I've been here for 4 months now.. my leasing agent was amazing but since I've moved in, it has been the worst experience ever.. first of all the apartment is way over priced for what the offer and then they charge u still for everything else.. even a maintenance fee.. nothing has been fixed since I did my walk through. I keep getting the running around.i have been in property management in the past and know this is not how things work.. nothing takes priority to them but yet I see them doing useless tasks like painting my door that didn't need a paint job and also didn't tell me that my door was

Worst place to live, 9920 apartments if you are a family of color or a Latino family of any other color and you use the swimming pool expect an eviction notice from the new management Jackie. I Paid my rent on time, never used the swimming pool I was at work but one day we decided to use the swimming pool the next day got I had an eviction notice from the new management for no reason she rent out apartment where I'm at and gave me a month's notice to leave for no reason just because she does not like the color of my skin Do not even try to go in there if you are not white

No stars here. The management is totally incompetent and lie right to your face. The apartments are not very nice and not well maintained. In fact they can't keep maintenance men here. The weeds are taking over the sidewalks in addition to the landscaped areas. Trees are not maintained and when branches fall they lay around for weeks. No landscapers either. The only saving grace is the attached garage but rent is too high for what you get

I've recently moved in.. and so far all is good. Fellow residents are nice and seem respectful. The grounds are kept up and look nice. My dealings with the office staff have been very professional and pleasant. What I like mostly is, I look forward to come home from work and can relax without any outside disturbance. Quite, Clean, professionally managed. Highly recommended! ✌

Best apartment I have ever lived. So nice to have an apartment where neighbors are not above or below you. The one bedroom we had was so spacious, garage was big and Lisa in the office goes above and beyond for tenants that live here. Lisa always is so nice and her customer service is exceptional. Im so happy she's here and she deserves a raise.

9920 Apartments are Awesome! A beautiful property inside and out and the amenities, grounds and units are very well kept. I looked at a lot of properties before making my decision on 9920 Apartments. In fact, I found 9920 Apartments by accident on my way to look at a nearby property and afterwards stopped in to see what 9920 Apartments had to offer. I'm so happy that I stopped in and inquired because that ended my search. I had found my new home w/attached garage ... WoW!!!!!!

I love this place so much and I haven't even moved in yet! My move in date is a week away and my experience with 9920 was fantastic. Lisa did a fantastic job answering all my questions and showing me around. Lauren is extremely personable and all around staff is polite and professional. Entire complex is manicured & well maintained. Conveniently located of the 101 and close to the many fun things Phoenix/Glendale have to offer. This is the perfect place to live and I'm so excited to call it home. Well Done!!

Very quiet and safe place to live. Never had any issues with neighbors nor staff. The office staff are amazing. I would recommend this place to anyone thinking about moving here. I recommend older version apartments with the attached garages, you just feel at home with having your own garage. Feels like a house to me.

Love 9920 and especially Lisa in the office. She really cares about the tenants and makes sure we are happy.
She goes above and beyond and has the exceptional Customer Service.
Lisa could never be replaced because shes knowledgeable and others should learn from her. She rocks!!!

Overall, as any new resident, we have "expectations" because we go based on others people perspective or experience. I have not lived in an apartment in the past 10 or 20 years, so I had a WAY different idea of what living in an apartment complex was and being biased because of the "bad reviews" 9920 apts had in the different media outlets.

Stop!! Do not rent here... Let me start-Neighbors Garage under your bedroom unless you live downstairs so when they stroll in at night be prepared for you to wake up as your bed will literally shake.. Be prepared to get ran over. Cars speeding all hours of the night. If you enjoy people bumping music all hours of the night this is the place for you. It looks nice, but it's ghetto as it's better renting in the hood. The pool closes early and they are super strict after it's closed and will kick you out. If your a smoker be prepared to be harassed as this is a non-smoking community

Hands down the worst apartment complex I've ever stayed at/wasted money on. The double tandem garage was nice and spacious, great apartments themselves but the management is a COMPLETELY different story!! I advise you stay far away from this complex as it is like Germany in 1941. They are extremely rude and forget about requesting a fix to your apartment, they'll drag it on for several days until they "attempt" to fix whatever it is. They say dog friendly... forget about bringing a dog unless it's a chihuahua because big dogs are a nuisance to the management. Have a sound

