I have lived here for just about 4 months and I love the location and my little apartment. I received it in very good condition and anything that goes wrong has been fixed in a timely base. I like it and feel very safe here. Joel always responds promptly to requests as well as Justin to coordinate repairs.

Awesome apartment! Amazing office staff! Perfect neighborhood!
I am extremely impressed with At Home Apartments overall. The office staff has been extremely helpful and friendly since the first phone call. All the apartments I saw were in prestine condition and it was apparent that the company cares about the quality of the building. During the showing, the leasing agent was upfront about the requirements and answered all of the questions I had in a covert professional manner. Applying for the apartment was a very easy and seamless process. The office staff kept me updated about move in/key

I stayed at Stratford Terrace in St. Cloud. My experiences here were great. The management was incredibly nice and helpful. I really liked our apartment. The carpet was a little rough because of previous tenants - but everything else was great. Counters in our kitchen were replaced right after we moved in. The apartment was quite, close to the bus line and close to downtown.

I am a new resident at At Home Apartments in Eagan, MN and the staff here have gone ABOVE AND BEYOND my expectations! And I got the ONLY painted apartment on the first floor! To add to my experience, the rental office staff, Erin, Nicole, and Steve allowed me to keep all four of my furry felines with me, because it was my mother's last dying wish! If these aren't good enough reasons to live here, I don't know what is! Come take a tour and you'll see what I'm saying is the truth!

I lived in their Woodlane Place Townhomes in Woodbury and hated it.
-Was a normal place to live when under the previous management but since current management took over the place has really become unpleasant. Management is always requesting to come into the units for one reason or another, so be ready to have NO PRIVACY! I don't know why they can't just do everything they need at the same time to help cut down on the amount of times they need to come in!
-The staff is very rude and no one seems to know what they're doing. Also, make sure you get everything in writing with them

I lived in Terrace Park in Roseville. I'm giving two stars because I liked the renovation the management company had done on the apartment building before we moved in and because they were very understanding when my boyfriend lost his job causing us to get behind on rent.
My problem with the company is that their conflict resolution is really quite lacking.
We chose the apartments because we loved the area, the unit and the fact that dogs were not allowed in the building, or so we were told.
Shortly after we moved in, we noticed there was quite a bit of noise coming from the unit upstairs

I live in an apartment on Grand and Ayd Mill in St. Paul and have to say I am SHOCKED at these other reviews! I absolutely love At Home Apartments. I truly feel like they care about their tenants; regular updates via e-mail and posting, keep everything clean, offer free events for people to take part in, and are incredibly quick to respond to requests. When I inevitably move (I'm in my 20s), I would look to stay with this company. To the other comments, I can only say those are rare circumstances or the property manager is definitely not the one I have! Another sidenote: in my professional

45 day mice infestation. 44 dead mice. Chasewood Gates. 1,000 sq ft. Very slow in responding to problem. Kept 2 holes open in kitchen closet for 2 wks before patching or filling with steel wool. Hole size of baseball in garage. Mice in brand new 2012 car. They pd for 1/2 of the damages. Didn't refund mice trap receipt. I was told to purchase on own because they ran out of traps & would not have more until 2-3 days. Very sad they are not responsible landlords. Submitted BBB Complaint too.
Resident 4 yrs! The company who owned Chasewood prior was responsible.

I lived in a studio apartment in the 1280 Grand Avenue building on Grand and Syndicate in St. Paul. Overall, my experience with At Home Apartments was amazingly positive. I thought that the staff was always very friendly and very easy to interact with, and I also felt that they were easy to reach and talk to in regard to tenant emergencies-especially since their rental office was 2 doors down!
They were very active about maintenance and making sure that all amenities were present and working properly. I moved into the 1280 Grand building right after At Home Apts. purchased it and within the immediate

We lived right on the corner of Grand and Hamline and the location was wonderful. Yes the apartments are a little older, but if you are looking for charm these places certainly have it. You couldn't be any closer to great restaurants, activities etc. The staff always responded to what we asked for and maintenance was usually pretty quick to fix things if anything went wrong. The apartments are older but you should know that going in and if you are looking for places that you can make your own, in a great community, with a good management staff than At Home Apartments is a good choice.

I've lived at the apartment complex on Snelling Curv. for roughly a year and a half and can honestly say I've enjoyed my time. The location is incredible, tucked into a quiet residential area, and the apartment comlex itself is just 17 units. All of the residents are extremely friendly, respectful and are great neighbors.
In the time I've lived there I've called for three separate issues, one rather major one, and each time they took care of what I asked them to within 48 hours. The company has been accessible by both email and phone without a problem.

I lived in a studio apartment on Grand Avenue this past year. My apartment was in great condition when I moved in except for a scratch on the wood floor. Maintenance came by that same week to fix it, which I appreciated. The apartments in my building are gorgeous -- wood floors, built in bookshelves, and huge closets.
They added a workout facility this year too, so that's been really nice to not have to pay extra for a gym membership.
I'll be moving out of state before my lease is up. At Home Apartments doesn't do subleasing, so I wasn't sure how exactly the process would

I have rented from At Home on 2 different occasions, both times I had OUTSTANDING experiences. My finace and I most recently rented at 616 Summit. Aside from the beautiful newly renovated laundry facility and indoor bike racks, our apartment was clean and updated, with all the charm of an old building. Our neighbors were awesome, even helped us move in our first day there! We loved it! The only reason we moved was because we bought a house, unexpectedly, and only 5 months into our lease. James Baker could not have been more kind! Not only was he exited for us and our home purchase, but he

I lived in an apartment in Saint Paul off of Western Ave. Awful, rental experience! The places look nice but are complete dumps. Everyone who works in the leasing office are complete idiots! They have no idea what's going on and you will get different answers depending who you are talking to! Never, ever again!

I lived in one of their apartments on Grand Avenue, in St. Paul, and it was infested with mice. After three calls to the rental office, someone finally came to "take care" of the problem. And by taking care of the problem, they threw a packet of mice poison behind the fridge. I think the mice were smarter than the staff because they didn't go near the poision.
I know it's an old building, but I'm OCD when it comes to being clean. Do not live in these aparments unless you want your roommates to be mice.
I called the rental office for other basic issues (door knob
