Stay away from this place. Staff is horrible...rude..and don't respond to emails or calls. The aprtments ate old and roach infestested. Staff will harass you and retaliate if you speak up for yourself. The place is ghetto..loud cars playing music..weed smoking everywhere. The new management does not know what they are doing. Complaints that are made are never addressed all they care about is the money. They are definitely violating the fair housing laws. They pick on tenants that are vulnerable and afraid to speak up for themselves. Garbage piles up for weeks and smells really bad. I moved out

SCAM! This is without a doubt a scam. I applied online as I was encouraged to do after going to the office to get updated information. I paid the application fee wich is a bit high and non refundable, I understood that before paying and was ok about it because after all, I was requesting a service and I had to pay for that service even if I considerate it too high. My problem is that I was denied that service. I received a call the day after my online application and they asked me how long I was in my current job. I wasn’t long enought for their criteria wich by the way it wasn’t in the application

I lived in this complex 3 years and always was a nightmare. They had me live in that apartment (8 months) with mold on the ceilings and roof leaks in the kitchen and dining room. Due to the leaks the kitchen lamp fell and they never replaced it. They never fix anything. They never installed the walking closet door. They enter the apartment without notifying you. When they finally entered to fix they left a mess, they use my personal things and put dirty objects over my new washer. They never did an A/C assessment to verify the intense of the mold. Due to that my daughter and I started having breathing

Oasis club in Orlando fl is ripping people off, website is saying something is available, I apply pay 170 fees for me and daughter, then they Gladys says it's not available. Then in next day or two the same apartment is back on website as available. I spend 170 on application fees and it was a waste because I can't wait because Gladys said sometimes website doesn't update. But it funny it update the next day adding the same apartment back on website as available. No waitlist. It's fraud

Been a resident for sometime now and overall I really am overall impressed with the complex,respectfully in comparison to its price. The property manager is awesome at addressing any concerns-when approached correctly. The other office staff, all I can say is you get what you pay for . The maintenance staff is friendly and very professional and response times are with in terms of good for pressing issues, anything not pressing - they’ll get to it. They are strict with enforcing basic rules that typically detours drug dealers, chaotic neighbors, and neighbors that do not belong in a family friendly

Do not move here
Although there is only one person in the office whos very helpfull this is Not a good place to live. Kitchen cabinets are in horrible condition and breading bugs, stairways and halways are filthy, noisy at night and the office sends letters of eviction over a simple complaint to some and not others, the manager does not like showing the appattment before your move in date. To put the cherry on the cake OUR APPARTMENT JUST GOT BROKEN INTO!!!!!'the deputy in the complexities been helpfull but I'll never feel safe here again. Please Do Not move here!!!
