DO NOT RENT HERE!!! If I could give this less than a 1 rating, I sure would! I've actually reviewed some of the previous statements from 2-3 YEARS AGO, and it seems that nothing has changed in regards to the parking situation. ( See reviews below). I would NOT rent from a place that forces its tenants to pay anywhere from $8 ( for a parking space per month), but doesn't provide adequate parking for all of its tenants! I've come home anytime from 7 pm- 4 am in the morning, searched the parking lot several times, only to find that there was no available spot. My options were then limited to parking

My car has been broken into 3 times and I just bought it in March. With 0 cameras and 0 respect for their tenants property I'm not surprised nothing has been done. They raised the rent without stating that they would before I resigned the lease. Before I knew my apartment building had its own address I had a phone mailed to the office. They REFUSED to check their mail box and told me it wasn't there. A month!!! Later they confessed it was there and they were sorry. At that point I had already filed a claim and ordered a new one. It's easy to put on a fake smile and say welcome. But I'm starting

Great apartment complex! Friendly and helpful office and maintenance staff, quick handling of maintenance requests, and the grounds were always
kept nice. You can’t beat the beautiful bear creek right in your backyard. Downsides are no recycling, paying a monthly ‘common area maintenance fee’ and rising costs of the apartments. Otherwise a great, quiet community to live in!

This was my first apartment after undergrad. The neighborhood is nice it is very close to downtown Denver and Littleton area. The inside is more modern than you would think. It is a dog friendly complex they have a decent size dog park and they do a pretty good job cleaning it and holding tenants accountable. There are different paths/trails you are able to take when you go on your walks. The leasing office for the most part was helpful but, YOU WILL NEED TO FOLLOW UP with them on almost everything. They are not the best with reaching back out to their tenants from my experience. I was only living

I lived here for about 5 months and it was absolutely the worst living experience of my life in an apartment. Where do I start??? The management was C team squad at best. There were at least three different leasing people while I was there and they were all terrible at their jobs. They never answered our phone calls when we needed help with lease stuff, maintenance etc... left voicemails every time we would call and they never called us back. They even gave me the wrong set of keys for my mail box when I moved in. They stick you with the most ridiculous fees every month (fees for mowing the lawns

Major security issues that ownership refuses to resolve. 3 stolen cars and 2 garage blocks broken into in the last 3 months. Didn't have a working heater till mid december, and according to the guys who replaced the furnace all together, "this exhaust flu was built incorrectly, and we are surprised you haven't had carbon monoxide sickness yet"

I've lived here 5 months, and so fa I've had a fire sprinkler pipe break and flood my living room. I've had multiple cars hit my garage and for two months I've been dealing with my bedroom flooding. Management doesn't seem to care and don't want to help me out with either a hotel or a new unit. They say " we can't control the weather" but they can control the building.
So if I had known or had a chance to talk to people who lived here first i would have chosen somewhere else to live.
