwing them down the drain. Also, please tie up the heat, seems like they were trying to save money or something by keeping the temperature low. Never again coming by and never recommending this to anyone.

I went in for an eyebrow wax and the girl ended up burning my eyelid. See picture. I also asked for a stomach wax and was told someone else would come down, after about 10 minutes someone else did come down but she said the girl misunderstood and there was no one there to do it.

If you were unsure about a procedure you should have spoken to me rather than lying. Fyi, waxing is safe during pregnancy including brazillian, look it up. Your employee asked my due date which is in September so it should not have been a problem . I would not return to your salon for any reason. Mistakes do happen

I called ahead on a Saturday to ask if I could be squeezed in for a pedicure and the woman said yes. When I got to the salon I could see they were busy. I was seated right away, but the pedicure was incredibly rushed. I barely could call the "massage" anything more than a 10 second leg rub (didn't even rub my actual feet). My cuticles looked no better than when I got there. At the end, I figured she was rushing to get to her next appointment.
