Services
Each resident signs their own lease for their specific bedroom. So, if a roommate moves out, the other residents are not responsible for that person's rent. Please note that common areas are a shared space. Why is my rent not prorated? A rental installment is a payment made as part of a series of payments.
Moving to a new property can be difficult, especially if you are moving from another country and we want to make your transition to your new home as smooth as possible. At The Pavilion on Berry, we make it easy by including a quality selection of amenities in your rental payments and with major transit (light-rail and bus stop) only one block away, it's just a short walk or ride to class.

My baby brother age 24 is experiencing a extreme manic episode. He was evicted from his apartment. I was told eaier this week that could obtain his items with an ID. Today I called to inform them that I would be by to pick up his items. Now a different woman is stating that my brother has to be with me. I exsplained that he is not in a mind of cooperation and is experiencing a mental health crisis. They wpukd rather throw away his items then erase them to family. I am most upset about the misinformation and the lack of understanding for an individual experiencing a mental health crises.

Unfortunately I was really excited to live here, but have just been continually let down. Me along with other residents (I’ve directly talked too) were charged late fees during the period the governors emergency housing order was in place which states that renters were not allowed to charge late fees to tenants. That alone says a lot about who you’re renting from.
The apartments themselves are okay, but once you live there long enough and start noticing the small details, it’s pretty rough. Things are falling apart, paint on our bathroom floors, ice machine didn’t work for weeks, there’s

I’ve lived here for the past year and highly recommend you do too! It’s a quiet residence and is a block away from the metro train station allowing easy access to campus, grocery stores & anywhere else you would want to go! The leasing staff are friendly and helpful & maintenance is quick to fix things! Bonus: They are also accommodating for pets!

Really love this apartment. The facilities are all so great, the location is very convenient, and the most important thing for me is that the staff are all so nice. They held lots of activities every month and make this hard time not that boring. I especially want to thank Grayden, he is very friendly and helpful!

I am a resident and I very much enjoy living here. They have an event every week which usually includes free food which is nice. The staff is very helpful and we have good conversation. One month I was having trouble paying online but Danielle was very helpful with letting me know my other options and making sure I paid on time. The apartment is very close to the light rail stop which is good for when I need to get to class and it is warm. Overall I would recommend this apartment. Sometimes the trash builds up outside, but recently it has been much better.

I do not recommend The Pavilion on Berry or any Peak Campus (the company that owns it) building for so many reasons. I lived here for 3 years, the first 2 years were fine but the management changed this past year and my experience here really went downhill. I first want to say that the leasing consultant and maintenance staff members were fine. They were always kind and tried to help but unfortunately any major issues have to go through the management and dealing with them was a headache. Here are the issues I experienced:
1) Last summer a roommate got evicted mid-lease so they found a replacement

The conditions of the parking lot is terrible throughout winter. The road had been covered with snow for weekssss. Just today, they said they will plow the road (declared a snow emergency, asked residents to move their cars), but it has never been done properly. You can tell it from the pictures! I can't recall even once that they did a good job on plowing the road! Soooo dissapointed with their services!
Fell down because of the icy road! ;(
