I just moved into The Alexander, and since the first time I came through the building, I knew it would be my new home. The lobby area is bright, clean, and well-maintained. The amenities are plentiful and well-looked after (the upper floor hosting space is HUGE and has such great views!!). The apartment plan I chose is perfect for me (and my dog) and the price was comparable for the area.
The best part has been the management staff. Marla was incredibly friendly and thoughtful during my first tour. She answered all my questions and dealt pleasantly with my many follow ups. Kristen was super responsive

I lived at The Alexander Apartments from May 2020 - May 2021; moving to accommodate new life changes. Overall, I was very pleased with my unit, and the amenities that remained accessible during the pandemic. As with many things during the pandemic, I'm sure that beginning new management of the property at this time wasn't easy. No property is perfect, and there will always be something to improve. Grady Mgmt. personnel stayed on top of the issues I reported. They were always very patient and cordial. Specifically, Carrissa, has gone (what I consider to be) out of her way to remedy my concerns.

Do not believe old reviews! New managment company the rudest people I have ever seen in my life. When I have a problem to my apartment, they reply to my mail after a month! The stuff are rude and not helpful. When I go to office and ask that why they don’t reply my mail, they reply for that moment and say they replyed! They just kidding to people! This is unacceptable. I do not recommend this place! We’re going to moving out as soon as our lease is up!!!

Great community, just moved in. Leasing staff are phenomenal. So far so good. This is my first time living in an apartment as I’m transitioning from a five bedroom home. Carissa and Kristen have been very helpful and patient with me. Recommend the repainting of garage parking lot and spaces, recommend the repainting of the exterior building other than that great location -

The Alexander has been our sweet home away from home for 5 years. It brings us happiness to be part of this amazing place. The office staff: Lora, Andrea, Adrienne and Casey are exceptional, always willing to help with a smile and a good attitude.
The facilities are excellent, clean, updated; modern lounge and professional business center with printer. Maintenance is the best ever, it only take hours to have whatever issue you might have solved, Rafael and his crew is outstanding. There is always hot water and never bugs! The apartments are beautiful!
