Was just walked through a tour of a studio by Mark (Marc?) at the front desk, who for the duration of the tour had this whole "better than thou" attitude. he even went on to complain about the tenants (specifically mothers) bringing their children to play in the courtyard. personally, I have 3 lovely godchildren who are the epitome of my reason to live. I'm sure you can imagine my dismay when a fully grown man, representing not only his company but also his tenants, spoke to me this way- as if it were funny or cheeky no less. also, I get that I naturally have low testosterone, but pay some attention

Hector, the associate manager, is phenomenal. His dedication to detail, personality, and commitment to helping residents go above and beyond what I have received in other apartments I have lived at.
The pool is nice too.

Main elevator breaks down every two weeks, haven't been able to get maintenance for anything not deemed " major:" parking spots are small, the "security" gates also always go out.

I lived in Inwood on the park for 6 years (2015-2021). I chose this complex because of the proximity to UTSW, where I worked, and the rent. I am giving this complex a 5/5 but my criteria is considering the tier of apartments Inwood on the Park is in. The building is older than surrounding complexes, which are newly built and much more expensive. For an economical apartment this is a great option. All of the staff is very helpful and prompt in taking care of issues. I had few maintenance issue but when I did, it was usually fixed the next day. Being an older building, I did have some problems with

We lived here for 2 years and had a nice experience. Hector is awesome and very helpful. We really liked the location. Close to grocery, restaurants, and the airport. If something was wrong the maintenance people came very fast even after hours if it's an emergency.

The place used to be cheap, but they realized they can get market value, so they raised prices outrageously. Gate phone often breaks. Hector is amazing. They charge anything they can (even normal wear and tear) except if you can possibly get them to ease up on one thing. Parking spots are small just like any new lot in Dallas. They do spot inspections for various things - the new leases say they don't have to give notice, so they don't always. If they don't like what they see (any clutter or you forget your trash), they will give a warning then a lease violation fee. The fifth floor entry always

The worst apartment I've lived in. It's super dirty outside in the community and the maintenance is also quite bad. a lot of additional fee in addition to the rent. The office is the worst! One time, They charged me a fine because I didn't update my rental insurance document. They should remind me a month earlier before my insurance got expired, while they just sent me a reminder after the due time. I talk to the office, while the officer told me they reminded me long time ago. The truth is they DID NOT!!! They just leave a bill to you because of their fault!
I would 100% suggest DO NOT live in

This complex is such a homey, welcoming environment. I've been a resident for a year and have really been enjoying my stay. It has everything you need plus a helpful staff. Hector is amazing and is always willing to help. The location is convenient and it is pretty quiet, so it's great for students attending UTSW. They have food trucks come in regularly so there's always something to look forward to! Honestly, I love living here. 10/10

This is a great place to live. I would recommend it to everybody. It has everything you need at an apartment complex (covered parking, locker for packages, a cute dog park, pool, gym) including a great staff (Shoutout to Hector, leasing liaison, for always being so helpful and amazing)!
Also it’s in a great location. You can quickly get to I-35, like 20 great restaurants, at least 3 grocery stores, bars, trails, and parks in less than 10 minutes.
The living spaces are good for the price! When people come over, they always say how nice and comfy it is We’ve never had a maintenance issue that

Really nice place to live. I’ve been here 6 years and have always been happy with it. Really good amenities. I’ve always really liked the staff and how friendly and helpful they are. The apartment is nice, spacious, and a really good deal. It’s a generally quiet area. Never had any neighbor issues. Close to everything I need, and I don’t ever have to travel more than 15 minutes which I really like. I think a place like this is becoming more rare to find here in Dallas. Overall been very happy with it and have never had any desire to move to any other place.

I've lived at Inwood for over a year now and love it! It's very conveniently close to UTSW, has spacious floor plans, and such a homey family vibe! I love seeing families by the pool, makes it feel so safe. In my time here I've seen so many updates! There's amazon lockers, TIDE dry cleaning lockers, jacuzzi/hot tub, dog park, gym, business center, and clubhouse space. My favorite part is the many seating spaces outside. Hector is beyond helpful and just makes the experience here even better!

I've been here since 2014 and have lived through a lot of ups and downs. The previous management was extremely ineffective and the property went into a steady decline, including not doing anythig about the broken fire door that cut off my nearest exit every time it swung shut because the handle was broken. I complained about it over a year. Two days after I e-mailed the new manager, Connie, the handle was replaced. I think people are pretty impatient because the previous management was so bad and maintenance slipped. But the new management staff, Connie, Adelina, and Hector are doing an AWESOME

They don't have their administration in order! One time I got an eviction notice because they had lost track of my check (and then later found it). The newest saga is that they sent my final account statement directly to a collection agency, without even sending me the statement. Upon calling their answer was "management changed and things have fallen in between the cracks." If you run a business that can impact people's life to the extent an apartment complex does, you better make sure you have your s**t together! It is true that management changes here "like a girl changes

