My wife and I take personal pride in the operation of our apartment home communities. We feel strongly that each resident should enjoy peace and quiet and a clean place to live. When a vacancy occurs we look for new residents whose behavior reflect a shared value for a harmonious and peaceful environment, cleanliness and respect for the property of others.
If these ideals resonate with your search for a place to live, we encourage you to come visit us at Broad Ripple Trails.

I have lived in this complex for about a year now and I can whole heartedly say that this is one of the nicest living communities I’ve ever been a part of. The neighbors I’ve had here are like no other; every person we’ve met has been so kind and loving!
Edit: Still love the people here but felt the need to add some important information for people who are looking to live here for the amenities.. if you’re looking for a complex with a pool, this place has 2, but only one of them is open [halfway into the hottest season] and they close it at 6PM now without warning despite us being told

Going on 10 years this fall as a satisfied tenant at Broad Ripple Trails Apartments. Gabriel is a terrific manager, the owners are absolutely wonderful people, the staff is friendly, and the location works for me. Mass transit is easily accessible. I was employed when I moved in, but I'm retired now. Maintenance is just great. I have many friends who live here also. I plan to remain a tenant, the professionalism and the way the office interacts with me is very much appreciated. Thanks for all that you do, "BRT"!👌🏼👍

Broad Ripple, I love this Community, I’ve lived in Indianapolis for 7 years now moving from the East Coast it was a culture shock, I originally lived DownTown Way too expensive, so I started looking for the Downtown experience at a more affordable rate, I was Blessed when I discovered the Trails as I call it, I’m going to be Honest they are a little dated, but well maintained gas stove huge apartments cross ventilation, but more important is the hands on approach to my needs I am a veteran that has struggled this past year The Trails have worked with me doing everything possible to help me

Would've given zero if possible. Current tenant and when my lease is up I definitely plan to move. Parking is a joke. There's never anywhere close to your apartment to park. Ppl who don't live here take all the spots. I've had nothing but problems getting maintenance to come out and fix anything. My sink in my other bathroom hasn't worked since March. They claimed to fix it but the sink just pours water onto my bathroom floor. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Unless u want a headache and problems.

Because of circumstances with my job I’ve been signing for 6 months at a time. Thankfully, both times they waived the short term lease fee. Rent went up $25 at my first re-sign but this time they gave me a 2 week notice for an “early bird special” to re-sign for a $30 increase. If I were to resign after that it’d be $50 increase. The apartments are hardly worth what I’m already paying especially considering nothing is included. The location is decent but you might as well pay a little bit more to actually be in Broad Ripple.
Pet rent is cheaper than other places I’ve seen and the no

I moved into broad ripple trail apartments after my divorce. I’ve never been on my own, without a roommate, and being a first time single mother. This was a great apartment to begin our next chapter in our lives and the maintenance is quick and very handy. The office staff is super sweet and there to help with anything. They have cookouts, pools, and just fun things all the time. I’ve made some really great friends around the complex. If you’re looking for an affordable broad ripple living check out broad ripple trails apartments!

Awesome place to live. Dog friendly is a big plus. Pretty quiet area most of the time. I love the maintenance guys. Always really friendly, and they are quick too. Everyone at the office is always nice too. We renewed our lease. This is probably my favorite place that I've lived in Indy. Close to grocery shopping and restaurants. Lots of food places deliver here too, yum lol.

We lived in a two bedroom village apartment & a 3 bedroom townhome. The location is great, the rentals are fairly spacious with good storage & the complex does not have breed restrictions. However, these apartments are old, rundown, poorly maintained & poorly managed. We've had a number of issues & probably had maintenance in and out of our space 10-15x, often for the same issues. Our apartment was on the 1st floor & the 2nd floors toilet leaked into our apartment. There was mold in the dining room which staff addressed, or appeared to have addressed. We ended up bringing

You could at least pretend to care about your residents and properly clean off the walkways after winter weather. I watched a small child plummet to her face this morning trying to navigate herself on the slippery, still packed with snow, sidewalk. You make no attempts to even salt or de-ice walkways. You are slumlords at best. Do better. What you charge in rent alone is a crime for the absolute blatant disregard at proper property management and residential treatment.
Do yourself a favor and never rent from here. You will sorely regret it. I promise you can find better than this, for the same

The company's official name is Orloff Property Management. The website is opmica.com

This company in Chicago is very very very terrible with super UNprofessional management. The manager's attitude is so bad when dealing with the complaint about the company's service. The first thing the manager did about the complaint is to excuse herself and blame the tenant. Her reason for rejecting the complaint is that there are so many tenants they would serve, so they cannot meet everyone's needs! If you rent and move in one of the condo

Under no circumstances rent from these slumlords! These apartments are horrible! The windows are from the 1960's and there is no insulation. I froze in the winter and the temps rose above 85 degrees in the summer. My AC was 21 years old. They refused to replace it. They bullied me until I moved. These people are pure evil! Slumlords to the max!

My husband and I have had a great experience at Broad Ripple Trails. The complex is in a great area--close enough to Broad Ripple Avenue to really appreciate the district, but enough on the edge that you don't have to pay the extra rent just to say you live in Broad Ripple.
The buildings were built in the '70s, so they're not bursting with modern amenities, but our townhouse is in good condition and has everything we need--spacious living areas, dependable appliances, washer/dryer hookups, a private fenced patio for our dog, etc. Maintenance comes around a couple times a year to

This place is awful to rent from. The office messed up on our payments multiple times applying it to the wrong account. Their maintenance fixes are shotty quick fixes that cause more problems later. They try to weasel any bit of extra money they can from you. Their apartments have a bad case of ants and even mice at times. The windows are paper This and cost you a ton in heating and air. They also only have on vent per room right by their paper This windows so it's even more of a strain to keep the place climate controlled. This place is cheap but they continue to raise the rent year after

The apartment itself is OK they dont really keep things up here. My A/C went out Friday night and I told them Saturday morning. They told me they couldnt fix it till MONDAY!!!! Its hot out and I have a little dog in the apartment all day when I work. I went back and said I really need someone to fix it today and they said it is company policy not to fix it till it is 85 degrees or more!!!! WHAT BS. Not Happy. I dont think I will renew my lease here.

I am giving an updated review. Since my last review the owners have implemented a dog owner policy requiring all owners to register all animals with the front office for DNA testing. Any animal feces found on the premises is subject to DNA testing and owner fines and even eviction if this happens multiple times.
Also work orders are left when work is completed. Hats off to management for handling these situations better. . Very happy tenant!

Ok, let me start by saying that I've lived all over the country and have never had an issue with any apartment complex I've lived in. Not to say that they were perfect, but I'm not exactly high maintenance. The maintenance guys are fantastic, timely and considerate. However, the office staff are discourteous, disinterested, and just plain vindictive. The owners just yell over their staff while the tenant is screamed out of the office. Unfortunately after repeated incidents with the property manager and leasing agents, my initial impression of a courteous and upbeat staff has been

OK. I will preface this review by saying I have lived here for 3.5 years. You move here for one reason: its cheap. And, it is. And, none of my complaints are ruining my life... but the apartments are what you pay for.
The pools are maintained, but always packed.
The location is in the upcoming neighborhood of sobro, but on the wrong side of College.
All the doors/walls/etc are thin and weak. You hear EVERYTHING.
My roommates car was hit and run by a resident, and the office staff did little to help the police.
Its a stop gap for a cheap place to live. But, at a certain point, YOU WILL PAY for
