You recently increased your prices. I do understand that's the price of doing business and I wish you much success. I love Anna my go to for Brazilian waxes however I also love going to the suburbs where I pay $8 less and I'm a member. They charge my credit card every month and their spas are very clean and all the aestheticians are wonderful.
There are papers taped to your walls for your specials which isn't appealing. I'd recommend buying some nice frames at the dollar store and hanging up your specials.
I hope you take my feedback to improve and not to criticize.

Joanna is my aesthetician and she's phenomenal with brows. I'm a stickler when it comes to my brows. And she knows exactly how to maintain them. She is mindful and well versed and considers her client's medical history before recommending services. The spa is very clean and welcoming. It's centrally located with metered parking right outside the entrance.

I’ve been getting Brazilians and spray tans here for about 5 years. Both Joanna and Ana are great at what they do! I’ve been to other salons since I moved away and can’t find anyone like them. They’re super quick and the end results look great. The front desk receptionist is also always nice and quick to return calls. Highly recommend!

Got a Brazilian wax from this place yesterday first wax ever in life with Joanna I believe that was her name, and she was kind of ruff. I still feel hair down there, and she didn't give me a chance to tell her, she ran out the room so quickly never leaving me a chance to. Its not as smooth as when I nair, my friends said waxing is better than nair and i feel like its not at this point. I called out and said OMG JESUS on every snatch and she yelled out he's never here. By me being a baptist I felt a little uncomfortable and annoyed. I want to go back to give the other two ladies a try, because overall

One of the cutest salons I’ve visited. All of the ladies I’ve spoken with are extremely nice and helpful, great customer service!! Had Microblading done by Sandra. She is amazing! Love my new eyebrows. She was very friendly, professional, and patient throughout the entire process. Took the needed time to design/outline my new shape and made sure I looked at it and gave my approval before proceeding. I will be returning in a few weeks for a final touch up. The atmosphere is great. The main service I use is waxing, and I dont really have any complaints. I'm usually seen right at my appointment time and the ladies (I've seen Anna and Joanna) are really nice. Sometimes the cleanup of the wax isnt the best but overall I'm satisfied with the results. I took advantage of a manicure/pedicure special they had once and that was ok.

I'll start with my negative critique. I was charged $10 to remove my no chip!!! This is so excessive that I'm not sure I'll return. It's $5 if Bella Pelle did the no chip, which I was aware of. The reason I went there today was due to a text special I received for $25. I feel like I was in a bait and switch. This tainted and soured my experience. I'm Not a happy client.
Now for the positive, the nail techs are great, and the atmosphere is welcoming. It's very feminine and girly. I've had services done here at least 1/2 dozen times.

The worst wax I have ever experienced. I should have read more of the reviews before going, as I'm seeing other people had similar experiences with the esthetician named Ana. She made me feel so uncomfortable the entire time. It was so painful and rushed, as well as poor quality. I will never come back here and would recommend others to stay clear.

I loved the atmosphere here--pink and peaceful! The staff was quiet and kind and the attention to detail with both my classic pedi and no chip mani were great. My daughter and I got both. I used a groupon for one service and the business was well organized and respectful about the use of the groupon. Some businesses are rude when you have a Groupon but not here! I loved my experience.

Tried this salon after purchasing a Groupon for a no chip manicure. Appointment was required, which is standard. Making the appointment was easy.
Technician was okay. Seemed friendly and took her time (appointment was exactly 1 hour, which is almost too long).
Disappointed in the quality of the manicure. All nails started bubbling or chipping within 6 days. They didn’t even last a full week. I’ve never had this issue with any other no chip I’ve gotten at any other salon.

I was excited about my nail appointment because I hadn't been to the spa in a couple years. When I got there the nail technician was nice, professional and skilled. When it came time to pay she said she had to charge me an additional dollar per nail because I got them done at another salon.
I told her that that was not stated on their website when I made my appointment. The receptionist confirmed m, yes it's not stated online however it is additional per nail for no chip.

Cute neighborhood salon on taylor street. I believe they have 3 pedicure stations and 4 manicure stations. They offer a wide variety of services from waxing to spray tans. I got a no chip manicure here. They didn't have a huge selection of colors and although the spot is cute it's not at the level of a full service 5 star salon. Reception staff is friendly and professional. I thought my no chip was not bad considering I paid $ 19 for it, but no hand soaking for relaxation while they cut your cuticles was offered. Great for college students looking for a budget. I really would give this

My pedicure was not relaxing. No massage chair and your feet are propped on this tiny unstable stool the entire time. The nail tech was way too soft on massaging and exfoliating. Barely cleaned my toes before quickly putting on polish.

I went in for their mani and pedi special. Was later informed that they couldn't take off my acrylic nails which is fine but still charged me for removing my nail polish off. When I went to a different nail salon that same day they informed me that the job they did was horrible and looked like an amateur did it. Everything seemed fine with my pedi until I got home and actually examined it. The nail polish is uneven and it all crooked. Save your money and go to a real nail salon

Very fast and productive experience! I was surprised by all the negative reviews-- I was in and out in about 15 minutes! And though the bathrooms need to be up kept a bit better (wallpaper peeling, out of paper towels, etc.), the salon itself is very clean and pretty. I visited because I had a Groupon and they were able to accommodate an appointment for the same day! The receptionist even offered to move my appointment a bit later when I called to say I was running late. I barely waited in the waiting area once I came in. Super timely. It was great!

The current front desk/receptionist is not friendly at all, and has this vibe like she dreads being there or she thinks she's God. jeez. The only reason I keep returning is because of my girl Joanna - she's legit in all aspects of an aesthetician and the price for a Brazilian is quite reasonable.
But I'm writing a second/updated review

I had a great experience! Not only did ROSA fit me in for a pedi last minute, but when I explained I really wanted a mani and pedi but only had 1 hour before I had to get to lunch with my husband's family, she did both! In 1 hour!
My hands and feet looked great and she really went out of her way to help me out! Love her!
This place is super cute and quiet too so I will definitely be back!
