Love living here so far. It's incredibly convenient to pretty much anywhere you would want to go in Knoxville. I've never had to wait more than a day for a maintenance issue to be addressed, even the small things! Charlie, the maintenance man, is always super friendly. The office staff are extremely responsive and very nice as well. The units might be a little older, but you can't beat the prices and quality of staff that they have here!

This has been the most peaceful transition to a new living situation i have ever had. Tanya and Kristen made us feel so welcomed, and we really appreciate that! The community is so peaceful, and I am loving the tennis court. I am always greeted kindly on the phone if I need something, and I am assured that any issues will be addressed. Even the maintenance guys are really nice and warm and helpful and informative. Thank you for being a friend, CrossCreek! :D

For the price it was decent. The inside of the apartments are pretty nice. They are a little outdated. The exterior needs some work. Pressure washing, clearing the parking lot of rocks, etc. Not the best choice if you have kids. Not many areas to play. The pool was nice. My main issue was noise from 3 other units that we were surrounded by. Slamming of the back sliding door at all hours because our neighbor liked to smoke constantly. She also had a dog that barked constantly. Overall it seemed pretty safe. Convenient area, right by the interstate. Not as high priced as some other complexes but

Pros: Location, management, quietness, maintenance team
My previous apartment situation was a disaster before moving to Cross Creek apartments. I am so much more at peace after living here for 7 months. In a quiet wooded area, less than a mile from two grocery stores, straight shot to downtown via Western Ave, and the spacious Victor Ashe Park is nearby.
Haven't had to worry about pests or neighbors at all. Maintenance and office staff are friendly and responsive. They are great with emailing us any changes to office hours or work taking place on site or even virtual community engagement opportunities

Office staff is quick to respond, helpful, and friendly. David from maintenance is very friendly and welcoming. He is quick to respond as well.
The pool and grounds are clean and enjoyable.
The apartment was not cleaned well before moving in and there were many little issues that needed fixing.
Other than that, a lovely place to call home. It's awesome to see all the pets out and about too:)

I started looking at apartments in Knoxville in February of 2019, and Cross Creek was at the top of first, my long list, and then my short list. Seeing the facility was a convincer, as was meeting the on-site management team, Tanya and Kari.
Tanya and Kari extended every courtesy in helping me find the right place over a three-month period as things wound down for me in Chicago. They were very congenial, professional, and efficient, and I have been delighted with my new apartment.
The Cross Creek complex is quiet, woodsy, and very well tended. Amazing to have acres and acres for walking, tennis
