I had came in and talked to a woman named Diana and let me tell you i had the BEST AND FAST service i have ever gotten from this young woman! I came in with questions and inquiry about the complex and she was able to answer everything in an exceptional and fast timely manner! I told her i needed to move in ASAP and she was able to get me started with an application and i got approved in less then 24 hours and she was able to accommodate me with an apartment in less of the time frame that i had asked for! By the way this is my first time renting an apartment and it has been a fantastic experience

Do not do it u will be sorry it sdontneven deserve one star and that’s the truth be ready to be taken to the cleaners and deal with some characters in the office because all there replies are the exact opposite of how they really are trust me there on broadway. Take my word if you value your credit and lifestyle don’t make the same mistake I did.

They can't fix anything right in a timely manner they are more worried about move ins then there residents this place is a joke in a half there workers that's fix stuff can't do it right there apartments are full of mold in the windows when someone moves out they come in and vacuum the floor and shampoo the carpets then rent it out they don't fix anything when people move out

Maintenance withing the apartments is terrible. Ask them to fix something and you get plaster board screwed into rotting warped wood and when you state that it is not an appropriate fix, the Maintenance guy looked at me and said well than what do you want me to do, if I fix it properly I would have to replace the entire cabinet. I want it fixed properly!

I only had two weeks to find a place and get moved out of my old place because my lease was up. Country Glen apts in Kent was highly recommended. I went to look at it I fell in love with it at first sight. It’s quite Nieghbor but then there’s Safeway right across the street and local shopping stores right down the streets and only a few minutes to get to 167. To help me get in faster the property manager was on vacation she came home early off from vacation just to help me get in my new apt at country Glen apts smoothly and quickly. The transaction was the easiest move I waver made because

The service personnel is very good, copes with any breakage without problems and quickly, knows their work and is very friendly.As for the old apartment, the kitchen cabinets and bathroom cabinets were in good condition and still have a special smell of old furniture. There are two children's slides on the territory ,but their condition would be better .The pool and gyms are still closed.On the territory of a lot of untidy fickles from dogs, including on the basketball court that does not allow you to safely play with the child on it (but this is not the fault of the Manager and the owner of Pets

Unfortunately the Sauna was shut down when we first moved in, and after covid they shut down the gym and pool. They still arent open even though regular gyms and pools are open now, so im not sure why they are still charging everyone for these amenities. The apartments are decent, not to bad just older and needing repairs. The complex is a nice loop so its easy to walk around and pretty safe for the most part. There is a nice little park and basketball hoop, and the trees that are around the apartments are beautiful.

Trash and safety...
I have a friend that lives here. I visit her often and can say the place is going down hill. So many problems but I’ll only touch on a few. Parking: no guest parking at all! Your car will be towed if you aren’t a resident(NO guest pass). Trash: it’s everywhere!! People live like pigs in this complex. I don’t mean a little trash I mean lots and lots. They had a person that would always do grounds keeping. Lately I haven’t seen anyone, I can tell the difference. Many cultures are different but we don’t throw trash on the ground, we have trash cans. I hope my friend
