I renewed my lease, that I used to live my apt. Praised the area. I renewed & moved into a bigger unit. It’s been hell every since. The above apt has 2 or more kids that run & stomp all day and into midnight. Sometimes later. They not walking but stomping and running constantly. When parents in weekend go out they have in these heels late after club hours hard walking through the unit above. I’ve reached out to office staff, police. Police can only do so much. I recently moved here from North Carolina and Devra helped made the transition easy.
You’re greeted with a smile every time you walk into the office, and if there’s a maintenance issue the team is on top of it. For proof of how amazing the front office are; all of them personally signed a birthday card and gifted to my daughter and that was very sweet!
Lakeside Lofts also offers great amenities and is located in a great area. You’re close to Las Colinas, DFW airport, Love Field, and it’s right off 635. I’m super grateful to be here and appreciate the great service from the front office

I have lived here a little over a year and just signed a new lease to move into a 2 bedroom. They made this transition so easy for us. The apartments are new and well kept. The staff really does go above and beyond. The property Manager Danielle has been awesome as well as Jake, Lakia, Victoria, Jordan, Sergio...etc. They do all they can to make this a great community.

If you live here, make sure you double, triple check your rent charge every month because they will over-charge you. And if you wait to pay rent until they correct the charge, they take 3 days to post the accurate bill and then they charge you a fine on top of it, because now the payment is Iate, even though it's their fault to begin with for charging the wrong amount. And then when you try to talk to them about it they will admit the charge was wrong but refuse to refund you the money.

As a licensed Realtor and current resident at Lakeside Lofts I would not recommend or refer a single client to this complex. Management staff is rude and dismissive. And the apartment is not family friendly at all. I have a non communicative 3 year old autistic son that I've received over 10 complaints in 2 months for noise. Again, he can't talk. He walks from my room to his room, and the management is at the point of harrassment! Dismissing his disability and flat out RUDE! For a person that pays 2k a month in rent its ridiculous. Save yourself the HEADACHE!

WORST apartment ever! My car was broken into at my own apartment complex, and packages are keep being stolen. When my car was broken into, I went to the office with a police officer but WAS ASKED TO SIT OUTSIDE while they talk about my own issue, which was very rude and unprofessional. I feel very unsafe and insecure being at my own apartment now.

This is for the future residents of this property, the Property managers do not behave professionally, Whatever are the issues with residents they are supposed to give respect when they talk. They talk very rudely specially Danielle and Jack. They got just the job to talk properly to residents and do some documentation work, they can't even do that properly and take out their frustration on the residents. They literally forced me to complete some paperwork when they were supposed to take responsibility for that.

I've been a resident here for over a year now. The office manager Danielle is actually amazing!! The team really tries to help you in the best way they can. All of the negative reviews that others have listed have been resolved by the quick work of the office employees. The fire alarms have not gone off in months and they keep the hallways clean.

I've really enjoyed living here (1 year now). The leasing office staff has always been very kind and helpful and I absolutely love the apartment layouts. The interval parking garage is also a great perk and makes me feel very safe. They also just updated the clubhouse to have lots of convenient snacks and drinks which is helpful. My favorite thing is the lake behind the complex which is beautiful and a great place for walks.

Worst ever experience! Asian people stay away from these apartments. Leasing office staff are super rude, and the discriminate you.
Charged me huge amount of fine for no good reason. You are not supposed to cook food in your own kitchen. If you do so , they are going to charge you fine at the time of move out. They call it odor removal machine rental. When I asked the manager to remove it, she said there is too much cooking smell ! That's ridiculous. I kept the apartment as clean as possible. But they want the apartment as new as in super new , else be ready to pay for carpet stain removal

Love it here! I do not understand how anyone could rate this complex any less then 4stars. I’ve lived here since October of 2020 and honestly the only issue ever had was the fire alarm going off in the morning, which has been taken care of, management and leasing agents are great and responsive. I’ve never encountered any issues, I’ve only had to request maintenance once which they came same day. This community is quite, well kept and the lake is beautiful! I believe this a steal for the price, also I like I can take my own trash without having to pay so much like most complex. And utilities

As I'm sitting outside while YET ANOTHER FIRE ALARM is going off, I thought I'd update my review to report that absolutely zero has changed. This place is a complete nightmare. Do not choose to sign a lease here. The management staff are rude , the apartments have paper for walls, the buildings are settling and leaks and burst pipes are common, the hallways smell of weed and piss, you can't trust any deliveries to not be stolen. It's a complete mess. Please don't make the same mistake I did.

The power going out during the snowstorm was unfortunate but not their fault. (ERCOT)

Its been 5 months since we rented this place and the only word I have for this place is 'WOW'. The staff is very very helpful and considerate. They keep the property very clean and well maintained. The beautiful lake views are just breathtaking. The amenities are great too, though we have not been able to use much of it due to the covid situation though staff is taking all the care to make sure that place is being sanitized all the time. The best part is they have great rental deals and referral programs, so don't miss on those. Happy to help answer any questions.

Glad I found the right home for me! My water view and pool view is excellent!!! The staff and management especially Danielle Kaya the leasing manager has been the the most courteous and understanding. She's always respectful and caring about any issues that arise and need to be taken care of. High five to Viktoria, Lakia, Brenda, Jake, Jovanni as being an excellent team!! As for maintenance they are on top of their game all the time. (Francisco and his staff ..good job guys!!) Overall....👌👍👍

We'll start with the pros of this place; they have a popcorn machine in the leasing office, that's it. For the cons; you pay for amenities that are generally closed down, being remodeled or have problems. Walked down to the pool this morning at 1:00pm sharp with my daughter and the pool was closed down. The hours of operation for the pool were reduced to 12-6 so i wanted utilize something that I was paying for yet (no surprise), they either didn't have anyone working yet or just forgot about it. Don't let this pretty exterior fool you. This is the WORST run complex I have ever lived at. The staff has no regards for tenants. I have never been treated so condescendingly. I had problems day one of moving in. No one was prepared. We are renting the largest unit, plus a storage. I was told my apartment key would also open my storage... not the case. I called at 10am to inform them of this, and no one called me back. I called again just before closing and was told they were just now checking it out. I was then told that they would have to rekey our unit because no one had ever put the order
