Services
Every member of the office staff as well as most of the maintenance personal at Highland Point Apartments are amazing! Very friendly and timely in repairs. The pool is open most of the summer, grounds look great all the time, laundry facilities are a little pricey but always clean. The rent is a little steep but, we are in Colorado.

Staff is Very rude. They do not care when you call with complains nor do they listen to your concerns. Lexy lacks customer service skills and that is mirrored by the complex manager. There have been multiple times vehicles have been damaged and I was told by Lexy I should have had a camera. Total victim blaming. When talking to the manager she is very short and rude, will not let you finish a sentence without cutting you off. For the amount the rent is you would think they would be professional and courteous to their residents. Stay away.

The apartment is one of the cheapest there are in Colorado, it is beautiful, centric to everything and the area is very safe. The management is awful, slow in responding to apartment inquires, they have a prideful and a not focused attitude when doing things (to give an example, one time they lost my payment receipt and were charging me. They blamed me and yes it was part of my fault, but theirs as well because for me is about precaution, but for them is a rule). But they are prompt on charging rent payments and evicting people when not paying and when making a mistake when not complying with their

The entire appartment is outdated plus has no aspect of the electrical system working at all. Things break easily fast which requires maintenance 95% of the time to fix things that are broken which they haven't come around a lot from what im betting due to short staff in the past since ive been here for 2 years and just this summer they finally started to come thru with someone new finally but have enough time to put stickers on cars that say will get towed so the employees are more focused on vehicles then the indoors of these complexes themselves. The heater vents dont work in one room which

Horrible, disgusting and entirely disrespectful and down right unprofessional as a company and as a apartment complex as a whole, trust me when i say look for anything else if you knew what has happened to me and my fiancé here you wouldn't even believe us as i cant believe it either and probably wouldn't if i hadn't lived through it myself

I've been living here for over a year now and I'm very satisfied. The staff have been very friendly and helpful from day one and up to now. Maintenance crew are very professional and friendly and gets the job done right away. I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends and also I'm giving this place a 5 out 5 star rating. Keep it up!

I love this place. Quiet neighborhood. Born and raised in Aurora and it's definitely in a good part of town. I own a very nice vehicle and nothing has happened to it. I have never experienced anything bad from office personnel so far almost 5 months in my lease. Stacy has always been nice. Never had an issue with rent or any hidden fees. They even opened the office for a few hours on the last day to pay rent (3rd of every month) on a Sunday (they are closed Sundays), so I was able to pay rent on time. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because the kids that play in the complex are a little destructive
