I’m updating my review. Since the new “management” has taken over, the apartments have gone down hill. When we had guest over they complemented how clean and great our apartments smelled … now every floor smells like a guys locker room ! There’s trash left in the halls weeks at a time and it’s clear they don’t sanitize the elevators. The old management was kind and knew what they were talking about. Renewing our lease became such a hassle because literally every associate told us a different story. The plumbing is always an issue. They shut off everyone’s water to fix it (what feels

Editing my review to say that Cielo was great under the management of the people that were running it when we moved in (in 2018.) The turnover rate in their office is extremely high which makes for lots of miscommunication. We signed a roommate addendum (so we didn't break our lease even though they claimed we did) and found someone to take over our lease. We were told we'd receive our deposit and we didn't. And don't even get me started on how many times we had to follow up with them to get the roommate addendum completed! Every time we went into the office or called, there was someone new working

There are constant breakins in the apartment complex and whenever it happens rather than do something about it they respond with “Crime has no zip code” (I’ve seriously gotten about 12 emails with that exact quote), meanwhile I know multiple people who live in the area that haven’t had a single issue. If you move here make sure you’ve got an alarm and a steering wheel lock or else your car will be broken into and in my case stolen out of the covered garage that you pay $75 per month for. The staff gives feign concern but does nothing to alleviate the issue, just a despicable organization

Review of Cielo
I’ve been living here since beginning of October, so a little over 3 months. My initial experience was very unprofessional. They forgot to send me whether I was approved or my welcome letter before my move in date and finally emailed me on Saturday afternoon to ask me to bring a cashiers check in the same day. Banks closed already. They ended up adjusting my paperwork and changing my move in date but it meant I had to delay my move out of the previous apartment.
Since then:
- 99% of time when I call the office no one answers. It’s the standard not to pick up the phone.

Moved 2 months ago. I’m in love with this place. Its a very secured building with 24 hr access to gym and I don’t have to go outside of the building to access the gym or parking lot. I live in a 2B2B unit and its very lively. All service requests are well attended sometimes they come as soon as it was placed. We were new to Denver but instantly made this our home. Almost everything this within 15-20 min proximity.

I have lived here for a little over six years. I like Denver Tech Center, which continues to grow fast. A number of new restaurants, shops, and other businesses are coming up and there is a dog park. Urban Egg, Tap and Burger, Los Chingones and some of the others are good. Also a sidewalk was added.
Price have risen faster than some other apartments nearby and are no longer a good deal as they were when moved here, now they have many apartments not leased. Not as full as it used to be.
This year, management doubled or tripled lease rates for me on any lease not 9 months or longer. So if I want

Some of the better rent prices in DTC however it should come with expectations to match. Office staff is incredibly dismissive to any issues. Many issues with theft on the property (mail, packages, car break ins in a "secure" garage) and management refuses to take any security measures to make a change. On the plus side, maintenance staff responds quickly and are friendly. If this is your idea of secure package handling you’ll love it.

My car was stolen. Apartment barely did anything to help or make me feel better about the situation. Ordered an $100 amazon package it said it delivered at the front desk and amazon said it was handed to the person at the front and I called the front they said they found nothing. Boyfriend left car keys in the gym he asked the front desk about it the lady said she didn't see anything... then i called 10 min later about it, a different lady answered and said that she found the keys. Neighbors above me said they had 3 car break ins since they've lived there. I feel unsafe in this apartment

LOVED my home here. Staff is great, Jessy and Makayla are super sweet. Wes is a rockstar. I lived in two different apartments and both looked great when I moved in. Work orders (the whopping three I had) were done so quick! Can't recommend this community enough. The area is amazing too!

Just recently moved into Cielo. Beyond satisfied with the leasing teams efforts and with my apartment we have happily settled into! We love the location, parking is great, the layout is perfect for what we were looking for since we have a service animal that requires a lot of exercise. The dog park is conveniently located to access without taking too much time to get there! The apartment itself is great. Love the design and although there were a couple issues on our move in regarding broken microwave handle and missing shower head, the management was quick to answer and set up maintenance to fix

Treating both residents and non-residents respectfully. the worst experience I have ever had with office staff or maintenance crew. I will never recommend this property to family or friends.
**update**. the property manager called me back to find out what happened and she offered no apology and basically blew me off. STAY AWAY from this property if you expect professionalism.

