I found Belle spa and nails online. I love that they had great ratings and reviews. So I looked online and made an appointment to get a no-chip manicure and pedicure. Online I was quoted a price of $75. I go to have the services done the staff was really friendly and nice. The person providing services to me was really nice. She took her time with my man/pedi. She polish my feet and did a great job, my hand were not so great. I got a dark plum polish so I know I needed 3 coats because it was thin. The nail tech only put on 2 coats. This is my favorite nail salon in the city. They always do a great job on my nails and they part of the Belle Mani and Pedi is the additional massage. Which is literally my favorite part. This time I came in .. I was the only one there, no massage (even though I paid for the more expensive service). Once I paid and tipped $20 on $80 service they took the cash and went in back. Not even a tank you or a goodbye. So, I felt awkward even asking if they still do the massage part? Very unusual experience. Not typical of this place and honestly kinda bummed. I called in for an appointment for a mani as this would be my first mani in Chicago; I just moved here a couple of days ago. When I got to my appointment, "Boo" was very friendly, asked me to pick a color; I did, and then I asked her, since it wasn't too busy, was there any way I could add a pedicure to my appointment. She said she needed to check and then said she'd be able to accommodate my request. I been going to this spa for a while and i didn’t have a complaint until now. I did my no chip nails on a monday and the following monday they were all chipping on the tip of the nails, so i went to the salon to show them my nails and they redid them , i think 45 dollars for nails should look much better than this, i usually go to Michelle the owner and they last for a long time and they look beautiful , this time they look awful, maybe the girls who did my nails this time and last monday need some training.

It's not too many places out there that give you great customer satisfaction. But I'm here to tell you that Belle Spa is one of those places. The entire staff made it a warm welcoming experience along with fantastic quality work, which made me feel pampered during my pedicure visit. I want to say thank you, and my feet thank you! I'm pretty satisfied with them. They had a program going on before covid-19 you I purchase so many many patties and you get $10 off of 1. However when they reopen they didn't have the program anymore and I was very disappointed in the fact that they didn't stick to their word regarding the $10 off of your service once you had x amount of services with them. Great people and they do great work

I have been going to Belle for over 3 years. As someone who is very picky when it comes to manicures, The staff at Belle is always very friendly and consistently provides a great service time after time. First off let me start by saying my nail tech Davaa was great and very professional and did an amazing job. She was friendly and took care in her job. Had the other issues not happened they would have gotten more stars.
Now where do I begin. The receptionist and one of the other nails techs were fighting. Very obviously fighting in front customers. The nail tech yells shut up walks out and doesn't come back for ten min all while her client is in a chair waiting. The receptionist then goes outside for a phone call on her cell and you can tell she's having a heated conversation. When

EXCELLENT customer service and attention to detail. Yesterday I was in dire need of a pedicure before flying out the next morning. I called last minute and they squeezed me in, did a fantastic job on my pedicure, and had me out the door and happy in a very timely manner. This is the third time I have gone to this nail salon and every experience has been WONDERFUL! I have gotten the no-chip manicure and pedicure duo every time and the polish has stayed completely intact for weeks. It doesn't budge! This week I also got my eyebrows waxed and I was super happy with how they looked after. All the technicians are friendly and took their time to make sure I was completely satisfied. I 100% recommend this salon.

I have walked pass this place for 9 years now and always said I wanted to try it out. Lol. Fast forward to last week I was in desperate need of a pedicure before heading to Miami and decided to give them a try.
It's been awhile since I got a pedicure so I went with the high end $50 pedicure that included a mask. I left happy! My feet were soft and I loved the color polish I chose. I also must note they have the massage chairs that make getting a pedi done extra relaxing. She even gave me a mini neck massage while my nails dried. I would definitely head back.

This place is really close to me so, it's super convenient to go to. I usually get my nails done before coming to Chicago but this time I didn't have time. I came here to do a "no chip" manicure. I get gel manicures all the time and they are suppose to last 2 weeks. Usually, I can make them last a month without chipping. The cost here isn't cheap either. It's $40 for a no chip manicure and I usually pay half that in New York. So, I'm expecting these nails to last me a LONG time. However, when I came to Belle Spa this manicure lasted me 1 day. Love this place that is right across the street from Arsova Salon where I work and I always get my nails done here and send all of my clients to them!
They are very sweet and professional, so clean and welcoming.
They were missing few colors tho (but the great thing is that they will listen and if you give them the name or# of the color they will order it for you.
The sweetest girl from all and top notch service I get is from Zaya she is amazing!! I would definitely be back!

I actually found this salon through Yelp, so I will continue with the good reviews! I usually don't get my nails done, so when I do go it's a treat, and Belle Spa made it a very good experience.
I made a reservation for 3 people about a week in advance of a Saturday afternoon but it actually wasn't that busy. When we walked in they took us right away to pick our colors and start the pedicure. They have massage chairs you can control yourself and a tv/magazines in case you're not in a chatty mood. The woman who did my signature mani/pedi, Zaya (sp?), was friendly, thorough

This place is not good.
I used prettyquick to book a no chip mani/pedi.
The pedi was just ok...BUT the mani was awful. Sooo bad. First, she scraped and scraped at my nails to get my previous no chip off. Um, I could have peeled it off lady. The paint job was one of the worst I have seen. She cut my cuticles so short I bled. And the shapes of my nails were all over the place.
Takes advice....don't go here for nails. It's terrible!
