I’ve enjoyed my time at Bridlewood immensely. I live in a renovated unit and I loved it! The big closets, the large dining space, and garden tub are a few of my favorite features. This apartment community really does feel like home. The grounds are well maintained and the new fire pit is a great touch. Kelly and Renee in the office have been so accommodating and nice. The office regularly plans community events as well as schedules food trucks to set up. The location is great and a short drive to pretty much anything in West Knoxville and not too far from downtown. I would recommend to anyone

Bad management and overpriced. I lived there 2 years ago and the price was very affordable, about $1100/mo for a 2 bedroom unit. Now the cheapest 2 bedroom is $1600/mo. So they saw a global pandemic and decided that it would be a good idea to hike their rental rates 50%. Not to mention when I lived there my appliances broke all the time and they took forever to fix them. This place is a scam and nobody should pay that much money for an apartment in this area.

My boyfriend and I had just moved to Knoxville and after another apartment complex deceived us, we needed something quick. Kelly and Renee have been nothing but accommodating, kind, understanding, and efficient. Bridlewood is in a beautiful location with gorgeous trees surrounding the entire complex. Everything is clean and our unit was just newly renovated. We could not be happier. 🧡

CANNOT SPEAK HIGHLY ENOUGH ABOUT THESE APARTMENTS….
Literally everything here is amazing. The pool. The doggie park. The gym. They literally have propane grills, a laundry room, food trucks, and they are even building a fire pit! Everyone that lives here smiles and waves. I even like my neighbor across from me… kind of unreal!
But it’s the team that works here deserves 5 stars. Scratch that… they need 10 stars. Professional. Genuine. And caring.

The staff here at Bridlewood are the greatest. Knowledgeable. Nice.Proffesional. and very thurrough. I was staying in a motel room and they went to work. Next thing in a few days I had keys in my hands. T.U. lady's for all your help. I will b sure to tell everyone about Bridlewood and the staff in the office.

This place is close to everything yet quiet and scenic. The staff is excellent and takes care of the residents and their homes. It might take a minute sometimes but they get the job done. And they CARE. You don't find that many places anymore. In this area you get what you pay for and Bridlewood is worth every penny. So glad we made the change. My pets and I love it here!

Bridlewood is in a quiet neighborhood. We were excited when we moved in, obviously that was a mistake. First of all, the walls are paper-thin. (I had to listen to my neighbor's snoring for a year!) AC rattles inside the unit, very loud outside. Constant ant problem. But the worst part was the management. They raised the rent *twice* during the pandemic. They are disorganized: no one showed up after the office told us they were coming for a move-out inspection. I don't recommend Bridlewood; stay away especially if you have kids.

Bridlewood is amazing! Safe, clean, peaceful, and pretty! The office staff went above, and beyond to get me in my apartment. The entire process was easy, fast, and proficient! I was picky, and had a long list of questions, and they were friendly the entire time, and met every need. The maintenance staff is wonderful! Upon moving in I had one small issue, and they got on it immediately, and checked to make sure everything else was great before leaving. I'm outside a lot, and have noticed these guys are always working hard, and doing their best to make the residents happy, with a smile on their face
