So I had an issue with one of the residents which the resident has access to the maintenance equipment and threatened my daughter and I and the apartments denied him having access to the equipment, when I walk my dog I see him in the maintenance closest on occasion, but that was months ago, but maintenance was already bad, but since then it has been worse. I’ve had a leak that never got fixed and then started acting up again and put in a work order two weeks ago and no ones came, put in another work order a week later and no one came and then called the office a week after that and still no one

We love our neighbors here and have made many friends. The maintenance guys Tim and José are so awesome! They are the only 2 here so they are super busy every day but they always have a smile and happy hello for you! I hope they know how much we appreciate them. Teena is so nice and goes above and beyond for our community!

The ladies in the office are really nice, Ms Teena is always so kind and is always dressed nicely. She gave me a gift for my dogs birthday and remembers me by name, we have a great relationship. We’re coming on three years here and Im not unhappy. The office staff do their best to accommodate you within their means. Four stars because the parking lot. Fair warning, if you or your guests don’t make it into a permit parking spot by 8 pm then you might be SOL. The parking here is a dire situation and unfortunately there’s not nearly enough spots to fit the residents and their guests. There are