Lived here for about a year. It was ok. Maintenance really was nice. By maintenance I mean Wes. They really could use more staff. S/O to Chris if he is still there. I know he did his best despite circumstances outside of his control. I lived there from June 2017-July 2018 and during those times there was only 2-3 people in the office. Tough to
Get your packages from the office if there was a tour or two happening. It wasn't until half way through our lease when they started sending out package arrival emails for packages they received in the leasing office. Garage door broke several times

I've been a resident for over a year. I was happy, but no more. The garage has no cameras, the door is consistently out of order and is locked open. Many cars have been vandalized, broken into and stolen at this complex. Security is an ongoing and to this point unaddressed issue. The hot tub has been out of order for months. There is no estimated time of resolution. The floors are thin wood. You will deal with constant noise from your upstairs neighbors. If you live upstairs you'll deal with constant complaints from below. Very unfortunate. Appliances are aging, many air conditioners

Its been almost two months since I left Cielo Apartments. I had to pay $3700.00 in seven days to break the lease. They charged an extra $172.00 because I gave notice on the third.

When I was moving in and they said the apartment was not ready which broke the lease had furniture shipped from 1500 miles away. The solution was to offer a more expensive apartment even thought they broke the agreement. They gave me the apartment for the same price to resolve the issue. However the lease was signed and not honored no financial penalty for me. Now they said I was due a deposit of $500 back. Now

I lived in Cielo for one year and that was just enough time. They did have a change in management right when I was leaving. The previous management was poor and actually blamed their tenants for anything that was ever wrong. I've lived in other Greystar communities, and in my opinion, this was not up to par. I even spoke with corporate over the phone about the previous management. Overall the apartment was fine for a first living situation in Denver, but I would not resign ever again.

Pros:
-Proximity to light rail
-Great pool and bbq area
-Spacious apartments

Cons:
-Car got broken into

The only reason I am giving this 4 stars, is because our beginning experience wasn't great. However, we were incredibly happy with the second half of our experience. When we originally moved in, the onsite manager Alicia was worse than horrible. I will leave it at that. Since she has left, the new onsite manager Janelle is incredible. Janelle and Chris (assistant manager) are attentive, act quickly and respond in a timely matter. They even go as far as emailing you back in their out of office hours. This is not something you normally get from an apartment community. I would absolutely recommend

Really great apartment and experience living here so far. Chris is the absolute best and really seems to care about what you need. The maintenance guys are awesome too, they come right away and never make you feel like a burden. So much space for animals and the grounds are kept relatively well. I hardly ever see or hear anyone else around. Can't wait to use the pool area more when the weather is nice.

I lived here for about 2 and a half years, in two different apartments. I just move out a few of months ago and into a house. The location is obviously great, right by major interstates and the Belleview light rail station. Several new restaurants within walking distance. The only noise issues I ever had was with one set of upstairs neighbors (I had maybe 4 different upstairs neighbors). They just walked really, really loud. Once in a blue moon I would hear someone who obviously had friends over but it never bothered me or kept me awake.

In the two and a half years I was there, I maybe only had

I have been at Cielo apartments a little over 6 months now. So far I have only good things to say about the property and management. There have been some maintenance calls here and there but the staff is always fast to respond. The managers in the leasing center are welcoming and they often order catering for the tenants in the common room.

Overall I would recommend staying here. Great apartment. Good management.

I lived at Cielo for 2 years. I lived at Cielo for 2 years. My last winter there, the water heater went out at least once a week. The number to call for maintenance was always very rude and had no information. Walls are very thin and I could hear entire arguments that my upstairs and next door neighbors had. The washer/dryer destroyed a bunch of my clothes due to not being properly maintained. The street parking is pretty limited because cars that were clearly not in working condition are left there and never towed. Lights along the street parking constantly went out and took months to fix. Exterior
