DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! My car was broken into on the very lower garage as well as someone's else car last Friday. Told management my keys and mail that had addresses were stolen. Management has done ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about it. Found out bikes were stolen from the bike storage last month, same thing - NOTHING. Spoke to some other PAYING TENANTS and again it's happened to a few of us repetitively. Over the weekend, our front desk and security staff knew nothing of it. Absolutely NO CHAIN OF COMMAND IS RELIABLE HERE.

Building are nice.
I am upset with the attitude of the management
(But Brian - he is a good guy)
They was needed to replace my tub because of a leaking problems, they demo it and left it open FOR A MONTH!!!
I was needed to use other unit bathroom for all that long.
When it finally get back to a running construction the workers was working until 8pm!
After the whole BAD process I got a ridiculous $150 compensation 👎👎👎.
Yes - they didn't charge the time it was running but... isn't it obvious to not pay for a unit without bathroom?!?
If you looking for building that taking care of

I love giving great reviews when it's earned and hate giving bad reviews however, my application process was absolutely horrible. If I could give negative stars, I would!
To start, I met with Bryan (leasing agent), he gave me a tour and I told him I was interested in apartment 207. He told me 307 was to soon become available next week, but someone was still living in it. I went home and began to apply for unit 307, but stopped midway through to realize I haven't seen it and shouldn't apply if I haven't seen it in person. So, it would be in my best interest to apply for 207

I recently moved in so far it's been so great.
Uff I feel like I live in a hotel. I've lived in nice building before but this feels so much better the concierge and leasing professionals have just awesome accommodating service.
Bryan was the leasing profesional who helped me with my application and all and he was so fast and very responsive which is something I value and reason I left my last apartment.
I lOVE the style of apartment the sq ft all of the natural bright light, the style of home and cleanissness The service is great I feel safe and secure. The neighbors are sweet

Management slow to respond or call on Saturday I told one of the leasing employees the elevator 3 was broken he was beyond rude this is third time this dude has attitude with me, not only that he implies I'm lying and it's impossible for it to be broken lol the front desk people are super nice but the leasing and management office is TERRIBLE customer service still waiting for the manager to get off her conference call she's on all day everyday! At least that's what the one Leasing agent tells me when I try to complain! Can't wait to move out! I know many who have already

1. Incredibly quiet building. The walls are concrete and you don't hear a thing. Your neighbors can be having a party next door and you won't hear anything.
2. Very safe building. Very discrete as well. 24 hour security and often multiple people for security, even in the early morning. There's literally 4 levels of security someone has to get through to get to you, and I like it that way.

I love this place, the front desk people are amazing and so is the general staff, but unfortunately the management has become an issue with their handling of certain important aspects of living.
They recently towed my car out of our private garage without warning - just completely gone. We pay a lot to live here and want to feel safe. Knowing that the management is fine to tow cars of RESIDENTS when they have all of our plates on file with NO WARNING is completely unexceptable.

By far the more complicated unannounced and disorganized use of retail space for their tenants. If you're a first time user of their tenants like set and flow STAY AWAY. If their elevator is broken, you're in for a night like you volunteered in escape room but your sweating til your knees after just coming from a class. Front desk have minimal instructions to get to the proper area of the building. Set and Flow needs to not renew their lease and they need to keep their maintenance of elevators in order. If you end up going to set and flow, just park on the street. Good Luck.

Not a safe place to live.
I broke the lease because my appartment was broken into and my car too.
They sent me a bill with $6000 to repaint the appartment and kept my deposit, I only stayed 2 years part-time and I didn't damage the wall like they say.
After spent over $100,000 in rent, you expect to have some respect. But no, they just don't care.

We have lived at the Avenue Apartments for less than 6 months and it has been the worst living experience of my life. It starts and ends with the management. There is a total lack of respect and compassion for their residents.
We signed our lease in March 2019 and were given NO NOTICE that they were going CLOSE the pool, hot tub, and grills for FOUR MONTHS starting on our move in date of April 2019. They did however give notice to all their CURRENT residents that month (March 2019) notifying them that the construction that was going to happen in the coming months. BUT NOT NEW RESIDENTS SIGNING

I’ve been living at the avenue for 7 years now and I have to say that it’s been a great experience so far. The building is absolutely beautiful , front desk is always polite , cleaning people are always so friendly and keep the property looking great. Management has changed in the passed years and has only gotten better. Jennifer is great. She’s very professional , genuinely cares about the building and us tenants. She’s been very accommodating whenever I’ve ever had a question or an issue. Adam , Amber and trey are great as well and always greet everyone with a smile.

Wow what a wonderful experience with this community! Moving in to a place has never been so exciting and such a pleasurable experience. Ms Deborah is such a jewel and asset to this community. If it were not for her, I doubt I would have been so excited to choose this community as the one I should move. It was through her incredible knowledge of what this community has to offer in addition to her warm and inviting personality that sealed the deal for me. The building is absolutely great. We have seen lots of buildings in Hollywood and this one is definitely one of the best ones. We've been leaving here over 10 months and we are super happy about the quality of the building, you can't hear neighbors at all, the size of apartments is huge, and the community itself is great, everyone is super friendly and happy to help. Currently looking for a place closer to my job and stumbled upon this place. Went in for a tour and fell in love. The apartments are very spacious and beautifully furnished. Theres a pool, lounge, gym, and is so close to many good restaurants and bars. The staff was very helpful and sold me on the tour. Ive shopped around for apartments in Hollywood but I’ve found the one. FINALLY!!!

Very nice and Luxurious apartment building! In the heart of Hollywood. This is a great location. Everything is very close. The apartment unit is very large and specious! The grounds and the facilities are kept clean everyday! Darerius was our Leasing professional and he was really awesome! He helped us a lot. Very polite, respectful and helpful to our needs.
Would recommend absolutely to anyone !!!

The Avenue has gone through a lot of change the past few years and Jennifer has done an excellent job navigating challenges and improving the building. Over the Summer, property management put a lot of care and attention into major maintenance projects including changing the hallway carpets, boosting security, improving the dog run, and cleaning the outside windows. When I had a concern, management took the steps required to address the issues. My apartment is beautiful and the rent is fair. I would definitely recommend The Avenue!
