Management here is unreliable and inconsistent and only answer the phone or return a voicemail if you’re looking to lease an apartment here. There have been several gun related incidents that have occurred within the past year, calling into question the safety of the many children who call this complex home. My personal vehicle was broken into and I didn’t even receive the courtesy of a call back when I called to report it. The walls are egregiously thin and the people working in the leasing office do not have the knowledge of leasing or the policies of the complex and cannot properly answer

The complex itself is reasonably nice - but the cost-for-value and the management could be significantly better. When amenities finally reopened after a year (a year in which tenants still paid the full cost of maintaining those amenities), access to them was spotty at best, and management used new excuses nearly every week to shut access to those amenities. I'd have sooner had them admit they didn't want to bear the cost of maintaining those amenities and lowered the rent, instead. The trash compactor has been consistently broken for the better part of a year, but rather than paying to have it

Place is a dump. Trash in all the breezeways. Furniture in the breezeways for months. Pool is always closed or disgusting. Cars in visitors spots for months, some with flat tires. Management doesn’t do anything about it. It’s still going on and has been for years. If you can avoid it, you will be glad you did.

I enjoy Haven At Patterson because the office is always welcoming and a great help explaining things. J.J is always willing to help and always address my concerns. The maintenance is great and make sure everything else is good before leaving. Not only do they respond in a timely manner but they are always greeting you no matter where you are on the property.

The management is inconsistent, unreliable, and negligent. My roommate and I had so many paperwork issues and payment problems. We were overcharged and when we would call about it someone would tell us they would take care of it but never did. At one point there was a name change on our lease, but they didn’t update our paperwork for months and didn’t even have our correct names on our resident portal account.
Most recently, when we moved out, we cleaned our apartment spotless and yet somehow we were still charged over $200 for “damages” but when I called to ask for specifics no one would

I’ve been a resident over a year now. Something I appreciate most about this community is maintenance. My requests are always taken care of in a timely manner. Robert’s professionalism is appreciated. He always has a smile on his face and ready to fix whatever issue I may have all while carrying a friendly conversation. Great maintenance guy! Customer service is very important to me.

A big shout out to the property maintenance tech Mr. Robert! His work ethic is both friendly and professional. I was present during one of his on-site repairs at a close friends unit. He came through the door with so much excitement. He displayed a great deal of patience throughout the repair. Two thumbs up for Mr. Robert, he is defined an asset to your team!!

Customer Service is Priority for me. No matter what the industry.
A skill you can teach, personality and people skills on the other hand, is something either you have or you don't. It's an inside thing. From the moment I met Reem, the property manager, I knew she genuinely had both.
This was important to me, as my four younger daughters were set to be her new tenants (leasing 2units), but not before the community, apartment, and front office staff passed the MOMMY TEST!
Things started out rocky for me, because at first, due to COVID-19 everything was being handled over the phone and online,

It’s been a year since I’ve lived in the complex and I would like to take the time acknowledge the property manager Reem for her professionalism and customer service every question I’ve had she’s gone above and beyond. Also want to take the time to recognize maintenance, specifically Robert Smith. Rob did a awesome job whenever I had an issue in my apartment. He responded quickly and got the job done in a timely manner. Both of them made my living experience there really great and heart warming. Most places now do the bare minimum and just collect your money but while Living here these two

This place is AMAZING!!! I am a huge “People” person and I love living in a community where the neighbors are kind and considerate. In addition, the new Management here at The Haven at Patterson Place has a championship caliber staff that assists with all issues concerning the property and are just a joy to be around. This Family-Feel environment is why I’ve lived here for two years and look forward to continuing my stay here. 5 stars cant truly express how great this place is.

The new management group seem to be making some positive changes to the neighborhood. Moved in Feb. 2017 and haven't had any real issues to speak of. The grounds are kept in good shape and the maintenance staff responds in a timely manner to any work orders. Pricing is fair for the area and the available amenities. Office staff are friendly and helpful. Jacob Plummer has been the one I have been dealing with since prior to move in. He has always been very helpful and responsive.

Be aware that it is under new management, and they do not treat people well! They gave my son and his roommates 3 days notice that their leases were expiring, and the terms have changed so substantially that it was impossible to stay there. Very rigid and unfriendly staff. We scrambled and were lucky to find movers for today, but they are running behind and we are still waiting, in the dark and rain.

I have lived at Level 51 Ten for 3 years and I would say that it is a decent place to live. It is located in a great location, close to lots of food options and grocery stores. The staff is not always user friendly but in the end they usually help you the best they can. The apartments are nice, but sometimes you have to wait forever to get something fixed by maintenance. Overall I would recommend staying here if you are in the Durham/Chapel Hill area.

I've e been with the Apartment complex since Last June. Everything about my experience has been great. The accommodations are awesome, the Office Staff is Excellent - very helpful and understanding. I feel like this is a safe environment, being New to the Durham area from Memphis, choosing to Live here was one of my best decisions in my transitioning phase.
