Look at the NEGATIVE reviews before you live here. They PAY PEOPLE for positive reviews. They asked if they could pay me to take my other review down. Very very very shady. They know the bad reviews are valid, they’re trying to get more money from people who are going to be unhappy. If you do anything else, listen to your gut on this place.

I've called. Ive gotten calls back. Low and behold my problems are still there. The mold you claim as " water damage" still there. The bathroom you claim "is finished" now has other things broken and isn't sealed. I need corporate or the owners number. The run around im getting , speaking to my neighbors of the same problems im having this isn't ok.

WORST STAFF, CORPORATE & APARTMENTS!!! My husband & I were new to the area & didn't know much about the places here,This was available, affordable, and seemed to be ok. We were so WRONG.The office manager April is very unprofessional. Last Saturday the grounds keeper Robert brooks, the maintenance lead Kevin and one of the office employees were drinking at the pool for hours & BACKED INTO OUR PARKED CAR!!!!! They tried to leave without informing us!! Our neighbors saw it & made them come tell us!!! They refused a breathalyzer and had to leave their truck in front of our apt all night! We reported

Don’t come here. I’m beyond disappointed with the attention that our concerns have received. When filling out our application, we were told we could not view an apartment because of COVID, but a virtual tour was available. We thought this was understandable. Upon move in, after our deposit, we were met with some of the most ridiculous issues I’ve ever seen. Carpet filled with holes and stains, paint peeling off of the walls, warped tiles and floors, appliances older than myself, bugs, and so much more! Not to mention the fact that our front door is so warped it won’t lock correctly and

Please listen to your tenants complaints/concerns!!! To say that you cannot do anything about cracks in the ceiling due to water damage and to say that you cannot do anything about LOUD neighbors is just plain ridiculous. GET IT TOGETHER!!!! What good is it to leave a number, to only call several times with no option to speak to someone directly....

Great Apartment Community! They have the most efficient apartments with some great amenities. My favorite part about the community is the girls in the office. One is particular is named Jordin R. She is such a pleasure to talk with over the phone and helps me every time I call up there. She is quick to solve issues and to smooth it out with class. She is the reason I'd rent here!!

Let's start off with the flooding outside of the apartment complex. There is no active drainage system for when we get hit with heavy storms. There is now a pond in front of our building. To make things better this is the 2nd time this month that there has been car break-ins and I know the leasing office is aware of this. So what is getting done about it?

BEWARE: THINGS ARE NOT AS THEY SEEM!
DON'T SIGN LEASE BEFORE YOU SEE THE APARTMENT YOU'RE RENTING!.
No not the model, but your actual unit. We just moved here late December 2016 due to lease ending and to save money. Not even a week before move in my apartment was changed 3 times. Mind you you have to transfer electric and cable or Internet services which are scheduled.
THINGS TO LOOK FOR: Cracks in your walls (don't worry they will come fix with some PAINT), check for Mildew smell (it's your carpet probably from a leak or flooding), which brings me to plumbing check to
