A signed letter that meets the company standards for a reasonable accommodation regarding emotional support animals from a qualified professional along with proof of current rabies shots and licenses (if legally applicable) is required.
This affordable housing program is for individuals and families with moderate incomes allowing below market rents for those who qualify. The program is not a subsidized housing program as each resident is responsible for their full amount of rent each month. Rental amounts are based on the pre-set income limits in the geographic area and not based on your individual household income.

I can only speak on Ms.Rra and Mr.Wayne for all the help and support they give whenever anything is wrong. Ms. Rra goes above expectations to make sure we feel safe and speaks up on our behalf in the community, Mr. Wayne always came out and fixed whatever I need in time and they are both always more than happy to hear us out with anything that doesn’t sit well with us pertaining to the property.

Do not rent here!!! I have lived here since Feb 2016. Management cares NOTHING about cleanliness, safety or maintaining the apartments. My rent is paid early every month and I rarely put in maintenance requests but the ones I have put in have rarely been completed. I live on the 3rd floor. Our AC has gone out every year. In 2020, my kids and I, stuck in the apartment because of the Coronavirus, went the entire month of July with no AC!! I teach and am a single parent so moving is an expense I’ve been trying to avoid but I can’t continue to live here. On top of poorly maintained units, the residents

Called and asked about rental details for a one bedroom. I was told they would have a one bedroom open at the beginning of May. Came in the next day and was told someone had just signed and was moving into the one bedroom unit, and that one bedroom almost never open up. Basically lied to get me to come out here. Took off of work to be told a lie.

Ms. Thompson is a wonderful, beautiful amazing blessing to this community. She has been a great improvement over any of the people that have worked in the office here in the past. She really cares about the community and the residents. The entire atmosphere in the office and the neighborhood has become so very positive under her leadership. The team that she has built takes great care of us - both with the office and the maintenance. I am now proud to be a resident at Magnolia Pointe and would encourage anyone looking for an apartment to come and check us out.
