Look elsewhere. This place is trash. The neighbors blast music at 3am in the street and the office does nothing. When I moved in their were bed bugs in my unit and someone had the nerve to tell me I brought them when they were embedded in the window shade and had started to make babies. They offer you valet yeah without you asking for it and then charge $50 when you rush out for work and don’t put it inside at 9am. If you're looking to move to Denver, don't even consider this place, especially if you're from out of state, they don't welcome you. Says theres a lot of parking but can get a notice to get towed when parked at an actual spot. The structure of the apartment is also not great. There is some drawers you can't open unless the door is a certain way. Get fees for valet trash cans when I don't think any tenants asked for. The management don't take charge when peoples cars get broken into, I've even seen some people actually take it into their own hands because the management doesn't want to. This was

So I saw some of the reviews from about a year ago and I can say, things have changed and continue to change for the better. I see someone cleaning up every single morning so the grounds are being kept clean. Maybe not from spilt food... but definitely trash lol. Its some of the tenant's that are nasty and don't respect their living space and that of others. That's really the main issue. Unfortunately there's no way to identify this before they move in. The pet cleanup is 50/50. There are some BIG DOGS with BIG deposits which is kinda gross. My old apartment complex required a pet stool sample

Management is so awful, my car got broken into in the Complex and they did nothing about it. Also they will target and tow your car if you have expired tags or even out of state plates for no reason whatsoever. Management will also charge you 50$ on your rent because they put a trashcan by everyone’s door because people can’t clean up their trash even if you are clean. DO NOT LIVE HERE THE ONLY GOOD THING ABOUT THIS PLACE IS HOW CLOSE IT IS TO CHICK FIL A!

Be ware, There is a major structural issue in the buildings causing multiple pipes to burst causing flooding and other related issues. It is so sad that I have to write this review because I honestly liked living here before these incidents of flooding that showed me how much the management and staff don't really care.

17 hours after a snow storm and they still haven’t had anyone come out and plow the parking lots. Cars are stuck everywhere here. I’m knocking off 1 star for that, otherwise the apartments are nice and modern, staff is very responsive to maintenance concerns (minus this snow) overall it’s a good place to live

This Community use to be nice. It was quiet and well kept. Now it's Noisy and Nasty. The residents don't leash their dogs or clean up after them. People are parking illegal cars on the premises, the gates are always broken leading to break ins and just the overall disrespect for your fellow neighbors.

I watched and visited these apartments for 6 months before we moved in. I love the amenities, the finishes in the apartment, the year round pool, the little community. It is close to shopping and restaurants. The leasing staff is great. No your rent does not include water and garbage BUT they do not hide that fact. The last complex included water and garbage in the price of rent HOWEVER, they were separated out on your monthly bill. Either way YOU ARE PAYING FOR WHAT YOU USE. I have had no issues with parking. That is a plus. I love our little Cosmopolitan Community.

Brand new apartments. Poor quality materials used. Poor construction. Apartment was dirty when moved in. Maintenance issues take forever to be resolved. Taken over a month to get one light bulb changed. Garage door opener broke after living here for two months. Took one month to be replaced. Office staff is mostly nice but doesn't follow through with anything. No notifications are sent to residence when office signs for packages. Only given excuses on why they cant. They had one package of mine for two weeks and i didn't know it since it was sent to me. No online bill pay. Stairwells

Yes, this place has had issues in the past. However, the Viridian had lost their contract and everyone involved with management were removed, most likely for poor work performance. Now, Centro has completely turned it around. Wonderful staff and security. Finally have great neighbors and we finally have random sketchy people off of the property. I now love it here! I feel safe, especially since an influx of friendly military service men and women have started moving in. God bless America

I can't give this place less than 1 star, but if I could I would. This place is run by a bunch of incompetent idiots. Every simple management/maintenance issue comes with an excuse. If you want anything done maintenance wise, I suggest hiring someone yourself or getting familiar with you tube to do it yourself. It took 4 days to get my air conditioner fixed during the blistering summer heat, when it was a simple air filter. We were told they installed "6 month air filters" (there is no such thing) that were replaced right before we moved in, when in fact the air filters were

Worst complex I have ever lived in. Shootings now happening in our parking lot within the area that should be gated. When asked about the complex being gated for security I got its for traffic control. I've had my car broken into. Towed from a parking spot that I have parked in for over a year and a half. that decided to repave just like the last person said... joke. They rezoned and didnt even say anything to me. After 3 weeks yes they did credit me for the towing . But it should of never happened. Where was my notice on my door? On top of that like all the other posts garbage everywhere

*Don't Rent Here unless you want the run around! The third party resident check company they use is not efficient. I gave my deposit 2 weeks ago thinking I was in the clear to move, yet the resident check hindered me. I provided all the documents they asked for despite them being rude and snide. Still I didn't get the apartment which was fine yet the manager of the apartment now says I have to wait 2-3 weeks to get me deposit back. I need my deposit to put down on another apt so I can move asap!

Very very disappointing. This place is way over priced and is not anything close to "luxury." Just moved in and already have several issues, the apt was not cleaned well, the cabinets are ikea like crap, the appliances are low end GE, there is no washer and dryer and the company they recommend is a joke. For 1400 a month I expect for everything to be clean, lights working gates working and 24 hour security. I figured the price would deter ghetto, but it doesn't.
