I had an appointment and showed up about 20 early, Keith still assisted me. He was very professional and informative. I did a self guided tour which told me a few things about the property.The trash and recycling bins was over flowing as I drove the property and some furniture was disposed of in some trash areas. The 1bdrm unit I toured was not in one of the buildings within the community surrounding the leasing office and amenities; the building/exterior common areas are not as well kept as the buildings in the same area surrounding the leasing office and amenities. Staff here was very helpful and nice. The 3 apartments I viewed 2nd & 3rd floors were very clean and beautiful. Each time I visited it seemed like a nice quiet place to live which is a plus. I eventually decided to go with a different property in the end. If not for the distance from my job I would’ve definitely moved in

I have been a resident for 4 years at this complex, unfortunatley my experience here has been negative (if you are looking for suggestions, please read and take a look at some pictures).
I have endured leak issues that led to severe mold in my unit, I have submitted several requests every year, but they took poor approaches to properly fix these problems, the office at some point was trying to make me believe that those mold issues were due to environmental factors, but I was sure that was not the case since I saw and filmed the water filtering; all this continued, until last week when I had enough

We came for a tour and if that is what they have to offer we will be moving on...we looked at the unit on display and they had a live roach in the bathroom, they also had steel wool packed inside a hole in the closet indicating mouse issues.(Big no no) The unit that was on display just looked dingy and outdated, plus we could hear every step the people upstairs made. The leasing building looks great but the apartment was no where near as nice. It was trash on the balcony and in the grass, again if this is a display unit you would be a fool to rent because it was just simply unsatisfactory.

Been here a month now and really no major complaints, not a fan of the cheap bathroom floors, rusted tub drain, all in all those are little things. The parking is good, my building is clean and quiet. I like the space. Leasing office ladies were pleasant and kind. I’d say it truly depends on the people living in your building I got lucky !

Do not rent from this property. I am a current resident and this management company only cares about money. They drag their feet on repairs. The walls and floors are paper thin. My roof has been leaking for three days and they won't even put a tarp over the leak. The water bill is broken down amongst all of the apartments so you never have an accurate bill. You actually are paying for yourself and other people that may use more water than you. Do yourself a favor and spend your hard earned money some place else.
