I enjoyed living at The Currents, the staff friendly and responsive. I had 2 bad experiences while I lived there- my storage space was broken into twice. The last time my bicycle was stolen. My major issue has been after I left. Even though I provided plenty of notice - more then required, I still have not received my deposit. I left in May 2021. … This month I received a notice from a debit collector saying I was delinquent on resolving a debt - there was no debit!! I called and spoke to the office manager and 2 weeks later got a letter that there was a mistake and I didn’t owe anything

This was a great apt complex until the new manager, Mari came. She is extremely rude and unprofessional. Making your experience awful. Maintenance request used to be fulfilled in 24hours, now it’s taking weeks. What was once a friendly, family oriented complex has turned into one where families feel uncomfortable and unwanted to reside. They charge for pest control, and do not spray inside apts monthly like you are charged.

The new towing policies are ridiculous. My parent’s cars have been towed twice now. The first time they refunded her the towing fees because they acknowledged that they were at fault and now she’s missing work as a nurse because they’ve obviously gone power crazy! She pays for a reserved parking spot and has been parking fine since the new sticker policy started and suddenly she gets towed. They have our cars and license plates on hand, do they not due their due diligence to verify if a vehicle belongs?! Someone in management must have a friendship with the towing company. Very dissatisfied

Lots of ants/cockroaches when I first moved in and very loud upstairs neighbors who would make loud noise throughout the night. Pay a high price for trash service, just to have to take the trash to a dumpster yourself. Did not offer any real move-out assistance when I lost my job from covid. Pool was closed forever but still had to pay rent.The only good thing was Jon was very friendly in the front office.

I absolutely love my apt complex! I don’t have to worry about anything sketchy going on. I haven’t dealt with any pests or annoying neighbors. The stafff is super friendly and always there to help in the event there is an issue! I highly recommend this property if you are looking for an appt to call home!

Rate 5 stars as far as not being noisy, decent parking and nice apartment.
However, they are not great with communication. Sometimes I have to call or email 2 or 3 times just to get a response from someone. Sometimes the pool isn’t open at 10am when it’s supposed to be. On a recent holiday, there were many residents waiting to get into the pool.. some waiting for an hour or more... no one came to open the gates.. even after many calls were made.
They also instill rules for the complex,
which is great, but they sometimes lack when it comes to doing their part.

I lived here for the past year and I've had a great experience as a resident. The staff was always attentive and, while I never experienced any issues with my unit, I did have the occasional billing issue. However, Jonathan always resolved the problem immediately and was always courteous throughout. When I locked myself out once, a staff member from the management office quickly helped remedy the situation and I was back in within a matter of minutes.
