What a fantastic place! The location is unbeatable, the finishes are terrific, the lobby is top notch and there a wonderful manager, Kristen, on site who really takes care of the building. Try the coffee in the lobby and talk to Kristen -- you wont be dissappointed! One of the best places to live in Pittsburgh, no contest.

I've lived at the lofts for about 7 months while visiting family. Not only was the unit warm and inviting the residents and the employees were also just as warm and inviting. Kristen was also responsive and helpful and made the temporary move a breeze. Go check it out and experience this amazing community.

The Aria lofts Pittsburgh is like it's own sweet little neighborhood in the hustle bustle of the city! Complete with a darling dog population, perfect cleanliness, gorgeous lofts with amazing views and helpful staff. This manager went above and beyond when I had to rush to Pittsburgh to assist my daughter who lives in the building. She worked with a kind resident to help us both in an instant airbnb situation! Wow what a great couple days my elderly mother and I had at the Aria - our family won't soon forget!

I lived at the Aria for a year, and it was super comfortable. My neighbors were always warm and cheerful and the management was unbelievable. Literally. If you think these other reviews are lying, you'd be wrong. Kristen and crew are extremely quick at responding to things and they actually treat their tenants like people. (I moved in during the Covid toilet paper crisis and was greeted with the gift of a pack of Charmin lol) This isn't like living in one of those places where you're just a unit number. They're also very non-invasive and respect your privacy. For example, there was a leak somewhere

The Aria was a fantastic place to live. It is a wonderful building located near some amazing restaurants and bars (Warren, Tako, etc.) Very close to great trails to run and exercise. But the best part was the community and the people, especially the property manager Kristin Presutti who is an absolute gem. She takes care of the building and it’s tenants - going to great lengths to make sure things are amazing. I’ll miss this place. I can be a bit of an introvert and that was fine too, so even though people are nice it was never overbearing. A plus.

Loved, loved, loved living here. The building is warm and friendly. The residents were all amazing people! The units are the most beautiful in all of Pittsburgh. Secured entry, valet dry cleaning, 24/7 gourmet coffees, bars and restaurants located downstairs, and fantastic river views are just a few of the things that made Aria memorable! The best part was the top notch management! Kristen IS Aria! She's friendly, approachable, proactive and takes so much pride in her job...it really makes a difference. If ever life brings us back to Pittsburgh, there's no question we'll

After touring every apartment in downtown Pittsburgh (no joke), I chose to call Aria home for 3 years. I migrated from a home in suburbia and couldn't be happier with my choice. Out of all of the apartments in the city, Aria has the most charm and character. I loved the loft feel with the exposed brick and beams and the layout was perfect. It's a smaller building which I loved because I got to know many of my neighbors. But most of all, the property manager, Kristin, made my time at the Aria enjoyable. She created a welcoming, home-like environment for the residents. She's a big dog lover and since

Great building. It was a carriage factory 115 years ago. Lots of history in the building, you can still see it in the giant wooden beams.

We lived in the Aria Cultural District lofts for two years and had the best experience. We started out in a smaller loft, then moved to another, larger loft in our second year. The service was excellent. Thankfully we didn’t have to call maintenance more than a couple times, but when we did, they were always prompt, and completed the job in one trip. The style of the apartments is so unique with the high ceilings, and exposed brick, and huge kitchens! Kristen, the building asset manager is the best. She goes above and beyond what any manager should have to do. She always welcomed every resident

Living in Aria has been one of the most positive influential experiences in my transition to Pittsburgh! I moved here from Chicago a year ago and was nervous about Pittsburgh's ability to "keep up" with my Chicago lifestyle. Living at Aria in the Cultural District was the best decision I made because it has showed me just how cool this city is. The building is a historic landmark and one of the most beautiful lofts I have ever had the privilege of living in. My fiance and I frequently comment that the exposed rafters and brick walls, high beam ceilings, state of the art kitchen and