I've lived here for 3 years and its okay. Pros: I got a great deal on a 2 bedroom which was better than anywhere else around, its close to UTSW/Parkland, they have a huge hotub which is really nice and rarely occupied, covered parking (though they charge $100/year for it). Biggest complaints have been maintenance and pest control. I have small cockroaches in my apartment and I keep putting in service requests and they come spray raid for 30 seconds then leave.....its now been 6 months and 4 service requests and no improvement. I also had a plumbing leak that once again took 4 service requests

I had a good experience living here between March 2014- May 2015. Staff was always nice (Marcus and Portia). It was a little annoying when the fob readers became broken at various times but not a huge deal. My front door started to stick during the winter and at one point I couldn't lock my door but the emergency maintenance guy came super quick, so that was appreciated. My place was quite, and I was almost always the only one using the pool. Def worth walking to work if you are at UTSW! I initially paid $950 base for a 2 bedroom (great deal!) but they chose to up my rent $400 when

This place as a lot of strict rules and RIDICULOUS fees:

Costs --
Studio cost: ~$950
Water + trash (mandatory) = $51
Trash service between 6a-9a (M-F). If you leave your trash can outside your door not within that time frame = $100 fine per bag. You can throw trash yourself on days there are no valet trash. Be warn though, sometimes trash chute and dumpster is locked down. In an effort to reduce waste output, they are locking the trash room from 5p-8a
Parking = $100/year. There are "free parking" but spots are VERY limited and spaces are TINY

If you are looking to rent here, here's what it's like:

Any repairs done to your apartment are generally half-heartedly completed. Screws are constantly missing from things like vents, doors, and even ceiling fans. Cracked tiles won't even be looked at. Make sure you submit a WRITTEN request. Always.

The concrete hallways are stained, sticky, and generally filthy. The trash next to the mailbox once went several weeks without being taken out. "Pool Closed" signs were left up for several weeks after remodeling was finished -- little things here are often not taken care

We moved out last year and did not renew the lease for several reasons below. Will never come back. Leasing office provide snack like donuts or cookie everyday to tempt new customer sign the lease. You'd better stay awake.

1. They made the APT seems really nice, it has gym, swimming pool, laundry room, well designed leasing office. However, let me tell you the truth. The gym only has four running machines. All of them are out of dated. More over, two out of the four running machines are broken down for LONG period of time. The leasing office post a note on the running machines saying they

I'm gonna give an honest review. I don't think this place deserves 5 stars, nor does it deserve the piece of crap 1 star rating (ppl who give it 1 star are probably just pissed off and super biased)

I am living here with 2 housemates. I share a room with one of them, and the other has a single. I would say space wise, we are pretty content. The interior of the rooms are fine... Nothing fancy but no significant deterioration either. The kitchen is relatively clean but slightly crammed. Overall, I am very comfortable living in the room.

Outside, there is a swimming pool, which is nice

DO NOT RENT HERE!!! It is not worth the price. Hallways are always dirty, smelly and littered with trash. Walls are thin and you hear everything- doors slamming, children screaming at the top of their lungs, people talking. Parking costs extra and no other complex in the area charges for parking. The apartments are old and outdated and have bug problems even when you ask multiple times for pest control. If you want to stay cool in the summer (about 75 degrees), your energy bill will be around $150 because the windows and doors are not sealed well. They may as well close the gym because it is too

In wood on the park , NEVER AGAIN. I moved in 2 moths ago , they were offering very good discount,it was so close to UTSW , so I did not think twice. Before I signed , I asked them if any pet is in next doors, because I sold my house because of dog barking. They gave me next door pet free apartment, at least I thought so. First morning I woke up with dog barking. I complaint about the dog noise a couple of times, they checked a couple of times to be sure if downstairs apartment has dog from their system, they could not find any registered dogs. At last someone came and heard dogs noises. And they

I have only been here a few months, so I have a mixed review:

The pools are great - but they are not always cleaned; the valet trash service is nice, but they leave the hallways stained and dirty. They gym is convenient, but half of the machines don't work properly, it stinks in there, cleaning is not consistent, they business center is nice, but you can only use it when the office is open. And, If they ever get the stupid fire alarms to stop going off randomly at 2, 3, or 4 am...
It may just be my apartment, but storage space in the kitchen and bedroom closet is non existent! I have a 1

I love this place. It's in a good desirable location for not a bad price! Only 1100$ for a two bed, two bath. && the valet trash is awesome because it comes everyday so no more walking in the cold to the dumpster (unlike my last place which only came by once a week) & idk about the other reviews but staff has been very courteous and helped get moved in right away. Lots of places to eat near by. Not to mention the covered parking for no extra fee. Rooms are a good size. Lots of closet space and a large bathroom which is awesome!
