My wife and I have lived here almost two years. We have a 2 BR 2 Bath apartment after selling our 4BR 3B house. It is plenty roomy in a great location right off the highway, but it's not noisy. There's a neighborhood behind us where we walk our dog. Two large parks just minutes away. Frisbee golf too. The staff here is great. They operate with a high degree of integrity.. Maintenence responds on a dime to any problems - always here the day of request or the next day. Chris and Mario are good people. Easy place to live and rent is reasonable. We move from Puerto Rico to Texas a year ago and we move to this apartments and we are very happy! The apartment are really big and up-to date. The girls at the leasing house are super great! super was great at the pool and the gym is a super plus! you have everything here! great location and nice living place.

Lindsay, Manson, Valeria and Lea were all very helpful each time I visited the office and had questions regarding the property. The value based upon location as well as cleanliness of the property, accompanied by the responsive staff, solidified my choice to rent an apartment home from Orion. I highly recommend this property!

I was 7 months pregnant when we drove across 3 states to move to TX. It was a 5 day journey. I rolled up ahead of my husband to grab the keys for the apt just in the nick of time ( late Friday afternoon). They insisted I sign the lease right then and there. Exhausted and anxious to rest after a long road trip I signed the lease agreement. A short while later after settling in we noticed the lease was written to expire Aug.8th. The actual agreement which appears on all prior correspondence and documentation was for it to expire Aug.1st, a 4 month

I finally got my 4 bedroom! Orion McKinney is in a great location near shopping and food, my favorite two things! Karissa was a doll and extremely responsive! I’m happy now that I am finally here, this floor plan goes quick, I'm told, and I see why. So much space, I love my new home.

Nice location and a fine place to live. Courteous staff, from the office to the maintenance/grounds crew. The only experience or need for maintenance though was for a refrigerator that was leaking at the bottom. It wasn't a high priority but they responded quickly - there were thoughts that it would be set aside. There were no further problems.

I Love my new home! I've been here for over a year and have finally found a place where i can put furniture in and not plan to up and leave at the end of the lease! The maintenance and staff are very professional and answer quickly and always help me solve any problem! This community is very homey and feels safe every day! So grateful to live here i would recommend this place to anyone!!

If you're looking for an apartment complex that has a staff, especially Angela, with zero tact or professionalism - this is the place for you! Icing on the cake was the rude voicemail, email and phone conversations I had after moving out where they accused me of stealing a washer and dryer that was never installed at my apartment and then couldn't even follow-up to confirm they were not taking me to collections (as threatened) over their error. It made me so happy I moved and would not recommend this complex.

This is a great place to live. The apartments are very nice and everyone that works here is AMAZING. They care about the property and the people that live here. They go above and beyond to help. AND of course they are pet friendly. My dogs love to visit everyone in the office for a treat. I love living here!

We just moved out of our 2bedroom apartment/townhome with a garage.. as my husband took a position near Fort Wort..We would still be there today if it weren't for the job change. Our experience was always top notch. Our home was extremely spacious and all the amenities were that of a new construction home. The management treated us like family and we always felt important. All I can say is there's nothing out there as large and beautiful as these homes in any apartment community. Truly a value for what you receive. After going through a rough break up... and moving out of my horrible apartment at a close by community.... i was left with a bad taste in my mouth with apartment living. Due to needing something immediately... i was limited on options and pressed for time.
I read the reviews for this place & was a bit skeptical... so i decided to take a look for myself. Very impressed... from start to finish!!! These ladies in the office were on it! I've been a resident for a few months and i love my apartment. I'm a gym nut so the virtual gym and phenomenal office staff won me over!!!

Well after reading all the reviews I can't wait to share my experience! I moved into these Apts in 2013 when it was Estates of McKinney I lived there for 5 years! When Orion took over it went to hell in a hand basket!! I recently moved out because I bought a house. I gave my 60 day notice in writing I left my apartment spotless I did everything I was supposed to do. I received a check in the mail for $33.77!! They said I owed 2 months water bill plus 32.00 for one day of rent! So needless to say I didn't get my deposit back! I have never been treated so poorly by so called professional

I currently am locked into a lease with this apartment complex. I thought that it would be a nice place to live because of the area but I have already walked out to my car to find it broken into and then a few weeks later my tire slashed. There is so much crime in this complex. When I reached out to the office management, they were obnoxiously rude. They told me that many others had reported this incident and there was nothing they could do. They basically put all of the blame on me and took no responsibility on the vandalism that took place. Horrible staff. Both office and maintenance men. Horrible scent came through the vents all of the time. False advertisement all the way around. "New" appliances were shown in the model apartment along with a full sized washer and dryer. When I moved into my unit they were no where to be found. Paulina in the leasing office was the worse! Horrible attitude. Just scammers all the way around.