I have lived here two years and it has just gotten worse and worse. Husbands car has been towed 3 times while in our drive way or parked in front of our place in parking spot. The front office has done nothing about it. I have also had several packages missing from the front off and it took a long time to get to get a reoccurring toilet fixed. We have had to call several times to get someone out. in fact there are still a few minor things that never got done. We cant wait until our lease is up. Although our apartment is nice it is not worth the frustration and money when we already pay 1300 a month

This is by far the WORST place ever. I came as a visiting guest and parked in front of the apartment home. My vehicle was towed within an hour of being there. There were NO SIGNS anywhere within the area of parking! I had no clue where my vehicle was located! I had to walk around the facility to find a sign that was extremely small on the entry gate that you don't even see unless you are on foot because you have to enter the code 30 feet prior to the gate and by the time you get to the gate it opens and the sign is not visible ! I absolutely love living in these apartments. It's quiet and private, and sometimes I forget that I'm not in an actual house yet. The manager and staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and they always makes sure we're in great shape when we cross paths. The property is kept very nice and you really feel like they care about making it a nice place to live.

I used to living here back in 2015 with my husband and loved how quiet & private the area was .We had moved out after our lease ended for a good 5 months and decided to move back , instead I got rude remarks about credit scores and income which by the way I was making 3,400 monthly yet to Lauren/ Lisa said my credit score had to be 600 and up .. We ended up moving to a town house in Glendale .. Sadly they look down at everyone.. working at a fancy complex does not make you high class ! As soon as you walk in if your skin isn't white enough they will find any excuse to not rent to you

Ms.Rodriguez is one of the best person to talk too if looking for a an apartment at 9920 on the other hand there whole staff plays a wonderful part in making sure you got what you were looking for and provides a comfortable space for you to sit and speak. I went in today to look for a one bedroom they had no vacant one bedrooms but everyone there was very nice and gave me a pricing sheet and showed me and my kids the exterior property. Lisa the leasing agent was very polite from when we walked in the door till we left. Deea the manager was very informative and knew exactly what I was looking for even though they didn't have any one bedroom apartments available. Great place wonderful atmosphere. Would highly recommend.

After researching this side of Phoenix, I finally decided on 9920 Apartments. It wasn't the cheapest, but it was the cleanest and I loved the idea of having a garage in this climate. I'm almost at a year on my lease and re-signed for another year. The complex is quiet, and, as a guy, feel safe walking around it at any hour. My unit was clean upon move-in and rarely run into any maintenance issues. If I do, the maintenance staff has always handled problems with 24 hours. Having lived in over 12 other apartment complexes, 9920 is easily among my top favorites.

Already wrote a review but it was removed, not sure how or why. But to recap my previous review, the water in the summer coming from the cold tap is INCREDIBLY HOT! Like burn your hands go to the urgent care hot. The staff is robotic, switches managers quite often and cares very little for its residents or so it would seem. DO NOT MOVE IN. Expect fees up the wazoo, and expect to over pay for what you get. That is all.

I moved into 9920 Apartments in 2013 and I loved it. The staff was friendly and each maintenance request I submitted was processed and completed in a timely manner. I felt safe there and the office always worked with me whenever I had any one off situations. Stephanie is awesome and always did her best to help me she deserves a raise or promotion, she really cares about people and tenants. However, 9920 has undergone new management and they appear to be money hungry. They've raised the rent super high and screw people out of their money. I moved out and they pretty much claimed that my apartment

This place is one of the nicest apartment buildings in the area. It has a park, a pool, a fitness center, free coffee and tea in the lobby area, etc...
The crowd is very friendly and pleasant.
It is kept very pristine, in tip top shape and so nice and quiet at night.
This place is fantastic for families and kids, has many upgrades and things to do.
The management is on point and the owner is frequently on the premises making sure everyone is happy and enjoying their stay here.
I like that it is close to restaurants, parks and malls.
