Very frustrating experience…
When we first arrived, we were not greeted and were never told to pick our colors. We sat down for our pedis and two employees began arguing and yelling across the salon. The manager eventually got the situation under control after about 5 minutes. The older woman who did my toes did a fantastic job and was very kind. The man who did my nails was so extremely rude. When I first sat down for the dip, he came over with all of the sample colors and threw them on the table for me and walked away. He was also snapping his fingers in my face and making hand motions toward

I’ve never complained about a nail salon because it seems like such a “first world problem”, but this place was so unfriendly and uncomfortable that I went in to get a mani and pedi and just left after my pedi.
No one greeted me despite walking into an empty salon on a Tuesday afternoon to three employees, so that was awkward. I asked if there was time for a mani pedi and was told to take a seat. A few minutes later I was taken to a chair for a pedi, asked if I wanted a water and I said I’d love water thank you, never got one. Never got asked to pick a color or what type of pedicure I

The nail tech never introduced herself to me when she first got there and basically threw the color selections at me. Did not seem she wanted to be there. For the gel pedicure she did the polish first and then did the lotion and waxes... seemed odd. She also nicked one of the nails which she fixed, after asking her to. There was red polish left on my skin. When she put the lotion on it burned me, and I would say I have a higher tolerance for heat. As for the manicure, she never soaked my fingers in anything or cut my cuticles. The whole time she appeared stressed and kept talking to her Apple Watch

I found this place through Yelp, did a lot of research and review checking on places. The first time here was good, I was immediately seated. Boo did my nails, she was great. Left happy. A week later they started to lift, so I started to have my doubts. Went back a week later, this time Anna did my nails. Because if her I have kept coming back.
The only bad thing is if you make an appointment they always over book Anna, and you don’t always get in on your appointment on time. Then she feels the need to rush because she’s running late.
Last time I was in, Anna wasn’t available so I had someone

I got a pedicure and it was an excellent experience. Emily painted my toes and Tony did the relaxing part of the pedicure. He was amazing, I would definitely request him. He asked for my name and if the pressure was to much. The price was great too! I love this place.

This is the best nail salon I've been to in Omaha. They are incredibly clean, never pushy, and do a great job. I've had a different nail technician every time and they're all great, which isn't something I've experienced at any other salon in town.
I got a simple polish manicure and it turned out perfect (without any insistence that I go with shellac, which I appreciated immensely). Their prices are reasonable and I'm very happy to give them business.

Oma lost a customer today.
I've been regularly visiting for a couple months.
I went in today to get the same service I've been getting, which is dip. Since day one, I've tried to ask questions and tried to be patient, and I thought we were starting to hit a decent stride.
However, today I was charged 10 dollars less than other visits. Should be a good thing, but I am upset. The website states that getting dip costs $45. No breakdown of "extras" so ultimately you think that's what you'll pay. They rang up $35. When I asked, I was told that it's because I've been getting extensions.

The staff is a direct reflection of the owners. They make you feel at home and treat you like family. This is a nail studio if you take the time to keep going back - they will know you and your stories. They remember what you talk about last time as well as the 10x prior. It's called family. A bond I've never had at any other nail salon.

One of the worst pedicures I've gotten in a long time, the lady cut me in two places with the cuticle scissors (see attached pic). She also changed my nail color when the bottle I selected was hard to open (she said it was the same color but hid the original bottle from me). Some of the nails were not cut/filed straight and she left a lump from the nail polish on my big toe. They were late getting me in even after I had made an appointment. For $35 no way am I coming back.

I walked in to this scene on Friday afternoon at 3:00, usually one of the busiest times for a nail salon. The place was empty....I'm guessing terrible management might be the reason why?? I never write reviews, but I found this scene so terribly unprofessional and disgusting as a customer walking through the front door, that I am taking the time to post this. Not that the owner or manager probably cares enough to read their reviews, but if he/she does....perhaps you should provide a back room for your sick or napping employees, and then make them use it. Sincerely. "Grossed out and

Emily is a pro nail stylist. She listened well and in each steps asked me is that what I like and she did a great job. Highly recommend her.

I'm updating my review after a week since I noticed the gap between my original nails and the dip is absorbing dirt that I don't like it. And when a bit my nails have grown it shows how thick they are... and I don't like when the skin around my nails peeling after cuticles trimmings. Maybe that's my skin but this is what happened.
Thanks.

This is my new favorite salon! I love that they are friendly and NOT PUSHY. I get acrylics with regular polish, and literally every other place asks me if I'm sure I don't want shellac 50,000 times. I have never been asked once here. My acrylics looked great over three weeks later.
The salon is newer and is honestly gorgeous and well decorated. No cheesy posters of the model holding up her french manicure next to a flower like is in most nail salons. It feels like a treat going here.

I love this place and will be my new go to salon! I was greeted promptly and not simply asked to just pick a color, which is a rarity! I was asked what I was in for and had minimal wait time!
Jessica was so gentle and she paid so much attention to detail! Sometimes when the salon clips my cuticles it hurts but I didn't even feel a sting or anything! She was very good and made sure my manicure was exactly what I wanted! I keep my nails very short and while she told me she normally doesn't clip nails this short, she did what I wanted and didn't push the fact that my nails shouldn

I've been to salons all around the city and AT LEAST 3 of the techs here are my fav ever for shellac pedi and acrylic - never disappointed with these techs and the color always lasts. They also have waxing services for a self pampering 1 stop shop right off 168&Dodge. I've been to this location 2x before w/ 2 different owners )since my salon is next door) and it was always disappointing. Finally a quality owner has moved in and I'm sure this location will now thrive. Appt is prob a good idea or if busy, stop in set an appt time and run to the mall for a bit. The wait is

I came in here last week when I couldn't get into my regular nail salon. I loved the salon, beautiful, bright, clean, and modern.
My technician was Chi, she was very nice and accommodating to helping me with the color I was looking for and the design I wanted.
With the $5 off deal for shellac, my manicure was $30 instead of $35 with design. Chi spent a lot of time on my cuticles, more thorough than any other place I've been to in Omaha.
I'm super pleased with how the color, design came out, and the overall experience. I will be back:)
