I've been trying to get a hold of this apartment complex regarding your application that we submitted back and December for about a month now if not a little bit over. I've been trying to call to see if there are any other apartments available because I have rented from this apartment complex before and I do understand that it could take some time but we haven't heard anything back. I have left several voicemails to the leasing office, once every week since December 15th I believe and no reply. Like I stated, I understand that things are busy but appropriate business dancers is to reply within

This place is shiesty! Angelica is the worst she has lied to us several times in regards to getting into an apartment. She will tell you one thing and then you call and speak with Gracie and she tells you something different it seems like she wants to help people more than Angelica does. Corporate needs to know that the staff in the office is giving their company a bad reputation and they give people with section 8 the runaround with no consequence to their actions.

The management is solely interested in money. I felt scammed by this complex. They would add charges to the rent and expect tenants to pay whether the charges made sense or not. They were asking for $60 for a gate pass just to get inside to park,the contract clearly stated it was included. The pool was disgusting, so much that the health department was called on them.
I had a few instances where the manager would come knock on my door and demand I pay the rent which is not professional and is also considered illegal collection practices. You'd think because if covid they would behave differently

I already moved out few months ago because I couldn’t deal with this place any more or the office staff so no need to call just thought I’ll leave a review to the many who seek housing my personal opinion drive past this place there is a lot of better apartments and staff this place sucks thanks ladies in front ❤️

I’m not one for reviews however I feel the girls in the office had such great service with so much going on In the office. They give you their undecided attention everytime I go in. Gracie is extremely professional and always goes above and beyond to help everyone out.Thank you Gracie and Angelica for always helping me out. I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else.

This management is the worst management I've ever encountered. They are never there when they are supposed to be. They have lunch from 12 to 1 and they don't come back in time at all. This is happened for a very long time now they just decide want to go back to work and went to not go back to work. Do better.

I've had great expectations about this complex but I've only had maintenance problems after another, I had to move in ASAP, but I told the office lady I could wait, so she said one date and by next day I had to move right away otherwise they wouldn't have nothing available until the next 3 or 4 months..(weird uh?) anyways I move in I started with the toilet, then the upstairs neighbor is used to smoked inside the apartment so all smoke smell comes through all kinds of holes, a/c ducts etc, so my place smells like cigarettes every single day, I complained but the office girl..(which

The Community Manger Bridget was well attentive, spoken and very well mannered. She is a seasoned manager with qualities that most others do not encompass. As a community manager myself for condos I happen to of found her qualities of the highest ranking...
She stands true to her standees: she owns it, aims high, goes above and beyond and listens with generous and genuine curiosity. I would have never left this place if my financial situations would have stayed the same, luckily I was able to vacate the property for another fortunate resident who would be swept away by the excellent customer service

*****WARNING FUTURE RESIDENT'S*****
I moved in April 7th to #6201 Building 6 , next morning we seen several bed bugs in the apartment. I had to throw out my sofas and several furniture items because bed bugs had taken over also as a parent seeing your kids get bit several times is just disgusting. Beware the apartments just keep bombing the apartment/ building and the bugs are just migrating from apartment to building. I talked to another residence in building #9 and they did an inspection to find bedbugs in her apartment as well. They're worried about getting the apartment filled rather
