**UPDATE: Please, for the love of God, ignore the apartment complex’s response to my initial review. They are dirty liars who do not care about their residents. As I type this, I once again am dealing with loud music and door slamming from the unit below. DO NOT LIVE HERE.**

Jamie is amazing. Right when we walked in she had a great personality and helped me find the perfect apartment for me and my girlfriend. Hayes House will be an amazing location to live in right by Hillsboro Village and I could not be more excited. Jamie’s attention to detail in what I was looking for and customer service made the choice easy. She handled all of my questions and this is going to be a great chapter for me thanks to Jamie.

Today I called Hayes House to complain about water flooding into my apartment due to power washing. My phone died in the middle of the call, and I did not rush to charge it as I was more concerned about the water. The person who was on the phone with me felt the need to both email and leave a voicemail on my phone calling me rude and disrespectful for hanging up on her. I do not reccommend this complex because of their absolutely "rude and disrespectful" customer service.

I would not live here again! The apartment above mine had extensive water damage that came down the stairs and into the business suite. The water damage was only cleaned up, never fixed so it leaked again and now there is a mold smell that has been in the hallway for months. Further we had pest issues that were not fully addressed or fixed, amenities were closed for months in the pandemic without rent relief, packages were lost with the office stating it was outsourced to a third party company that we should contact, gated entrances to the community were broken and able to be opened without key

RENTERS BEWARE!! DO NOT RENT HERE!!
The "management" was completely unhelpful and did not care about the MULTIPLE issues experienced. To list a few:
1. Packages being stolen and misplaced CONSTANTLY.
2. Downstairs neighbor playing music so loudly that it literally shook me and my roommates' furniture almost every night from 11PM-3AM. I called the police and still they did nothing to fix the problem.
3. The apartment did not even come with a microwave. Yes, you read that right.
4. The management/staff was beyond rude and unhelpful. I literally have nightmares about this place. PLEASE do NOT

They seriously need to update the older building. It has an extremely musty odor (more then likely mold), and we had problems with mice, centipedes, and brown recluse spiders while living there along with water damage that was very poorly fixed. I had mold/mildew growing on my windows from the humidity of the air and they told me to clean it… myself. Amenities and location are good but very overpriced for quality of the building. They also incentivize reviews from tenants through a community rewards app so be aware of that and visit the apartment yourself your interested in.

This was my first apartment by myself and it was a wonderful experience. If a lightbulb needed changing or a drain needed to be fixed they were completely on top of it, and the people in the office care so much about you and are such kind people. The complex is nice and safe and the residents are all quite respectful. It’s a great place to live and I’m sad to be moving.

I absolutely LOVE this property! You can walk to anything that you could imagine, there is Kroger a block away and all of the dining, shopping, bars and everything else in the village. I moved in about 3 month ago now and I do not regret it. ALL of the new renovations and amenities are amazing! You have the feel of home at Hayes House, you do not just have buildings all around you. The staff is amazing and willing to go above and beyond to help residents and the service team. If you're looking for a great Nashville living experience, look no further. We spent days touring apartment communities in downtown and the surrounding areas and we chose Hayes House out of all the ones we seen because of the historic setting , but with that vintage style look . As well the location of Hayes House is perfect for any working individual that needs to jump on the highway quickly, or venture to a downtown office. If you're like me and love to walk to parks and nice cafes or the local shops in the Village than this is your stopping point . The deciding factor for me and my husband was
